I join mr. Jurgen Heerman. Help desk is ok. Program is outdated, unfortunately. If you want to change programs you have to pay an astronomical amount to get your own data, this is simply theft. Pay 750 excl. VAT and after 30 minutes you have your data, so 1500 euros / hour for something that should actually be all your property. Why do you pay monthly subscription? Anyway, I can continue for a while, but I want to spare you this. conclusion: never again this is simply a dairy cow.
