I recently worked w/ Craig Heitmann at Synergy One Lending on financing my new home and he made the experience seamless and stress free on my end at least. Craig was able to meet all my needs on meeting interest rates, monthly payment, down payment amount, home insurance etc. Craig always followed through and usually was ahead of schedule on his commitments he made to me, phone calls were always returned in a more than timely manner from Craig when I had questions concerning my loan thus making the experience hassle free. If I ever need to purchase a new home, refinance my current home or hear of a friend or family purchasing/refinancing as well, Craig would be the only person I would contact/recommend.
