About a month ago I entering SUTHERLIN NISSAN to make a purschase knowing the price I wanted and what vehicle I wanted. I spoke will 3 people there one (Cary) of which was very nice and understanding of what I wanted. I feel the other 2 was only out to make a sale, I get that's the name of the game but in businesses where my money is spent I'm leaving with what I want. No exceptions! The( finance mgr and some guy name starting with R with an accent) tried to insult me and come to me with this ridiculous monthly payment amount after I made my demand very clear from the beginning only pull my credit once, my price, what vehicle, color, and features I wanted. I was only willing to use their bank to get the incentives and discounts because according to them that was the only way I could get up to $8500 in discounts. I have an 780 FICO I could have easily got financed through my credit union and walked in with a check. But 2 day later I went to another dealership I got the vehicle I wanted, the price, the monthly payment amount not even close to what the others guy said, the features, the color and GREAT care at NALLY NISSAN OF ATLANTA Geri ( an awesome female saleswoman) that knows her stuff the GREAT finance mgr Chris went above and beyond the get me everything I wanted too. I wouldn't go to Sutherlin Nissan for anything not to even buy a keycover.

So far so good. Unfortunately my 2015 Juke sprung a leak in the intake manifold on July 17 and the part is in Japan, ETA August 20 (crossing my fingers). Thankfully it's under warranty and 8-day car rental is Free. I got a car on the 17th and went out of town on the 21st, so I only had it a few days. While I was on vacation I learned about the part being in Japan and the 8/20 ETA. I was coming back from vacation on 7/29, late, and Armando arranged for me to have a rental ready on a Sunday (normally can't because service dept. is not open on Sundays, but because they had my info, he took care of arranging the Sunday rental pickup), but after 8 days they were going to have to charge me for the rental. Huh? Ummm I can't help it if the warrantied part is in Japan. Can I speak to a manager and try to twist his arm? About a half hour later Armando called me. "I pleaded our case, rental is covered until car is fixed." Well, yes, of course it is, as it should be. Overall, my service rep, Armando has been super nice and great to work with. When (if) I ever get my car back, I will update this to 5 Stars. It'll be interesting to see what happens if my baby never gets fixed. I love my Juke.

I went car shopping here three Mondays ago to look for a new vehicle. I was greeted by Weiss, who made me feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed me around and guided me through the available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering every question of mine patiently. The type of car, model, and options. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don't do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of my wallet. But, salesman like Weiss delivered an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience.

My wife made contact early last week with your dealership in regards to purchasing a Nissan Rogue. She explained where she needed to be on price and explained that she did not have time to waste on haggling. She was assured that this would be a pleasant experience for her. On Friday, she came in to your dealership and put together a deal for a 2015 Rogue, and the price agreed on was $375.00/mo. I came in at the tail end of the deal .the deal was done. I got assurance from the sales team that she was in good hands, so I left. She calls me approx.. 1 hour later and tells me that the price was not $475.00 vs. $375.00. She walks out and Sheldon asks her to come back on Saturday and he could put together a deal on an Altima that would definitely be under $400.00.

Fast forward to Saturday she goes in and I get a text message stating she likes the car, but the price was $450.00/mo. W/$375.00 as my max, I say no and the pushiness begins. I would not budge on my $375.00 #, and at one point, Sheldon, asks, What the hell is wrong with this guy? . This is in front of my 16 year old and my 10 year old s .really? The deal is finally negotiated down to $375.00, and I have to come in to sign off her car and give my driver s license. I am bombarded by my kids telling me what Sheldon said and also how rude and pushy he was with their mother. I ask her salesman(Ryan Cherry) to speak with Sheldon, to express my disappointment with him, and he refused to talk to me and sent his boss in. I explained to his boss my issues and no, I wasn t very nice, but felt that my wife had been treated with disrespect, as well as I. I told him that if Sheldon would be a man and step in and apologize for the way we were treated, I would sign the deal and leave. He came in, but lied to my face, stating that he never said such a thing. I asked that the deal be torn up and we left.

Mr. Whiteman, I do have a very poor opinion of car salesmen, and this is why. People like Sheldon are what gives car dealerships the reputation that they have. Bait and switch .make a deal on the car the person wants, and when it gets down to it, go up in price and switch them to something they don t want because it s in the price range.

On a positive note, Ryan Cherry is not your typical car salesman. He is a fine young man who has a bright future ahead of him. Hopefully he will get to a career in the field he went to college for. I m sure he can speak to exactly the antics I m talking about from Sheldon as he heard every bit of it.

My girlfriends 2013 sentra's transmission went out at 50k.. so i called the dealership (which is where the car was purchased). spoke to a gentleman named Marcus.. This man i feel like went above and beyond with our situation. Just by the way he showed he cared about our needs and everything. Now it took several days for Nissan to run their tests and to get a rental, but Marcus was calling us on his days off just to keep us up to date and informed..Not just anyone does that! he got us into a nice rental as soon as Nissan gave the go ahead. Got our car back very quickly and was very pleased by the way he handled it.If u ever need service or anything, talk to Marcus

I had the pleasure of speaking with Jasmine, who was very friendly, informative and reassured me Sutherlin would take care of all my car needs when I decided to come in. She definitely set the tone for this dealership and I look forward to referring my family and friends in the near future!

I had a excellent expirence. My sales person was Armando. He was very respectful and honest.

I told him that I just bought my car and I want to make sure everything is okay, I also wanted to see the underbody of my new car. He was very kind and said you can go ahead and check it out once it's in the back.

The service tech who worked on my car was IRVIN. He was exremely excellent. A+++++ usually service tech people are not to friendly. But IRVIN was just super friendly. I can tell he knows how to respect customers. He also knew exactly what he was doing. It's my new car and he went over everything and let me see as well. Every time I go back I will ask my salesman to make sure only Irvin touches my car. He took care of my car like it was his own. And I really respect that.

The finance manager or general manager S. Kim there is a liar. I purchased a Nissan altima there in 2018. I traded the car in August of 2020 and requested the extended service warranty to be cancelled both by phone and through email communication with S. Kim...I have proof. I submitted both odometer reading paperwork at time of trade and payoff letter from Nissan financial...both I sent to him as requested by email on 9-9-20. Mr. Kim never responded or confirmed he did what he said he was going to do which was cancel the service contract so money owed back to me pro rated could be distributed. I have an email program that tracks how many times someone opens emails I send to them...he got all emails I sent and opened numerous times. Today I called Nissan consumer affairs and they did in fact confirm Mr. Kim at Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia never sent in the cancellation request. I even followed up by phone and email with Mr. Kim with no response. I would suggest if you do buy a car from Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia you avoid purchasing any extended warranty and avoid dealing with Mr. S Kim. You are asking for an unprofessional experience. I will be filing a formal complaint against Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia with Nissan consumer affairs as well.

Don't purchase a car from these theifs. The experience was horrendous. They add two thousand dollars in extras that don't cost them a penny. Nitrogen for the tires, $300.00, wheel locks $200.00 and then there's the appearance protection for $1,300.00. They do wave a magic wand for this extra!

If I could rate a customer experience a zero I would. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. I called in for a problem with my Nissan Rogue. The representative told me to bring it in and they would check it out. He did not mention anything about a diagnostic fee or any charge. When I bring the car in he does not mention any fee or anything and just takes the car back. Once vehicle is checked, he tells me the problem of a faulty brake light switch. I kindly tell him, I do not have 3 hours for the car to get fixed at this moment and will reschedule. He now tells me I owe 200$ for diagnostic. I tell him I was never told about a fee by you or anyone working there. He becomes very very rude and disrespectful and does not even give me the paper work. Once asked he says " you did not pay the diagnostic so no paper work." I ask him, how will I come back and get the car fixed? He says " Its best you do not come here." He refuses business. I have bought 3 cars with Nissan and I can assure they will be the last. This type of customer service is outrageous and extremely wrong. The service consultants name is BROOKS REZMER. I highly suggest anyone reading this to not go to this dealership as it is filled with cheaters and people who want to rip you off. I will contact the general manager and the corporate office after this type of experience.

I paid for a pre-purchase inspection that was not properly done. In addition, the written inspection report I was promised was never delivered to me.

I traveled over 500 miles to buy the car based on the verbal report your company's service writer gave me over the phone. The car did not match the verbal report I received. I did not buy the car. I spend over $400 for the report and travel expenses. All of this time and money was wasted!

I left a message with the service manager yesterday requesting a return call. I have not received the return call.

So I bought a brand new 2014 Sentra in May 2014, buying experience was great and the car ran great for about a year. After that year the transmission started to act up, took it in once a week for a few weeks and after a couple months I get a call saying there was a recall on the transmission. I take it in (they give no loaner cars btw!) they claim to have replaced the transmission and I get it back a few days later. Fast forward to a week ago, My "new" transmission goes out AGAIN! So I take it to Nissan in Stone Mountain (which is a nightmare in its own). While there they tell me that I may not be able to have it replaced again bc Sutherlin put a note in the system saying I declined a system update for the transmission at my last oil change (they never told me there was one!) I'm the daughter of a man thats been a mechanic longer than any of their mechanics have been alive! Never in a million years would I have declined that! I did however decline a passenger airbag recall fix bc they told me it would take another 4 hours after I had already been there for 2 hours with my 6 month old with me! Anyway, bc they put that note in the system the warranty on my "new" transmission I'm getting now may go under the last ones warranty (10,000 more miles) instead of getting its own warranty. I loved my '98 Maxima which is why I got a new Nissan in the first place. However their service department and their customer service at apparently 2 of their dealerships is horrible and I WILL be trading my car in for a NON-Nissan!

I have always been indecisive when it came to such a big decision like purchasing a vehicle. After a warm and welcoming conversation, Haddy simplified and eased the process for me. I walked out with peace of mind that I was would be in a great reliable car. My wife and kids thank you!

I am a repeat customer for 3 times, but it will be the last. Went looking for a murano and wanted certain features. We looked at and bought an SV but should have bought SL. The salesperson told us that only wheels and sound system were different. We had a rouge sv that we just totaled and it had auto lift gate, memory seat, other safety features and I would assumed the murano sv would at least have those features since our murano has leather and a sunroof when the rouge didn t. We get home and immediately notice the car didn t have the features we were led to believe it had. Partly my fault for not checking but Didn t think about it since we had just bought a rogue Sv a few months before with all the same features in the same model line. We called Monday morning to try and return the car and upgrade to the SL. Keep in mind we drove straight home Saturday, parked car in garage and didn t move it because we had hoped to return it. I kept getting the run around on Monday and they hadn t yet processed paperwork because they We re still waiting for a copy of the license which they did not get until later that afternoon. The sales person Said he was trying to get with the general manager to get something worked out he never called me back so I tried it again Tuesday and then he said he needed to get with Curt the finance manager and he wouldn t be back till Wednesday at this point we have still not drove the car any. Now we are told curt tried to talk to the general manager to only tell us they would trade the car in but we would have depreciation and have to pay the taxes all over again even though they didn t submit the taxes in the first car. They basically wanted me to pay 9,000 more dollars than what should have cost me $2000 on Saturday when I originally bought the wrong car because of misinformation. This is a horrible way to treat repeat customers and I will continue to spread my story and warn people about the management at Sutherlin Nissan. Don t be fooled by them advertising to give the lowest price. They will advertise it, but you will then get charged for tint, paintprotection, floor mats,etc... and that will add a few thousand more on their advertised price and you don t have a choice to not get those items. whatever happened to honestly, integrity and a good old fashioned dealership that treats you like family and not a dollar sign. Mr. Sutherlin really needs to evaluate his employees.

I will not use this dealership again. I m not sure if it was the whole dealership that was bad or if it was just the sales person I had. When I was looking for a car I went here to check out what they had, the sales lady who was trying to help us did not listen to our requests at all. We asked for a car that was under 30,000 miles and was not red (my previous car was red and I didn t want that color again for numerous reasons). The sales lady goes I have something for you. She comes back with a red car that had 45,000 miles on it. She obviously didn t listen to what we wanted and/or did not know what she was doing. The dealership in whole may not be bad, they should train their employees to listen to customer requests.

My last visit to Sutherlin Nissan was a visit to the service department. As always its huge inconvenience to stop life and go to sit in a waiting room for hours waiting on your car, but Brooks was there is make sure I was in and out wthin a reasonable amount of time. I just wanted to give him and his customer service skills a "shout out" for all he does for the Nissan Sutherlin Service Department. He always goes above and beyond to make the customer happy with the service. I've dealt with other service advisors here and they don't even compare to Brooks. He is the only person there that I feel I can trust when it comes to my Atlima.

This is saying a lot because purchasing my Altima from Sutherlin was a nightmare and had left a very bad taste in my mouth but I had to come back because I bought the warranty package, which I dreaded everytime. Thanks to Brooks he has helped change my opinion about Sutherlin Nissan MOG.

I really hope this gets passed to someone that can do something for Brooks to let him know that he is appreciated and an asset to this dealership.

Took my new Sentra in for faulty blinker, they had to order a new blinker switch; they called me in one day, part was in; made appointment for Friday at 9am, they had it fixed in 25 minutes; then they washed my car for me....excellent customer service from Sherry!!

I bought a new Nissan Murano at Sutherlin NIssan Mall of Georgia a couple of years ago. When I was shopping for a car they bent over backwards to make the sale. They were, as you might expect, very accommodating and friendly. Last week, November 6, 2014, I went to the service department for an oil change. I received a Nissan coupon in the mail and the service department would not honor it. I asked to speak to the service manager which I did. Not only was he non-responsive, but was very glib, bordering on rude. You may, or may not, get a good deal at this dealership - but don't hold your breath when it comes to the service department.

I made sure to check to make sure the car I wanted to test drive was still in stock before visiting. I waited for 20 minutes as the sales clerk tried to locate the keys for the vehicle. I was then told it had been sent to auction because it hadn't passed emissions. The salesman also failed to wear his mask anywhere other than on his neck. Boo! Bad experience.

I went to Sutherlin to by a Rogue I found online. The price was great and I was expecting that they would add on to the price once I got there (this is my 3rd car from Sutherlin). Since I last purchased there the add on's have gone to another level. They added paint protection, tinted windows, wheel locks, nitrogen tires, etc... for over $2,000. I did not want any of those items. I negotiated a price to pay for the items I did not want and ended up getting a good price. Vinh was very nice and worked hard to make the long drawn out process tolerable.

He was professional in every area and made my purchase easy. The whole process was a fantastic experience I bought a second car for my daughter that day. The Internet people and Andrey were a great help I'll only buy there again.

We were looking to purchase a nice SUV/QX56 Infinity, and found one here at Sutherlin. We were told the vehicle had been serviced and that it had been through their inspection program and that the tires were good. . But this has not been the case! After having the truck one week, the service light came on indicating an oil change! But to no Avail, not only did it need oil, it he filter was black and the power steering fluid needed to be flushed and the filter was in backwards. As for the tires, OMG, we needed rotors and the belts and threads in the tires were separating. Therefore, we are forced to buy new tires and oh break pads too. We were a cash out customer of which we had to pay an extranomical amount in fees and taxes on top of the amount for the vehicle. I feel cheated and robbed by Sutherlin Nissan. I would like some of my money back ASAP.

Well, I dropped my Nissan Titan off at service last week because of a loud squeaking noise under the front end. I picked it up earlier this week and come to find out the noise is still there, after the fact I paid a 308.00 bill. Apparently they told me my sway bar bushings were bad. I called today to let them know the noise was still there after the fact my wheels were locking up today. They wanted me to bring it back. Which I probably would if I could but I live two hours away. I spoke with the manager and comes to find out I paid 308.00 dollars for NO REASON! I need a wheel hub assembly with bearings. They wanted to charge me another 400.00 dollars for the part and labor. Which is ridiculous because you can buy the part online for 77 dollars. Which I am going to go that route. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO GET SERVICED HERE. They will just rip you off and not fix the problems with your vehicle.

I do not trust these people. Went to purchase a vehicle I found through a car buying service at my bank. I had a set price that was agreed upon with the bank and dealership. They tried to sell the vehicle for over the vehicle price listed on my banks program. When I showed the dealership the paperwork from my bank they continued to add things that made the vehicle out of my price range and refused to budge on the price because of the additional things added on. They pretty much did a bait and switch. We purchased another vehicle that was on the lot that was AS IS but was reassured it had been looked over. They lied, straight up lied. The vehicles engine literally blew the next day while attempting to return the vehicle back to them to be looked at. They even called a tow truck! So mad! This vehicle was purchased for my son so he could practice driving and use afterwards.. We even told them this! Can you imagine if this were to happen while he was driving. Hello dangerous! Then GM said oh well you bought AS IS. Yet the man who sold the vehicle says it shouldn t of even been on the lot. I purchased a vehicle that is a death trap from your lot that wasn t even suppose to be there! Then they want to cop an attitude! Bad practices all the way around. Of course the Lemon Law isn t here. So no recourse on buying a death trap! Shady just shady!

I was the very proud owner of a pre-owned 2005 Nissan Frontier from Sutherlin until two weeks ago due to a well known manufacturing defect which Nissan hasn't offered to correct by recall. Costing me thousands of dollars plus the cost of a rental car; the defect is a faulty radiator system which allows coolant to secretly leak into the transmission thereby horrifyingly destroying the transmission and all it's components. OMG!! Thanks Nissan. Yeah. In my lifetime I have owned 10-12 vehicles of different makes and models and have never had an issue such as this. I will never, never again own or recommend a Nissan product!!

From beginnings to end, the dealership has been very personable. Super easy to schedule an appointment for service. They provide snacks and coffee, which is perfect for early a.m. appointments. The service advisor kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle and I also was able to watch my car from the waiting room. I wanted to run some errands and I was able to get it done with their courteousy shuttle van (as long as it was in a 5 mile radius). My advisor went over the multi-point inspection sheet with me and explain it in detail, why and how come. I also had paperwork to review incase I forgot the information. Check out was quick and painless. Everyone was in a great mood, very humble, and wonderful sense of humor. Definitely coming back!

I was extremely impressed by Service Advisor, Larry Hecht. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I went to Sutherlin Nissan to replace the tires on my 2015 Nissan Murano. He gave me a quick overview of the tires available with the pros and cons of each. He then called me to let me know I needed rear brakes which I appreciated. My vehicle was ready for pickup before the time he promised and I found his prices to be comparable to other area repair shops. As I drove my vehicle off the lot, the tires and brakes felt smooth and quiet. I am very happy I met Larry and went to Sutherlin Nissan.

My mother and her husband went in with a list of features that were non-negotiable for their car purchase. My step-father test drove a Rogue right away. Then, the dealership kept them there almost five hours to complete the purchase. The salesperson assured them the Rogue had all of the features on their list (which they read to him). After completing the purchase, they learned it has almost none of those features. Worse still, they are paying far too much for a 2018 Rogue when my mother has excellent credit. So they are paying an ridiculous amount of money for a car that doesn't have the features that were the basis for their purchase. i am extremely outraged by the way the dealership behaved.

After searching all day for the perfect car on Memorial Day, I found myself at Sutherlin Nissan. I've always been a die hard American muscle fan. Mustangs. Cameros. Chargers. And never really saw myself ending up at place that sells Jap burners. I spoke with a couple of salesmen who appreciated my love for cars and I test drove several QUICK vehicles. I thought I had fallen in love with a 370z until I laid eyes on my new Nissan Juke Nismo edition. My buddy, who was with me, kept saying it looked like a retarded praying mantis but I completely disagree. It's comfy and has plenty of room on the Windows for all of my awesome stickers for extra horsepower. I can't wait to go to car meet ups and pick up all the Japanese women! Shelton the sales manager was kind enough to give me a Nismo shirt with my purchase!! It was a great quick and easy process after searching all day. I'm glad I found a new love for rice rockets. Should've know not to come here again, bought here once and they did me wrong. They promised to make it right this time and the vehicle we came to look at had half the stereo not working, the bumper had corners cut out of it, fog light bulbs taken out of it and to top it off there was mud caked all underneath it. The kicker was they pulled our credit the day before and had all the papers ready to supposedly sign when we got here, well the two people we dealt with weren't here that day and no one knew anything about it and said it's impossible anything was done. We will never visit here again and advise no one else to, you shouldn't trust anyone here.

Internet sales department and the actual salesman I met at the dealership were great people. The staff was very courteous and for someone who hates car shopping I was actually feeling comfortable. I came in for a specific used car that is not a Nissan. Never was pressured to buy anything else. I feel like it was overpriced but was assured there was room for negotiating. I made an offer which was alot lower than asking and the salesman gave me the best he could offer but brought in the manager. Well this is where it went south. The manager is obviously not knowledgeable with other brands and very rude. There were tons of junk fees that usually are with a new car. This was a trade in and there is a particular special case with this car that makes it not as valuable as others like it. He says that the price comes with a 6 month warranty and I told him I don't want it (assuming there is more wiggle room). This particular car has a recall that can be taken to the brands dealer and fixed at no charge and provided with a 48month warranty for free (dieselgate car not fixed if you know what I'm talking about) so I didn't need theirs anyway. The manager snapped and basically got furious and didn't believe me and kept saying that I was wrong and I didn't know what I was talking about (I know all about this type of car). He got up and left fast and as with the reviews I have read it is a similar story with others. Yes I basically ran out. Sad as seeing such a willing and nice staff is there. I actually was willing to come up on price significantly thinking the manager would persuade me but he was so upset I left it at that.

Terrible service. Rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional interactions. AJ K., sales manager, kept complaining directly to us about having to help us, having to walk around, and about having to wear the mask. Kept saying we were making him go smoke cigarettes when we asked to speak privately for a moment. He lied multiple times about the vehicle we were interested in; another sales rep. told us the truth about the vehicle confirming that he lied. AJ also continuously used profanity in while speaking to an older customer. He lied about addressing and rectifying the issues/delay in receiving financial paperwork. They refused to send the vehicle title/registration for TWO weeks and kept lying about sending it. Resulting in having to drive over an hour away to pick it up. I would not recommend doing business with them.
