I saw a car online as I live in Texas and Heggs is in Mesa, Arizona. I sent an email request to see if the car was still available and with in 5 minutes I was called by an awesome gentleman named Owen Walker who advised the car was still available and began speaking with me about it. Our conversations turned into texting, which was more convenient for me and he was more than happy to answer any and all question I had at all hours of the day and night. Owen even called me after he got off work on his own time to go over somethings. His commitment to assist me was beyond anything I have seen in customer service let alone in car sales. To make a long story short we spent a couple days hashing out the deal and came to an agreement that was more than fair to me. We then worked out a deal over the phone and he told me to get down there to pick up my new car. I ended up driving from Texas to Arizona in my trade in car and when I got to the lot my car was all nice and shiny sitting at the front entrance waiting for me and there was a very nice note on it that said it was my car. Upon meeting with Owen face to face he was still very kind and professional and walked my wife and me through the next steps. We were then given over to the Finance Manager, Elward "Bear" Roberts who was just as awesome as Owen and really made my wife and I feel like we were the most important people there. There was no hidden agendas and everything was straight forward. Bear worked a deal so good with us, he was even able to get a 6 year 60,000 mile extra warranty on my car put into our loan for a very small price for added piece of mind. And just when you think this great experience was over and couldn't get any better, Bear asked us if we were hungry and then advised us to go eat at a great restaurant down the street called "Over Easy" Bear advised us to meet with the manager, Chris and advised us to tell him to allow us to order what we wanted and to send the bill to Bear who would cover the cost of our meals. Talk about great service! a great car, a great experience and a great breakfast paid for by Bear. If this isn't customer service I don't know what is. Hats off to Heggs and especially hats off to Owen Walker and Elward "Bear" Roberts for a great experience. Even though I had to drive over 6 hours to meet with them I would do it again in a heartbeat when I'm ready to buy another car!
