Love this place been coming here for a sandwich since i was in college

Unwelcoming, Large and average tasting come to mind.

Yes it looks just like another greasy spoon, but it's clean, has friendly staff, good food and for a couple of quid you get a right belly full. Have used this shop for years and never had anything to complain about. Only grumble is that it can be a little busy on match days.

Be under no illusions, this is as greasy a spoon as you're ever likely to visit, however the food is super cheap, the portions are massive and it tastes brill. Value for money doesn't do it justice!

Called in yesterday. Great service from friendly staff and an amazing sausage sandwich.

Old school caff with belly buster breakfast baps made to your requirements (crispy bacon FTW). Has ginger beer and dandelion and burdock to earn that 5th star.

Have been impressed in recent visits, but today witnessed first hand poor customer service. Ordered and paid for my jacket potato, while this was happening the phone rang and the other assistant promised the last jacket potato to the phone order even though I had paid for it. Had to get my money back as they honoured the phone order and not mine. Wont be going again.

Had a bacon butty with red sauce, was nice and wasn t expensive

Looks grim from the outside, and not so pretty inside, but the food is great. the sandwiches are delicious and huge for what you're paying

normally 100% great food lovely staff but who ever works on a Wednesday need to read through the menu 2 items missing and still charge full price amazing phoned ahead and when i got there 10 min later not even started me food will be very picky next time

Don't go here. It has a one star health and safety rating and when you walk in to the smell of sweat and unwashed pans you can tell why. The Staff aren't nice and the overall quality is below poor.
