It is a good social work for the average of Argentina, but has greatly reduced its benefits in recent years. The wait in the pharmacy is endless. They no longer cover prescription glasses as before (they have a sort of discount agreements that are a verse). You have to take out the order (before) for any attention (elsewhere). They should hire more staff to minimize waiting times and that only complex treatments require authorization or order. The rest should work by presenting the card to the doctors.
