It is a good social work for the average of Argentina, but has greatly reduced its benefits in recent years. The wait in the pharmacy is endless. They no longer cover prescription glasses as before (they have a sort of discount agreements that are a verse). You have to take out the order (before) for any attention (elsewhere). They should hire more staff to minimize waiting times and that only complex treatments require authorization or order. The rest should work by presenting the card to the doctors.

Today I went to the shift I had with the traumatologist and it turns out that I had an appointment with an eye doctor. Two months I was waiting for my turn to go and they told me that they had given me a turn with another specialist. That happens because most of those who work in the shift part are in anything while they work and do not pay attention. It is not the first time they are wrong with things like that and above none take care of anything when it happens, not even apologize. Now it turns out that the doctor who should have treated me is on leave and comes back next month.

The service is wonderful, always clean, the doctors, dentists and kinesiologists (those who have attended to me) all excellent and very professional. It shows that they know a lot and have no problem explaining in non-technical words the doubts that arise during the consultations. Highly recommended.
