The entire staff is fantastic- from the reception desk, to the dental hygienists to the dentists. Any type of Dr s office is always a source of anxiety for any child and my son feels so comfortable when he s at his dental checkup. I can t recommend them enough!

Wonderful and very friendly staff! Great with the kids and made the experience fun for them! They were quick and efficient in the appointment and Dr. Eric was in the rooms right away when the hygienist were done with the kiddos cleaning!
Shady Billing Department!
Few times that I have been there Dr. Eric was great with my daughter. The last time they suggested I made a payment in full before service I told them my insurance is great it usually covers EVERYTHING Simone still insisted I paid in full and would be reimbursed later.
After fighting for a year about their outrageous charges I went to Dr. Heidi Eggers who wonderfully explained to me it was because she was getting sealants done a second time insurance only covers once. Also the because Dr. Eric did not use a rubber dam only cotton to keep the area dry it caused the sealants to be weak.
Needless to say I would never recommend anyone go there. Dr. Heidi Eggers does a much better job of explaining each procedure and why it is being billed the way it is.
1 out of 5 stars we d give 1,000!!! Our son fell down stairs on Christmas Day and had a tooth that needed to be extracted. Our local dentist referred us to them, on short notice they squeezed us in for an consultation same day as called, but seeing it as emergency fit it in during their lunch break to take out the tooth. Everyone was kind and caring and never once rushed or caused anymore pain that he was already in. Made him as comfortable as possible. Thank you Dr. Whitney, Mary, Ann, Paige, Ashley T and everyone else at the clinic, you are all amazing!

We absolutely love it here! Dr. Stephanie is so amazing with the kids and explains everything she is doing not only to them but taking time to let me know as well. My kids actually ask to go to the dentist! Great waiting room for the kids and balloons and fun surprises when you are finished!

Just switched to this clinic from Depere children s clinic. Awesome experience with Dr Merideth and her staff. She is so friendly and made my son feel so comfortable during his experience with fillings. He was so scared as this was his first filling and and the end he said

They are spectacular with kids! My daughter is extremely anxious with dental procedures they made her feel relaxed and comfortable with every procedure . They do simple things like sunglasses, tv and take lots and lots of time to make sure everything is numb before starting everything. She has had Dr Merideth and Dr Stephanie. They are both absolutely fabulous! Highly, highly recommend!
This is a wonderful dental office. Everyone is always kind and they go above and beyond for both my sons. Dr. Eric has always been amazing to my boys, and always takes time to answer all my questions. We are very pleased after each visit.
I would not recommend Kids Dental Experts. My son was given Conscious Sedation and he was taken back before the medicine kicked in. He was terrified of the face mask they were trying to put on him The staff were rushed and didnt take the time to explain what the mask was before trying to put it on him. Because he refused to put the mask on they recommend coming back a different day and having General anesthesia. After I got him in the car and began driving home the meds kicked in. He was completely knocked out. I called to ask if I could come back for Dr Eric to do the procedure and they said he was too busy. My son spent the next 15 hours sleeping drugged on conscious sedation and never got the procedure.
Poor service overall. Long time client - despite them continually telling me something was covered by insurance then it not being, over and over. They look to charge you wherever they can to meet their quotas.
We've always had a positive experience when visiting the Kids Dental Experts! My daughter feels confident and safe with the staff, so glad we have them. They always welcome us with warmth and smiles!

I had the same issue with the billing department and sealants. I even had them call my old provider to make sure it wasn't already done. They told me my insurance would cover after they checked. Few weeks go by and im receiving a bill. This has happened twice, two separate incidents. I have no idea why anyone would rate them a 5. Billing and receptionists do nothing to look into benefits or explain charges. What's even worse is that judging from the reviews im not alone. Why isn't management fixing these issues? Going back to my old provider where things made sense. Unless you have money to throw out the window, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!
We LOVE Dr. Meredith!!! And we adore her assistant, Violet, and all of the front desk gals too... one of my kids is not very cooperative and the other is an "easy" patient but they knew how to work with both (three fillings at the age of 3 was no easy feat!) and it's always a pleasant trip to see Dr. M and her staff... the waiting area is a treat with lots to do too I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!
Kids Dental Experts was a great experience for my little guy. He had a bad experience at his previous dentist and they did a good job letting him know what was being done and why. He was really comfortable by the end of his visit.

My 3 year old son had his first dental appointment and we found he needed a lot of cavities filled (shame on me, I know). We were referred to Kids Dental Experts and I'm very happy with the experience. They split up the work between two appointments to reduce the stress on my son. Each appointment went extremely well and the staff was so good with my son, making him feel comfortable and we're patient with him. I would definitely recommend Kids Dental Experts to anyone with kids. Dr. Eric Van Miller did a great job. The follow up from them was appreciated as well. Even the lobby is great for kids.

I have been taking both of my kids here for 11 years. The staff is truly amazing, kind, caring, and compassionate. It honestly has not mattered in what area or who we have interacted with, I haven't a single complaint yet. I'll be honest, I'm one of those parents that are quicker to complain too.

I am very dissatisfied with this office!! During his cleaning they recommended sealants. They had me sign a paper regarding sealants on my son's teeth, basically saying I would be responsible for the cost. I gave my consent to have them put on. The dentist put on as many as she wanted. At NO time did anyone inform me that no dental insurance carriers cover sealants on baby teeth!! Now I'm stuck with a $400 bill that they REFUSED to reduce a single penny!! I'm taking my child elsewhere!!

Don t like leaving a bad review but have been going to this dentist for my sons over the past 6 years. But on our last visit was not informed that our insurance was stipulated until after the service was completed and hit with an outrageous bill. So to say the least will no longer be going here for our kids. Which is sad due to they only had to inform me that they where no longer in network with our insurance. I feel that we were kind of taken advantage of and mislead. The staff is great just wish they were more informative of billing and insurance.

My daughter used to be terrified to go to the dentist. But, after an emergency dental need at 8 years old, and treatment from Dr. Merideth and the Dental Experts Team, she has never feared seeing the dentist again. And we re headed for college next month!
We have problems with taking my son to the dentist. He has issues with anything surrounding his mouth including food, brushing, mouth guards for sports and especially a dental visit. They have been great working with us thru these trying visits. My son is 8 and just this week we had a breakthrough!!! The hygienist we had at this visit was Jeanne. She read the file , she knew where we were at , she listened to what my son and I had to say and she adjusted to my son accordingly. She was able to get ALL of his teeth cleaned, and the best part was that my son enjoyed the visit. She quickly built a trust with him that she wasn't going to trick him and she did EXACTLY what we wanted. His anxiety subsided and he is looking forward to his next visit. Thank you so much.
Dr. Stephanie was amazing. The financial person Paula was not very friendly. She was very impatient and rude about the payment. I made my payment in full with my card and showed her my account from my bank showing the money was taken out of my account but she insisted she did not receive the payment. She wanted me to swipe my card again to take the funds again, but I told her that I would not pay twice. I even called my bank to verify the payment was made and the bank said the funds were removed from my account. Paula said she didn't have the funds. I asked her to call her merchant provider to ask for help. She was not happy with this answer and told me to have my bank call her. Paula's response was are you sure you have funds to pay for this service. I was insulated that she would even ask that after she saw my account. It is really unfortunate that one person can turn a good experience into a bad one.
My son has been going here for about 5 yrs now I love this place.

Kids ages 1-10 all have a great experience here. One kido needed dental surgery at age 14 months and they were great .
They are all so sweet there! I have a almost 12 year old that has been going there and they have always been such a great help with him. Just brought my 20 month old there for the first time and they did awesome with her as well especially considering she isn't the most cooperative patient at her age. Would highly recommend them!!

We were beyond impressed with Dr. Evans!! Our son instantly warmed up to her because she was so friendly and accommodating to his nervousness!! Our son s first experience with a family dentist was awful and he was terrified to go back, so when Dr. Evans came highly recommended to us, we thought we d give her a try. We recommend Pediatric Dentisrty over Family and Dr. Evans is the reason for that! Brushing our son s teeth has always been a struggle but now after one trip to Dr. Evans it s not as difficult to get him to open his mouth for better brushing. The balloons at the of the appointment is also a really great incentive!
