Have been impressed in recent visits, but today witnessed first hand poor customer service. Ordered and paid for my jacket potato, while this was happening the phone rang and the other assistant promised the last jacket potato to the phone order even though I had paid for it. Had to get my money back as they honoured the phone order and not mine. Wont be going again.
