i was a loyally customer of Toyota until my Tacoma pick up was recalled i brought it in on February 22 they told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks for the repair it has been 14 weeks and every time you call the assistant service manager Rob Graygor it goes to voice mail or ill get back to you in 10 minutes and never does ,i'm looking for a new SUV to replace my wife's car but after this experience i will never buy another Toyota again ,if and when i ever get my truck back they will never see it again,i have heard great things about Bright Bay Mazda so long Toyota hello Mazda
