Never had an issue with the sales department but the service department is pitiful!! The wait time was at least 5 hours longer then I was told. Staff was rude and unprofessional and overall the whole experience was unpleasant. I would recommend getting any work done at a different toyota dealership or at a local mechanic if you have the option.

I went to have a simple remote start feature installed and was told it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours if I came first thing in the morning and since transportation was an issue for me that they could shuttle me back and forth from my house if needed. I brought the car in shortly after 9am and was told that they would try to have it done before 11:00. They asked me for the car key and I asked whether they needed the valet or regular key or I could leave both... they said the valet key was fine. I received a call 3 hours later that the valet key was not sufficient and that they needed the regular one but that they could not provide transportation anymore because the driver had gotten in an accident on the way back from dropping me off in the morning in a tone implying it was my fault. I scrambled to find transportation and was finally able to borrow a car and make it there around 12:30. They told me the wait would be at least another hour and a half because the technician started on another car in the mean time but they would call me as soon as it was ready. I called the dealership 4 hours later after not hearing anything from them and they told me that the car had "just been finished" and that the paperwork was being processed. When I arrived around 5pm the paperwork was not done and I had to wait a further 20 minutes for that.
