the absolute worse experience I've ever had at an auto dealership.

on my first visit, when i arrived there was no person present at the fancy titanium and glass show rooms welcome desk. i waited about 15 mins and finally walked out. on my second try a month later i waited 30 mins for a sales person. later on, and after finally agreeing to a sales price i was escorted to the finance office. i specifically requested financing through toyota motor corp., as ive used them previously and was happy. the finance person barked at me that sunrise toyota doesn't offer toyota motor corp financing. asking to talk with a mngr i was literally laughed at. finally i spoke with a mngr and he stood by the finance person and told me they don't offer toyota motor corp financing and said if i didn't like it to leave. Rude, obnoxious, bullying and did i mention disrespectful and condescending manner. this dealership demonstrates the worst of purchasing through car dealers and a stain to the toyota name. Toyota's CEO should read this.

I recently bought my first brand new car from sunrise Toyota . I was greeted by the receptionist in seconds and a salesman by the name Erik Williams came right over. I was so impressed with Erik and how comfortable he made me feel thought the whole process . He gave gave me options and we took our time with the test drive making sure I loved the car . Erik never made me feel like I was being rushed or pressured . I left with a new car and new outlook on sales . It was a pleasure working with Erik and and I love my new highlander . Thanks sunrise Toyota and I will only buy from them in the future !

We just completed our 3rd Toyota purchase at Sunrise. This is a great dealership. Efrain Pagan was our salesperson for all 3 cars and will be our sales person for whatever we buy in the future. He's detail oriented, follows up regularly and was completely focused on us and our convenience. I'm sorry I don't know the name of our finance manager, but she did the last 2 cars for us and she is wonderful as well.

While we were picking up the new car, we took our Highlander in for 5000 mile service (Efrain got us in when there were no appointments available so as to save us another trip down) and the service experience is wonderful as well. You drive into a heated/air conditioned (depending on the season) garage and are greeted instantly. They have a great waiting area and a few minutes after they take your car, you get a text saying they are working on it and allowing you to have contact with them. GREAT idea!! The entire dealership is spotless, airy and uncrowded. Great people, great waiting areas, nothing bad to say. You will not go wrong with Efrain Pagan or Sunrise Toyota. Thank you!

Very disappointed with this dealership I bought a car and returned a lease but they did not remove the lease from my Toyota Financial account I call TFS and they say they haven t been notified the vehicle was turned in yet. Purchased a pre-owned vehicle last month from Sunrise Toyota. Great overall experience working with the sales rep Juan, sales manager Sandy, finance rep Meredith, and insurance rep Pete. They were all friendly and put in the effort to get the deal done. Whole process took about 6-7 hours from arriving to driving off with my car.

I recently leased a Toyota Tacoma at sunrise Toyota. The sales manager, Bruce Rabin, and his crew made the experience a true pleasure. Not only did Mr. Rabin get me into a beautiful Tacoma, he also showed a sincere interest in my health and well-being. He made sure that his salesman maintained the 6 foot social distance and also made sure all seats and tables were cleaned with disinfectant before I sat down, which made me very comfortable. I rarely give a 5-star review, but this was a no brainer. The purchase of our 2017 Toyota 4Runner from Sunrise Toyota, for my son Justin, was an absolute pleasure. I am not a fan of shopping for vehicles, and less of a fan shopping for used ones. However, within the first 5 minutes of speaking with our sales representative, Orlando Amadeo, I knew this would be different. With his no pressure sales approach, and great sense of humor, he shared a tremendous amount of detail about the vehicle. Then it got even more interesting. Orlando explained that the car was just received by his dealership and had not been through their meticulous inspection process. Keep in mind that this is a 2017, and I am already of the opinion the vehicle is in fantastic condition. Orlando assured me that items such as a tiny ding on the passenger door, two light scratches on the rear gate and an extremely small chip on the hood would all be repaired. Not only were these items repaired, 4 brand new tires were installed and the steering wheel was replaced because it had a few minor scratches. Seriously, who does that? The car was also buffed to the nines, inside and out, upon delivery.

I also want to give a shout out to sales managers Brian Weinstein, Anthony Cruz and Ben Zimmett in finance. I had the pleasure of meeting these fine professionals who took a genuine interest in ensuring we had an excellent purchase experience.

Sunrise Toyota, and their team of professionals, clearly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family members.

My truck is gorgeous, everything I wanted, absolutely no concerns. I had one question after pickup and my cell phone call back came within minutes, amazing. My last new vehicle was a Rav which I also purchased here. I also worked with Leigh in the business office. She found me the right extended warranty. Leigh knew that I have to eat gluten free and when I did my paperwork, she handed some gluten free treats! So thoughtful and goes above and beyond. Mike was my salesman and he spent tons of time reviewing every accessory and answering all of my questions. It is without reservation that I recommend the whole team at Sunrise, the best!
