The best experience with a dealership ever!!!! Everyone we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Our salesman Ross was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and kind. He answered our many questions and concerns promptly through texting. He made what was expected to be a stressful experience fun! This is my first Toyota and I love it!!! Went in for a RAV4 and bought a HIGHLANDER !!
