the absolute worse experience I've ever had at an auto dealership.

on my first visit, when i arrived there was no person present at the fancy titanium and glass show rooms welcome desk. i waited about 15 mins and finally walked out. on my second try a month later i waited 30 mins for a sales person. later on, and after finally agreeing to a sales price i was escorted to the finance office. i specifically requested financing through toyota motor corp., as ive used them previously and was happy. the finance person barked at me that sunrise toyota doesn't offer toyota motor corp financing. asking to talk with a mngr i was literally laughed at. finally i spoke with a mngr and he stood by the finance person and told me they don't offer toyota motor corp financing and said if i didn't like it to leave. Rude, obnoxious, bullying and did i mention disrespectful and condescending manner. this dealership demonstrates the worst of purchasing through car dealers and a stain to the toyota name. Toyota's CEO should read this.
