I was introduced to the salesman by the name of Gerson Vargas. He was charismatic and had a clear passion for his job. He reassured me that he would make this experience simple and fun. Eh. This was my first stop on my car buying process, and wasn't the best. I explained what I was looking for, top budget, etc. And they kept trying to put me into a 6 year old car, $5,000 above budget, with almost 100K miles. Nice guys, but just werent listening to my needs.

Orlando was a phenomenal help. It was a rainy day & he took his time walking through the lot with us.
After Expressing what I was interested in , Orlando suggested a specific car & it was exactly what I was looking for.
Orlando, took the initiative to move cars around to get that specific car out.
We where able to drive it & the very next day,
it was the car I took home.
Orlando was courteous, knowledgeable & extremely Attentive , answered all our questions, right down to the Quotes of the Car Purchase.
The day of pick up, we waited approximately
2 hours in the waiting room until being called by Meredith the finance manager.
Meredith was extremely Sweet, kind & Apologetic, very courteous .
She took the time to Answer all our question & explained everything thoroughly,
I can honestly say I believe we got a great deal as possible.
Overall everyone was kind & generous, from the showroom to, showing us all the car features, to the financing Department.
I am extremely happy with my Hylander,

Bruce and Meredith were very nice. However, Erla stated they have programs for EVERY credit, which is untrue. They want co signers or a trade in if you do not have the best credit. False advertisement and very disappointing.

I was looking for a new car being my sienna was totalled in an accident. I went to sunrise Toyota. They worked on getting me a brand new 2020 Toyota camry hybrid. I want to thank Robert,Anthony from finance and Steve for helping me and working diligently for me to get this car. Thank you, I would recommend others to come here. This is unquestionably the most professional, clean, and personable dealership I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I handled all of my questions and negotiations over the phone and traveled from Baltimore to pick up my Tacoma. The 5 hour drive was more than worth the premium buying experience I received. Everyone I dealt with, from greeter to finance officer, was especially polite and straight-forward. My truck's price and delivery condition was better than I had anticipated and at no point did I feel pressured or uncertain about my transaction. I'd encourage anyone to give Sunrise an opportunity to earn your business - no matter how far away you live!

We've bought two cars from Sunrise Toyota and will never go anywhere else. Our finance manager, Joshua Roberts, and sales rep, Will Diaz, went above and beyond to make this a wonderful buying experience. Will was very patient with us as we looked through their inventory and did not pressure us or rush us into picking a vehicle. He was in constant contact with us and made us feel like we were his only customers, even though we weren't. Josh made the finance process as seamless as I've ever seen it and even set up a service appointment to get bluetooth installed at no charge to us. This was completely beyond what I expected and I couldn't be happier with the way the entire process was run. Not only are the people great, but the facility itself is comfortable, spacious and very child friendly (which is a plus when you're car shopping with young kids!). Not only were me and my husband happy, my kids were happy as well, and they've added to their collection of Sunrise Toyota stuffed animals. They will only continue to grow this collection because we'll only buy from Sunrise Toyota. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle without the hassle or the stigma that usually follows car dealerships.

Wow. Was in the area and stopped in for service. Incredible facilities and really friendly staff. I was in and out in less than an hour and they give you a free car wash. The car wash was incredible and they reclaim all the water. Saving the environment as well. Really impressed with this Toyota dealership!

I recently bought a 2013 Toyota Tundra at Sunrise Toyota. Ira Feinberg the salesman was very helpful and professional , Cathy in the financing dept was also very helpful. The truck was detailed out like brand new and they even cleaned the pick up bed to brand new conditions. I was apprehensive about going to Toyota as I had a bad experience at Westbury Toyota years ago and have been using only Chevy dealers for many years now. I would def recommend Ira, Cathy and Sunrise Toyota for your car and truck needs.

Had an 11 am appointment on a Sunday and drove home with my new car by 3 pm thanks to Will Diaz. This is our 3rd Toyota and we are customers for life. Customer service is excellent and efficient, the place is clean, neat, and organized. I would highly recommend Toyota Sunrise to anyone.

I recently purchased a certified Camry....although i was skeptical because i didn't have the best credit score, the sales representative that assisted me, Erick Williams assured me that everything would work out to my benefit and sure enough he was right! Not only did I walk away with the car I wanted but my car note was $96.00 less a month from what I was at that moment paying on my current car, that alone put me over the moon. Erick basically lead me in the right direction and made sure that I made the right decisions when making that purchase. When it was time to sign the paperwork and I had to wait a little bit and he took time to pop in to make sure everything was ok. Erick is the true definition of stellar customer service, and professionalism. I honestly couldn't be happier with my selection, not only on the car i purchased but in the sales representative i chose to go with. Thanks again Erick! see ya in 2 years, maybe sooner :)

I love this location. I'm a first time new car buyer and decided on a new Toyota Camry vs Rav4 prior to contacting Sunrise Toyota based on Kelley Blue Book and Consumer Reports and test driving at other locations. I found the car I wanted at Sunrise Toyota because they have a great selection and they honor Costco pricing. Allstate insurance is on location which was incredibly convenient. I had to get a replacement for my previous car quickly and I didn't have an excess amount of time to shop around.
Eric Chandler my salesperson was very accommodating to my needs and texted me information on cars including new and used cars. When I selected the car I wanted he held it for me and got me started on paperwork before I even showed up to test drive the car (along with a Rav4 just to be sure!). I purchased a beautiful Galactic aqua 2019 Camry with light interior. It was exactly what I wanted. I love the safety features including lane departure, Saftey Connect (their version of Onstar) and rearview camera along with the intrinsic design of the car. Thank you Eric (salesperson), Mike (finance manager) and Lois (Allstate) for giving me a great car-buying experience.

As others have stated, avoid this dealership at all costs. The company I work for had a TrueCar deal going on during Labor Day weekend and of course I jumped on it. It gave me 3 dealership options to buy a car from and Sunrise Toyota was one of them. I have since bought a car and these people still won't leave me alone about it. I'd been getting constant calls and e-mails for several weeks. I tried to unsubscribe from emails, but the link is faulty and leads me straight to a survey to unsubscribe, which also doesn't function as it should. I have since blocked the number and will now block emails. These people are pushy and don't understand the meaning of the word "no." Avoid, for the sake of your own sanity.

I've had my 2018 camry for about a week now its a great car. I had a smooth experience finding the right car and getting the right price with the help of the great salesman Efrain he was helpful very patient. I would definitely come back for my next car and recommend Sunrise Toyota to a friend.

Bought a Toyota Highlander from Mike Washington and Anthony Pavone. Took us for an extensive test drive. Explained all the features in depth of the car and were very informative without being pushy. Waiting room was comfortable and roomy. Overall very happy!

Go see Alex! Had a tremendous experience with him tonight while looking at a new highlander. He knew the product, demonstrated it well and best of all had the car ready for us to see when we arrived with no wait. The negotiation process was respectful. Other stores down the street try to make a lot of money, these folks were not greedy and very fair. Just drove off in a 2015 Toyota Camry. Experience couldn't have been better, I purchased my last car from them. My salesman was Adam and he was so helpful, he helped me to find the right car after driving larger "Mom" SUV's for the last 20 years. The price was right, no haggling either, which isn't my thing. The process was very streamlined from start to finish, and they even got me a better insurance price then what I had been paying! Thanks again Adam and staff, you guys were awesome!

I am totally in love with my new car. I worked with Will Diaz who made sure I got everything I wanted in a car and got it in my price range. The negotiations were fair and there were no surprises (less a $75 fee to have them process the DMV paperwork). Will was upfront about all of the extras that would be offered at signing so I could research before it happened.
I didn't feel rushed or like they were gimmicky and enjoyed the experience as much as someone can enjoy buying a car.

Rich L was extremely helpful and an all around pleasure to deal with. Him and the entire staff at sunrise toyota made buying my first new car a great experience. I have since referred both friends and family to this dealership, and i will definitely be returning myself.

the "sunrise Toyota" 3984 Sunrise Hwy, Oakdale, NY 11769. I went there through Costco Auto program which suppose to be hassle-free buying experience. When I went there they didn't have the car and finally they told me they have one car and they can get me 2 days. All I need to put $500 deposit which is returnable in case I change my mind. 2 weeks after when I called them and asked them about my car they said they didn't find it yet. Then I said I want to wait to buy the car since they didn't find the car.

Then I called the salesman Joseph ** stop reapplying my phone call and the manager Bruce ** threatening me to charging 20% of the car cost and in addition taking me to court. Finally when I get Costco advocacy group involved they willing to pay my money. Today I travel 2 and half hour to sunrise Toyota to get my money and here I am waiting to see him, don't know what's coming btw. Worse experience ever and I wonder how they have all the good reviews with that kind of service. My opinion never go sunrise Toyota. I am sure Toyota and Costco auto program doesn't do business like "sunrise Toyota" is doing like force people to buy with false information.

I have leased two 4Runners and Efrain Pagan has been totally professional without any of the pushy sales gimmicks or aggressive salesmanship that I have experienced at other dealerships. It is a new facility, large selection of cars, nice waiting area with a separate section for kids, and overall friendly and professional staff. If you are looking for a Toyota, I can t recommend Efrain enough!
