We stopped in as part of our "exploration" phase and didn't anticipate walking out with a new car, but our sales rep's knowledge of his product, combined with his understanding of our needs changed all that. He never departed from our "wants" but showed us how we could achieve our goals, and he made it happen. Throughout every phase of the buying experience we were pleased, and allowed to make our own decisions without feeling overwhelmed or pressured. By far one of the best new car purchasing experiences. We appreciated the manner in which every aspect was handled. Professionalism was also an intrinsic part of the experience, and we walked, or should I say drove away in the comfort of knowing that WE made the right decision, aided and abetted by some very experienced and professional people. We are also comforted in our belief that with future care at the dealership, the same level of professionalism will keep us as customers.
