The Internet sales team were great, attentive to emails and phone calls but not too pushy with daily sales calls (like other Toyota dealers). I'd never decided to buy a vehicle online, without seeing or driving it first. However the 2017 RAV4 hybrid only has 2 per dealer in the 6 Toyota dealerships in the Bay Area, and none were the type I wanted.
