Called and made an appointment for replacement rear brake pads. After the work was completed my bill was nearly $900. After asking why it was so high I was informed my rear rotors had been replaced also and when I asked why I was told because it was on the paperwork / work order to be done which I must have requested. Even though I explained I had not requested the rear rotors to be replaced as the set on the vehicle where fine they explained I had signed the work order where this was buried with other language that I never saw and was never explained to me.
Also noticed that despite the work having been carried out in less than 1.5hours I was charged for 2.5 hours labour @ $135 per hour.
When I asked why this was the case I was told that this job was always charged at 2.5 hours labor despite the fact it took less that 1.5 hours to complete.
Called and spoke with the service manager and explained my frustration but was pretty much told it was what it was and they would offer me a minimal discount on my next service work.
Needless to say I refused as I won't be setting foot inside Sun Motors again.
Extremely disappointed in how this was handled.
I will be going to Mecedes of Lancaster on the future.
