As long as DON YESACAVAGE, the SERVICE MANAGER works there, my car will never go there. I had a 1999 C230 Kompressor that both air bags deployed. DON didnt want to work on it because it was old. Had to get DAN, the owner to get things going. After installiation of ignition switch. DON let my car sit for almost 2 months before checking electrical system. Requested that about 5 month before hand. After finding out electrical system cost more than car is worth to fix, DON sat on claim form for several months before sending it in. Of course he sent the wrong paper work. Had to go thru General Manager who took care of situation and sent the right paper work within a matter of a few minutes. I had to go over Don's head to get things done so he retalliate against me. Is this the type of person you want to take care of your car??? He cant even take care of his own job. Gave him paperwork which he placed in the bottom right drawer. When i needed copys, he said he never had said paper work. Of course he was lieing. Caught him lieing a few times but never said anything about it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN AS LONG AS DON IS THE SERVICE MANAGER. I found out the hard way what hes all about.
