Thank you Sun Motor Cars, Inc. for a fabulous dealership experience in the purchase of our new car. The entire staff was wonderful starting with my interaction with Adam Mann. I reached out to Adam regarding the availability of a particular car and received a phone call and email response immediately addressing all my questions. My wife and I scheduled some time with the dealership and were rewarded with a wonderful Sales experience with Rowan Dickerson. Rowan was patient and open about the process and helped us realize we were not only purchasing a car, but also beginning a relationship with their dealership. My wife and I closed our purchase with Finance. Jimmy Kreider was great about laying out purchasing options and helping us make an informed decision. While at the dealership, my wife and I were also treated to their customer appreciation Oktoberfest celebration. We took delivery of our car today and Sun Motor Cars actually drove the car from the dealership and met me at my office. Service and Customer Care at this level is something that should be rewarded and praised. Great job Gentlemen!
