When I called to purchase my new Ascent, Jerry Pollock was scheduled to be off that day. I was instructed to come in anyway and I would be taken care of. When I arrived I was quickly greeted by Nate Fama and Dallas Reilly. Within one minute Jerry Pollock approached me. He came in on his day off with company from out of town at his home to deliver my brand new Subaru Ascent. He even took the time to review the features of the vehicle including programming my phone to the Ascent's bluetooth. You cannot get any better service with a smile than with Jerry Pollock, Nate Fama and Dallas Reilly. I am grateful to them all.
