On 12/30/19, I purchased a 2020 Ascent. The salesman Joshua Cooper was great. He explained the sales process, the functions of the vehicle in detail, and how to obtain service. Also, he answered all questions and concerns. Finally, he followed up the purchase with a phone call several days later to ensure I was enjoying my new purchase.
