dropped my car to fix something under warranty, after an hour or so received a call from the lady in the front, stating that the tech that looked at my car checked the documentation and the car is behaving as designed, after insisting to have someone look deeper into the issue because it was working before, she called again and said that they found the issue and all it took to fix it is pressing a button for 4 seconds.
I don't find it acceptable that a tech that doesn't know how to do something, will say it "can't be done" instead of finding the solution.

today i call for and appointment for another issue that started with my car yesterday, and they are 3 weeks out for appointments, 3 weeks to look at an issue???

they do have a nice facility and a very nice driver, but i didn't have the best luck with them, and will take my car to another dealer.
