Of course they are nice and helpful when you are buying the car. Wait until you need them for service. What a joke! I had my Subaru in for some issues that they could not fix. They acknowledged there were issues but couldn't or wouldn't fix them. This is while it was under warranty.

Fast forward to needing an oil change. They offer walk in service but when you call to see how long it would be, they schedule you for a week later. I was given the wrong price for an oil change. Then I was given the correct price that didnt match what is online. Rude people. Lady was arguing with me over what I was seeing on the website. Left a message for the General Manager that just so conveniently wasnt at his desk. Still haven't heard back two weeks later.

Poor customer service. Very disappointed!
