Purchased 2 tickets for a concert this February. I received 3 tickets via email. While TDY and unable to check voicemail or email for 2 weeks, I finally saw that I had threatening emails and voicemails from StubHub regarding my order. I had 2 more days to transfer the extra ticket which was "mistakenly" sent to me or I would be charged for it. Your company's error should not be the consumer's problem. This has given me a complete lack of trust in your company moving forward.
