Probably the least stressful car buying experience ever! From the moment we walked in, Bennie Smith was on it! He is so personable, professional, and not afraid to say "I don't know, let me find out." They had to find my vehicle and Bennie kept me up-to-date by phone several times. On the day we closed the deal, Bennie was nonstop - he was getting every thing we needed and answering last minute questions to make sure we were fully taken care of. I highly recommend Bennie and the Stokes Honda team for your next purchase!

Took entirly too long for an oil change and tire rotation. Over 2.5 hrs waiting and not one update. I finally went and asked and finally 10 min later they gave me a somewhat update. They have stopped making appointments for service contract work and this is ridiculous.

I purchased a 2019 Honda Pilot from Stokes Honda North over the phone. This included a trade in not seen by them; gave me very great trade in towards purchase of the Pilot. I'm telling everyone the experience was phenomenal and I'm not saying this lightly. Ruth Evans was so great to work with making my purchase extremely wonderful. The entire purchase was made over the phone site unseen for both trade and purchase. Ruth even drove the Pilot to meet with my wife who was at MUSC for an appointment with my daughter. They were able to meet exchanging both vehicles. Ruth was always in touch with me and really made my experience a very pleasant one! She is the real deal in her service of car sales. I would highly recommend her to purchase a vehicle and in my opinion you would be given the same experience that I received from her. I give her a ten with my satisfaction. I chose not to buy a car in Myrtle Beach which was much closer and I'm very satisfied. You all needing a vehicle ask for Ruth Evans. The sales person that helped me when I was looking for a new car was not the typical sales person most people hear about, he wasn t pushy or didn t show me cars I did not want. He listened and cared to my needs, wants, and lifestyle. I have recommended him to my family and friends for his patience, kindness, and trustworthiness. I took my 2012 hyundi in there and they put 5 quarts of oil in it when it takes 3.5 and charged my for it. I had asked the guy at the counter TIM about it as soon as I seen the paperwork after waiting almost three hrs. and he told me that's just what they put on the paperwork. So I took his word for it when I should have known better. I checked it a couple weeks later and imagine that my oil level is an inch over the full line. I call and talk to the same guy and tell him and he asked me how much it take he don't know he works at the counter but he had no problem reassuring me when I was their that it was right even when the paperwork said 5 quarts. Don't tell someone its correct if you don't know yourself. He said bring it in we will fix it for free. WHY WOULD I TAKE MY CAR BACK TO A DEALERSHIP THAT CAN'T EVEN DO THE EASIEST THING YOU CAN DO ON A CAR. CHANGING OIL THATS JUST SAD. THANKS TIM AND THE HONDA TEAM FOR THE WORST SURVICE I'VE EVER HAD.

I received a proactive call re: a minor recall issue. The appointment was made, parts ordered and all I had to do was wait until the scheduled time. When I arrived, I was greeted with courtesy and a sense of humor. My car was taken right in and I made to feel comfortable. It took less than an hour and I was ready to go. An upcoming major service was brought to my attention and explained in detail.

Overall a great experience and made even better because no one tried to sell me a new car!

Love stokes, but gave it a 4 due to having a long wait time even with an appointment.

The atmosphere, personnel and service was very good.

They handled my recall quickly and efficiently and provided a courtesy ride home after I dropped it off. Later that day they came by, picked me up, and drove me back to the dealership. Their driver Sam is a super-duper positive and friendly person.

I would recommend this dealership. Great atmosphere and helpful agents. Yahia in particular helped me with buying my very first car, and made it an easy buying experience. He is always willing to help out, even after the purchase!

Great location close to the highways. It is also not far from the interstate access.

Francis Sinsuat is by far the most professional and easy going salesman I have come across. The moment Francis introduced himself, it felt as if we knew each other for years. I first bought my brand new 2018 Honda Accord from him in 2018. His level of professionalism was so great that I came to him again to buy a 2017 Chevy truck last week. I knew there were plenty of dealerships to offer me a truck, but I went back to Stokes Honda North. I knew that he would make it happen. Thanks Francis for getting me the truck of my dreams!!! The service is always great. Every time I come in they ensure that I would be taken care and of. They re pretty fast so the sooner you get your car in the faster they can get the job done. I love that when I bring in the car for maintenance and oil change they check on everything else to make sure the car continues to run smoothly. I ll continue to give them my service

I have been going to Stokes Honda since I bought my first Accord in 1999. In 2005 I bought another Accord and still drive it. It has 265000 miles on it and runs like a champ. This is mainly due in part to the service i have gotten over the years from Stokes.
Recently I took my car in for an oil change and to have them look at an AC problem I have been experiencing. Unfortunately it was a bad compressor which meant a costly repair. Tyrone helped ease the pain by doing the oil change and tire balance free. The next day when I picked it up and got about 2 miles down the road, a tire went flat. I called Tyrone and he send to bring it back and he would fix it. He told me the tire warranty covered it so I didn't have to pay anything. I will be purchasing my next Honda from them and continue to use their service as it has never let me down. Thanks Stokes!

I would not buy a car from this dealership again. Multiple issues for months after! I tell everyone I know not to go here. They never call back and they lie about things they will do.

I bought a new Civic from them back in November of 2019. Almost a year later and I'm still in love with the car. Garfield was a fantastic salesman, and he'll be the first person I call when I'm ready for my next Honda.

I had an AWFUL experience here at stokes Honda North Charleston a few days ago and feel that management should be made aware of what happened. I called to see if there were any hatchback Impreza Subarus on the lot that I could come look at. I called from mount pleasant with the plan to drive to North Charleston if they did in fact have what I was looking for. When I called I talked to a woman named Gabrielle. She put me on hold to check inventory then told me that there was a white suburu hatchback Impreza on the lot that I could come and look. I told her I was on my way. When I got there I stood around for 20 min before anyone other than the lovely woman at the front desk could help me. Finally Alicia came over and we talked for a second, then she went to talk to her manager about getting me a test drive with this car. They then informed me that the car I was told was at the Honda dealership was actually at the VW dealership. This made me very upset. Coming all the way from mount pleasant it would have made more sense to have me go to the VW dealership to begin with. I'm not sure why Gabrielle would have lied to me and told me the car was at the other dealership. This was the point I should have just gone to the VW dealership myself. Instead we test drove a different car, then two of the salesman went to get the original car I was there to see in the first place. About 45 min later they arrived with no car. They said it was still getting checked out? I have no idea how any of this adds up. I was lied to on a few different fronts and know for sure stokes will never get any sort of my business. I was ready to spend money that day and leave with a new car. Instead they gave me bullshit lie after lie, and all sorts of run around. I'm not sure if this is standard business procedure for how they operate but I couldn't be more pissed. After about 4 hours of waiting around to see the original car I never got to see it, and was told I wasn't going to be allowed to see it today. At that point it was about 5pm and time to head back to mount pleasant in not so pleasant traffic. Time is money and they just don't realize that at stokes Honda. Don't waste your time and spend your money where they actually want to take care of you! Oh also they said they'd call me when the car was ready, I have still ever received that call!! What a joke.

I met with Garfield on Saturday to discuss purchasing a new vehicle after my old one was at the end of its road. He made such a great impression with his knowledge of the 2020 Civic I looked at, his professionalism as a salesman, and how down to earth his behavior was; that I went back on Monday to do business with him. I could hardly tell I was at a dealership, because Garfield and his associates made me feel right at home with how well they treated me. I got the car of my dreams, and they were extremely reasonable with the price! They even gave me an awesome trade in value for my old car that no other dealer could beat. I can't express my overwhelming satisfaction enough, but I am very thankful I stopped in to have one of the best purchasing experiences of my life. You guys rock!!

My cousin Matt got into a new civic that he loves. The sales rep Justin A. was great.

I came in for a tune up on 2-8-16.and after the free inspection was told i needed a new radiator fan blade and that my battery was in need of replacement. My service adviser was Anslee. This service was going to be pretty expensive but she worked with me and got the price down as where I could afford to have it all done. I bought my 2002 Honda Accord from this dealership and have always had my service performed here. I did check around on the tune up but the prices were almost the same price. I feel more at ease when my car is serviced at Stokes Honda North. Thanks again to Anslee in service for the excellent service performed on my Honda. Love my car!!

I went to Stokes Honda with my family to look at a 2016 Honda Civic Coupe. After a pleasant test drive we started going over some lease numbers with the sales manager, Paul Smith. The first lease estimate that Paul came in with was absolutely and ridiculously absurd for a 21K car. I pointed this out very politely and using some fairly simple calculations using the residual value and money factor established by Honda Finance and simply mentioned that the lease estimate just does not make sense. This apparently hit a nerve and Paul said (and I quote) "let me school you" in a very arrogant way. From that moment on I knew that this sales manager was not willing to work with us. The second lease estimate was a better but still not fair. We walked away since it was just not worth our time negotiating with someone who within 30 seconds of meeting said "let me school you." and was unwilling to put in some effort in actually making the sale.

Unfortunately, Paul was unable to "school" me but when I asked him to actually break down the lease estimate he essentially said that is what the computer came up with.

I read a response by Stoke Honda's Online Reputation Specialist that Stokes Honda is a growing dealership. I sincerely hope you guys do well but please consider reevaluating your staff to see if some members need training/re-training in basic customer management and communication.

Went into look for a car, and Tim was the absolute best. Was treated very well, and felt very comfortable. I would recommend if you go into Stokes Honda to request Tim.
