From start to finish Garfield answered questions and returned calls, doing everything possible to make it possible for the deal to go through. They had the car I wanted, and worked with me without any pressure sales tactics. When I indicated I wanted to think about, they said "fine" and I left to think about it. When I returned for further conversation, the sales manager and I sat down to go over the numbers a second time and reached a deal. One of the better car buying experiences I had had in recent years.

I recently purchased my 2013 Honda Accord EX 4DR Sedan from Stokes Honda North off Rivers Ave with assistance from one of the best and very thorough salesman there, Lyndon Wright.
This day came through after one evening while driving down Rivers Ave in North Charleston, when I glanced over to my right at the Honda dealership, only to catch eye with the love I have been waiting for, my 2013 Honda Accord EX 4 Dr. I make a quick right turn only to find myself in the Honda lot, combing through the various colors and styles of the 2013 Honda Accords.
On the day that I went to purchase my car, from beginning to end the overall experience was wonderful!
This is one of my best and most fulfilling purchases ever. I love everything about my car, from its digital display Bluetooth capabilities to listen to my Pandora radio stations, to my right side camera and back up display.

Went in for Oil Change, Or A27 Service, Danielle took the appointment, but I was greeted by Alicia? Had oil change done, Engine Filter Changed, and brake fluid checked, and was told that all was good. Very Pleasant experience. Fast in/out service.
I suggest you ask for Andrew E. He helped us answer all of our questions, unlike the other Honda place, and was not pushy for a moment.
Worst dealership I ever bought a car from. They pushed a 2500 dollar warranty in to the price without me knowing when there was still 18 months left on the factory one. They asked me what I was looking for and delivered on none of them. I do take blame in letting them talk me into it. But that's what they do take advantage of gullable people.

Spent a couple of hours + for an oil change. Everyone was concerned all morning about drama from the day before. Hearing things such as "they'll just have to wait" from the female. That was once the mix up was discovered. Supposedly, my red car was mistaken for orange. Hire better help

Very honest for my service visit. I have not done business with Stokes before but needed to get the air bag inflator replaced for the recall.
The service person was very helpful and kept me up to date on when the parts would arrive.
I also got the transmission fluid serviced. The technician kept a sample of the old fluid for me to review when I picked up the vehicle. The car is running great now!
I feel that stokes Honda was very honest and took good care of me.

I bought my little stick-shift Honda Hatchback from Stokes Honda North in 1993. It was the cheapest model they sold. That car is still comfortable and dependable, with good gas mileage, because Stokes maintenance gives it the same excellent care they'd give to a new luxury car.
Heather McClellan in service was outstanding. I recently dealt with her pertaining to the airbag recalls. Although this was not the individual dealerships fault, she was incredibly helpful, patient and professional. 99% of the customers coming in for this issue are already angry and frustrated. Her calm, organized demeanor made the process quick and painless for me.
Love stokes Honda because they stay open until 9pm and I work weekdays until 7 and HATE getting my car serviced on weekends. Sean is the man he got me in and out in an hour and got my oil changed and assured me my car was safe to drive for my trip to Virginia this weekend! Thanks Sean and Stokes Honda!
