My Honda Accord was in the service department last week to have damage to the window tint repaired. The work was done in less time than originally quoted, and the results were completely satisfactory. I shall not hesitate to take my car back for further work. Many thanks to Doug Diehr and the service staff at Stokes Honda North for their kindness and consideration.

Found a used vehicle online. Requested a test drive for the next day. Received a phone call from the internet contact at the dealership telling me I could come in. Drove out to the dealership only to find out the car was sent to the auction the day before. I live 2 1/2 hours from North Charleston, so it was 5 hours I wasted because no one could call me and let me know the car was not on the lot. Sales manager Al told me they would try to get the car back from the auction. It took them all day to find out where the car was. I tried to speak to the GM of the dealership, but first he was in a meeting then he was no where to be found. Got a call at 5 minutes to 5 the Monday after to tell me the car was on the way back to the lot, they would call me when the car was on the lot so I wouldn't be driving for nothing! Told them I wasn't interested in the car and even if I was, I wouldn't be interested in dealing with them! To me this was a bait and switch situation-they knew the car was gone and just wanted to get me in there to see if they could sell me something else......

Can't say enough about David in Service. He helped my mom out in a pinch and got her car taken care of in no time. All i heard about after her appointment was how nice david and the whole staff was.

Just purchased a Honda Accord Sport on Oct.22 2014. Traded my Harley and loving my Honda! Headed to Panama City Florida on Oct 25 2014. Great ride, easy on gas! Came back on Oct 29 2014 with 1,650 miles on the car. Nice driving experience, looking forward to more road trips.

I almost lost my mind here. They had my car for over 2 weeks for a TIRE WARRANTY. The tire was losing air and starting to fall apart. I was out of town for work, afyer calling and calling and never able to get a manager, i finally sent my gifriend to get the car. They told her it was complete and then sent her on her way. Turns out the tire was never changed!! She drove a mile or 2 down the road and the tire failed. She almost crashed and was stranded down the road from the dealership. God forbid she was hurt or WORSE. Then when she got back to the dealership, the manager CLEVE was saying that it was their responsibility and that it was ok. Out of nowhere, he starts demanding that she pay half for a new tire and the towing of the car back to the dealership! He was trying to bribe her down from saying that they were responsible and was yelling at her. I was on the plane seeing RED!!! I have never been so mad in my entire life. This place completely disreguarded someones safety and just responsibility in general as a buisness. Disgraceful!

Came a week prior and they said needed a plug in tire.Pay 34.00 light came on four days later.I came back they said I need a tire the same one they plug.And guess what if I buy a tire they would refund the money back and drop price of tire.I must look like booboo the fool.I would not give them another nickel. AS much money as I spend there they tryed to get over.Sad they lost a good customer.

I should have known better than to pay for the auto services at Stokes Honda. They have finally gotten acceptable employees, but their service is still horrible. I called Sunday because my tire had a huge bulge. I stated who I was, my vehicle type, and the problem. They returned my call Monday, yet when I went to the appointment they didn't have the tire! They also made my boyfriend drive home on that tire! What if it blew??? They made another appt for 10am Tuesday. Its 12:30 and my tire STILL isn't on. I've bought 3 vehicles here. I think I'm done.

I came in yesterday morning had a nail in my tire waited 3 hours for them to go somewhere else and get a tire and put it on. You would think Honda would have a tire for an odyssey. On my way to work last night the TPMS light came on so here I am back at The Honda dealer waiting another 3 hours for them to change the sensor . Next time I will go to Geralds. .

We originally went to Stokes Honda in N Charleston from a recommendation from our neighbor. Front the very beginning, the sales staff was OUTSTANDING. From our salesman, to the sales manager, to the finance manager......everyone was so professional.

Upon taking delivery, the experience was just as great. Today, we needed to get our tire repaired due to damage from a curbside parking incident (happens to just about everyone we know). When we were going over the last minute details upon our negotiations, we were offered the "Roadside Hazard" coverage for the tires. I originally didn't think we needed the coverage, but I was wrong. The $385 one time charge covered my replacement tire today and this coverage stays in effect for 3 years.

Now to the Service Department: I had just pulled up to the Service Department (without an appointment) and a bubbly and energetic young lady named Heather sprinted out to greet me and help me. She told me she only needed my name and jumped into action. I was in the waiting room within 3 minutes of my arrival and waited patiently to get my tire repaired. Heather kept me posted on the progress of my repair and got the job done in record time.

I know many people will have problems with new car dealers, but I can tell you that from the very beginning, to today with our tire situation, Stokes Honda has provided us with service that exceeds the industry. I recommend anyone to just walk into the showroom and you will see how Stokes Honda and their staff do it right. We will be recommending them to all our friends and neighbors.

I had an appointment for 8:20 am for them to fix (patch) my tire, it is an hour later haven't heard anything. They man dealing with me is rude and seems to have an issue with me seeing he is more attentive to others. Seems strange to be taking so long while others have come and gone. Will be going to buy my car somewhere else. I'm tired of their attitude and lack of attention! They told me it wouldn't take long, that is why I made an appointment for the next morning to make sure, I will be late for work now!!!! Not good at all!!! Anywhere else would have taken 30 mins!!! This is crazy!!!

Buyer beware. I was quoted a price and time the new car would be ready. I drove 3 hours ready to purchase the new car. The car was not even at the dealership like promised. I even called a hour out to let the sales team know I would be 30 minutes early. Once the car arrived, shipping tape was still applied and the car was not prepped for the sale. The second Car FOB was not available and no car tint on the windows which was included in the sales price. The price suddenly changed once the sales team found out that I was pre-approved with my own financing, already had my insurance card and tag in hand to transfer. The sale would have been their easiest sale of the day, but the sales team wanted to make it harder at the customer's expense. Needless to say my wife and I decided to bend just to get the deal done and decided to finance with Honda. We probably would be driving it right now, except the finance guy, RM, decided to tell my wife, "Ma'am if you would quit interrupting the process would go a lot faster". At that point in time with numerous red flags, we decided to leave and give our hard earned money to someone that knew how to treat a customer. The following Monday, Hendricks Honda of Hickory, NC got our business. No need to reply because I have sent an email to Executive GM and GM with no response. I have also read a majority of the reviews and we know the owner is not replying to the reviews, probably just one of their social media staff. Buyer Beware.

I was extremely upset about my visit on February 7th I decided that I would stop at stokes because I had recently decided that I would purchase a new car when I parked my vehicle I saw two sales rep standing in the front of building so I started to look and after I looked through most of the car lot I realized that no one had approached me yet so I decided to go up to the sales woman and ask her is there a particular reason why no one approached me to see if I needed any help and she gave me an excuse but I know the real reason is because I am a young african American woman and she assumed that I didn t have any money or that I would need to wait on my taxes but in all actuality I don t receive a refund back and I am a very hard working young lady next time don t judge a book by its cover

Candace was very helpful and got me in and out as quickly as possible. The free coffee was wonderful. Wayne Brady and "Let's Make A Deal" were on TV. I would highly recommend Stokes Honda North to family and friends.

One thing unrelated to the coffee, TV, and fantastic customer service I received, I did get a tire rotation and got a "low tire pressure" warning on the way home a few miles from the dealership. I checked and all the tires were at 31-32 psi. I had to Google how to turn off that message. I'm unsure why that happened. Everything else was great.

Salesmen were friendly, albeit they didn't know much about the technical side of their cars. For example, the odyssey does not have a CVT transmission, nor do most minivans. The sales managers were rude and condescending and severely undervalued my trade in. Went with Hendrick Honda instead

I made an appointment for an oil change, showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, and let the attendant know (very clearly and very specifically) that I could not stay more than 2 hours. She acknowledged and confirmed this would not be a problem. My car was moved from the front waiting area within minutes.

Almost two hours later, I asked for the status of my car and was told no work had been done. I expressed my frustration regarding reserving a time and having no work done and basically was told the reservation did nothing for me because it is all first come first serve and numerous people were in front of me. Why allow people to make a reservation?

I can appreciate if you are busier than expected, the business day is hard to predict, but if a customer tells you they only have two hours, and you cannot even get an oil change started within two hours, why not show a modicum of courtesy and let that person know?! I arranged my schedule to sit in your lobby for two hours to then have to leave, no work done.

I'm giving two stars vice one star because in spite of the absence of communication, when I did speak to any staff members, they were polite in answering my questions.

They cancelled my service plan with no notice after paying the car off. We payed the car off really early. Not only did it take 2 months for my paperwork to be signed and put in stone. We get the run around constantly from the managers. I do not recommend buying a car from here. Didnt know how to update so i edited. They offered me a full refund for my service plan that was said active in the finace Department but not in the maintenance department. Its a beaurcratic mess no body knows who to talk to . Takes 2 hours for a oil change anyway. Go to jiffy lube takes 20 mins . I give to kenny the finance manager for trying to make it right. Hes a good guy . Post sale beware

Updated....I'm really disappointed with them. I test drove a Honda civic and decided I wanted to buy it. We went and did all the paperwork and when I went to get my stuff out of the tahoe i traded in all the lights on the dash of the civic the salesman claimed it was because they had the car in the on position but it wasn't running so that's what caused it. A week later battery was dead when I went to go to work causing me to be late because they never replaced the battery like they should have in the first place. A few days ago I was looking at the financial paperwork and realized that the cash I put down with my trade in they took and never put on there. Then try to offer me just the money I gave to put down not the interest it will cause since it wasn't put down.
Update the money was taken off the car price instead of as a down payment. I was walked through all the paperwork and we found out that it was just entered in wrong.

PJ and YaYa are the best sales associates. They helped my wife get into a sweet minivan. PJ greeted us in the parking lot and was very professional. While PJ was helping other customers YaYa showed us all the features on the van. They were both very knowledgeable and curteous. They also helped trade in our BMW X3. We figuired they would beat us up on the trade but, to our surprise they gave us what we wanted. (After some negotiating). I feel this was the best experience we have ever had with any car dealership. Thanks again PJ and YaYa for helping my wife and I.

Great professional staff. In both the service and sales departments. Was having some issues with our Odyssey and Jack in th service department was very upfront about what was going on and the cost. Ultimately we decided to purchase a new Odyssey and our salesman Samuel Middleton went above and beyond to secure us a great deal. My wife and I are pleased with our purchase and will return to Stokes for our maintenance needs.
