After buying all of my other cars from a different local dealer, I was a little nervous trying a new place. Garfield made us feel welcomed from the start. I knew I wanted a CR-V but wasn't sure what trim. Garfield went over each option and made sure it had everything I was looking for. He had a wonderful sense of humor and in no way made us feel pressured. The finance person, Ric, was very helpful and realistic about what extended warranty to choose. Great buying experience!

On Saturday, December 28th I went to this location. I walked and and they put me with CLEO. When he asked me what I needed today I CLEARLY told him that I was just here to look at numbers for a new car. He puts me with a guy named Lyndon who seemed somewhat off of his game that day. Fast forward we test a car and go back inside. Now I am not aware of the ins and outs of car buying do I was UNAWARE that his team STILL ran my credit. He said that this keeps my credit safe and that it won't shared to anyone. At the end of it all I walked away from the deal they were trying to give me.

Fast forward to today, December 31st I am signing paperwork to get my car that I wanted and i find out that they RAN my credit which now means the deal we had is null in void. I dont have a car at all. And my only option tis to fix the car I have now and that will cost over 2000 dollars. I WILL NEVER STEP.FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN !!!!

From sales to service, I have been pleased. Great to be able to call, get answers to my questions and help. Example: my tire pressure light came on. Each time I would call, take my car straight in to be checked and find out nothing was wrong (change in temp). Explained how to reset it myself and told to bring it back if he light came back on. Save me time and effort! Only one time did it come back on, took it in and sure enough, had a nail. Appointments are recommended and your time is valuable to them as well.

Service advisors are absolutely horrendous. If I had known they were this bad I never would have bought a Honda from here. First visit was bad, but thought it was just a bad day. Today it was worse than the first time. Beg you for a high survey rating but do nothing to deserve higher than a one. Love my Honda, but I need to find a different dealership for service. This place is horrible and that is being kind.

My salesperson, Breanna, was easy to work with, even though she is still training. Most of the staff seemed friendly and willing to work with me.

One of the managers tried to switch cars on me, saying he had one just like the one I test drove and agreed to purchase, it just had more miles on it. Kind of a bait and switch. I was ready to walk away but Breanna stood up for me. He's the reason I took off one star. If not for that, it would be 5. Just watch, listen and know you have the power to walk away.

I have great confidence in Mr. Raymond Dobbs, the service advisor, with whom I have had a long relationship. His advice is always sound and I believe he has my best interest in mind. I would give the Stokes Honda service department a 5-star rating without hesitation.

One star too many. Going on three hours for an oil change with a pre-scheduled appointment. In addition, they are circulating an email that says get your oil changed in less than thirty minutes. As I recall, they used a similar false advertisement to encourage purchasing the vehicle. Don't bother responding with a number to discuss further. I plan to call first thing in the morning.

On a positive note, Raymond did a wonderful job with the limited resources available.

Took both my Hondas in for routine maintenance, oil changes. I was in there 4 times within a week, service writers knew me by name. Later the mechanic called me and said he left his tools under the hood. Not too safe, then I notice an oil leak. Had to take time off to go back and get it fixed and return mechanics tools, and have 4 oil spots on my driveway!

I came in for a warranty paint job for my Honda Civic. I first met with Holly who made it seem like she really cared about me getting the best deal on getting my car repainted. Even though I was getting warranty work done and I'm sure they weren't going to make any money, she tried everything she could to make sure I was happy. The estimate for the paint job (the painting was free under warranty but all the dents were highly recommended to be fixed) was way over my budget. The guy who was doing to painting at Stokes Mazda told me straight up what he would do, and it marked the estimate down to less than $200 to get all the dents fixed and my entire car repainted. I am sure he would have made more money if I would have done the original option but he told me straight up what was the best deal.

I dropped the car off before I flew home for Christmas, they even gave me a free ride to the airport. They also picked me up from the airport and took me back home. When it was getting close to the expected completion date, they informed me that the car wasn't going to be ready on time (it was going to be 3 days late). I told them I needed a car for work and such. Christine of the service department covered the costs of the rental car for me for 3 days and sent another shuttle to come pick me up and get it.

All in all, Holly, Christine and the guy at Stokes Mazda made it seem like it was their car being worked on because they took such personal care of it. Yes, they messed up and were late on the pick up date but Christine accepted the mistake (even though it probably wasn't her fault) and found a good solution for me. I highly recommend their service department.

PJ is THE BEST!!! He really listened to what was important to our family (features, budget, and "do not likes"). He kept an eye out for something that fit all the criteria, and within a few days called me with a vehicle he thought fit my description. He was spot on and then some!!! He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and delivers on his promises. If you want someone to treat you like you're family, then PJ is the man you need!

Ouch. Even the manager lies. After hearing an ad on the radio and checking out the website, we called to confirm the parameters of both the vehicle and the sales offer they were touting. After rearranging our schedules and dragging the kids out on a school night, we unfortunately learned the truth. The vehicle was no longer on the lot for sale and the assurances from the manager about how the sales event worked were denied.

Showed up with the intentions of buying a used car with my husband and what happened next was a complete dumpster fire.

Walked in and the secretary put us with the first person they saw who seemed like he had a lot going on. His immediate action was to try hitting on me to butter me up but I don't believe in that type of salesmanship. He did not seem like he knew how to work their computer system (and by computer system I mean google and a website you can access yourself) and was rushing to find things in there. He found a random car (was manual which I don't know how to drive but he hadn't gotten to the point to asking that or finding that out) and handed us a key and said "through those doors straight ahead" motioning outside.

He sent us outside with the keys by ourselves. We don't work there so of course finding the car in that lot was like finding a needle in a hay stack and when we finally found it we saw that it was manual. We went back inside to move on to the next step and the dude was nowhere to be found, not even by the other employees. We waited maybe 5-10 minutes and he showed up and we tried moving forward. We went back and looked at some cars outside then went back inside. I showed a lot of interest and that I was eager to buy a car but he simply did not try to sell me one.

So I left empty handed and will not be returning. We were there for about an hour and spent maybe 15 minutes actually talking to someone who worked there.

I went in on my way home from work on Monday to look at those used cars because it is getting close to me needing a new one. I heard of the "Good deal's" there. When I go there I got out my car. Started looking at some cars. Walked from one end of the dealership to the other and back. Even went to look at the cars in front of the showroom. No one got up from the outside table to come say or how many I help you. Guess they did not need my business. Guess I will have to shop elsewhere.

I payed off my loan early on a vehicle I purchased from them and they wouldn't return my call for a refund i was do to GAP insurance. 10 messages over 6 months nothing. Now seeking legal advice and will be fileing a lawsuit. Absolutely terrible dealership. Do not buy a car from stokes Honda north, nice when they want sell. Very rude and terrible if you ever have a issue.

Bought a 17 Civic in April. Mr Ravenel our salesman great to deal with. He knew the car inside and out. Mr Yomi finance manager again great person.
Now the service department. We made an appointment 645 to have a tire patched (slow leak) got there at 620 finally left 830. To be told it was going to be 29.95 to fix and that the cabin air filter and engine air filter needed to be changed. Asked why now do these filters need replacing when our car was just serviced 2weeks ago there and there's not even 12k of miles. Now the tire we have the road hazzard warranty so I guess no one looked at that before telling us the price nor the service history. After we got the printed invoice, we noticed it said we asked for the courtesy multi point inspection, which we didn't because the car was just in 2 weeks prior for scheduled service. We've been there now 4 times for services and this issue and have had only 2 good experiences even with appointments.
All of our work has been done there.

I purchased a brand new Honda Passport on December 28th 2019. I started having issues with the display in my vehicle, starting in January. Sound stopped coming out of my speakers, my backup camera would stop working, and after i shut off my car the display wouldn t turn off. In order for me to turn it off i would have to unplug the battery or remove the fuse.I dropped my vehicle off twice to the Honda dealer that I originally purchased it from. After the second time, the service manager informed me that right now there isn t a solution to what my vehicle was doing. I spoke to a sales manager and the service manager about swapping my car out for another one because they clearly sold me a defective car. They told me that they couldn t do that and that I would have to contact corporate. When I contacted corporate and informed them of my situation, they told me that there weren t any recalls on my vehicle and told me that my Apple car play was the reason for this defect. Something worth mentioning, I owned a 2017 Honda Accord prior to getting the 2019 Honda Passport, my Accord had Apple Car Play and I NEVER had any issues. The rep that was working my case was Richard. My case was submitted on February, 18th 2020 and he said to give him, at most, 2 weeks to look into my issue. March 3rd marked 2 weeks. He did not call me that day. So I contacted him on March 4th and he didn t respond. He did call back the same day but I was with a customer at work when he called so I couldn t answer. However, I did call him back about an hour later and I left a voicemail. March 6th arrives and no call back, so I decided to call him again. He didn t answer so I left a voicemail. Then March 9th rolled around and I still hadn t gotten a call back, so I call again. Once again, he didn t answer and I left a voicemail. This was starting to get ridiculous, so I called the customer service number and they transferred me to him. He didn t have an answer as to why he wouldn t return my calls. Then he proceeds to tell me that the dealership is aware of my issue with my car and told me that he couldn t let me trade it for a different one. Clearly I was unhappy with that because that didn t provide me with a solution. All he said was to not use Apple Car Play. I told him that defeats the purpose of me having the car, because if the vehicle didn t have Apple Car Play, then I wouldn t have purchased it. When I asked to speak to a manager he said that no one would be able to help and that he is the only one I could speak with. Then I flat out asked him if he was denying me the right to speak with a manager and he responded yes. When I called back later that day, the rep said that there was no guarantee that I would get a call back from someone else besides Richard. I am highly disappointed with Honda. I owned 3 brand new Honda s and the fact that I am now experiencing an issue, no one can help me. As a company, the reps should stand behind the brands they sell and handle situations accordingly. I am not asking for monetary compensation, I am simply asking to trade my defective vehicle for another one. Whenever you purchase an item that is defective, you take it back to swap it out for a different one. I literally only had the car 1 month before it started acting up and it only had 1000 miles on it. After this experience I will never purchase a Honda again and I will let everyone know Honda is ok with selling defective vehicles and not taking care of the customer. If it weren t for your customers, there wouldn t be a Honda.

Be careful of the finance department. They will get you in a car. Maybe not the one you want, but one you can afford... If it's used, take it to your mechanic before buying... I can't stress this enough.... If it's a Honda, you may not have too much problems with it. But if it's not, I can't street enough for you to get a second opinion on the quality of the vehicle vs the money you are paying for it. Stay SAFE and stay blessed

Today Aug 6,2019 was the third time for paperwork and 5th including job check stub and the other wast correct vin # of the car. On behalf of this inconvenience I have lost time from work.
