Once again disappointing visit to Stew Hansen. Called with a car that would not start and the woman that answered the phone politely said she would connect me to Roadside Assistance and when she connected I got a recording saying this # is no longer in service. Then I get my car to the Service dept. on my own...and am told it will take 2-5 days and when I asked for a loaner car, well, yes but you will have to pay for it until they start working on your car and then we will not charge for 24 hours.
Hmmmmm. Nice!
Well Willis could get me in AND provide a loaner car but I stopped at Interstate Battery on 73rd street and they checked my battery, bad battery, put in a new battery, AND I was on my way in 15 minutes! Friendly, helpful and under $200.00. Folks, there are options!!!

Jim was a great help in finding us a car and getting the new car ready for us. We couldn t have asked for a better experience.

Car buying experience was great, no hassles, and truly not pressured. Facilities were less than to be desired as she had to breastfeed our baby on the floor of the women's bathroom with her back to the door because there were no stalls and no lock on the door.

I just had a great experience shopping at Stew Hansen. Our salesman, Elhadji, was great to deal with. He was respectful of my time. He listened to what I wanted. He didn t try to sell me . The whole experience was strait forward and transparent. I 100% would recommend and hope to do business with them in the future.

Everyone was Great !! Salesman EL HADJI Thiandoum had sold me my 09 jeep wrangler! The rag top went bad needed replaced and so I talked with service guy Frank and was Great more than helpful to me he said Tim why don't you just come here take a look at our great selection of new jeeps and problem solved !! So I did !!! Mr. Thiandoum spent a lot of time with me showing me jeeps than even spent a lot of time after I bought the Rubicon explaining everything to me!!! I love stew Hansens!! Great people ! I really feel attended to personally!!!

Purchased my first car here everything went smoothly.. until they called me 2 weeks later saying I forgot to sign something. I called the gentleman who sold the car to me and asked when would be a good time for me to come sign the paperwork. He then stated there was nothing for me to sign and everything was taken care of. I processed to get 4 voicemails that week from the financial guy ( I can t remember his name now) saying I needed to come sign some more paper work, I then called this gentleman back and he acted like it was an emergency for me to come in and sign more paperwork (because he forgot to do his job the first time around) I told him that I was told everything was taken care of and I couldn t be in that week to sign and he became very rude so I hung up the phone. Couple hours later he called my father to tattletale on me... saying your daughter was very rude to me and hung up so I am now reaching out to you. This made me very angry I m 23 years old And very capable of handling things on my own. I was very unappreciative that he acted like I was a child.Also, I Purchased the car in July and the check engine light came on about a week ago and AC did not work when Turing it on for the first time a couple days ago... I brought it in to have it looked at, and they told me it was going to be 350 dollars just for them to tell me what was wrong with it. VERY disappointed. I ended up taking it to auto zone where It was FREE to scan it through there system and went to another shop where it cost me 50 dollars for my AC! Do not get your car fixed here it is a rip off! Thought I would have been treated better after purchasing my car here.

Lonnie was fantastic to work with. He didn't push like a normal car salesman would, and he helped us work the price down quite a bit. I would recommend him to anyone!

Had keys programmed and 3 out 4 buttons worked. As long as they serviced the vehicle, you think the techs would've tested their half-assed work. To my avail no such luck. I called them up to let them know the hatch button wasn't working and I received the disbelief. Till this day I haven't received a follow up to correct the problem. So I guess it's safe to say that the techs ATTEMPT to fix an issue and don't follow through with testing.

No pressure sales with a knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. Finance person was friendly and knowledgeable. The sale took a little longer than expected, but everything turned out well. Follow up has been good and not overwhelming. Will buy from them again if looking at a Dodge or Jeep.

Javan is the best! Ask for him if you are looking to buy or lease.

Rick Belluchi is a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman and we enjoyed working with him very much. Should also mention Cory in financing and Scott his boss for the hospitality!

Every person we encountered during our time at Stew Hansen s was very welcoming. Lonnie was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we got not only what we needed, but a few extras as well! I went into purchase a 2014 Dodge Challenger as MY prImary vehicle, purchaser, no consigner. Sole Owner and operator. While talking with the salesman I started to notice that all the questions were directed at my wife, and then after my wife got in to the passenger side of the car he cut me off and climbed in the driver seat to explain to my wife all the features before my test drive! No explaining anything to me. When the salesman asked for her contact information I politely informed him again that this would be my vehicle and he didn't need her phone number!! Not until after we left the dealership did I find out that when I stepped out of the finance office the finance guy had asked about our relationship (married or dating) and then proceeded to tell my wife how pretty she was. Which made my wife VERY uncomfortable. I find this behavior unprofessional and question the ethics of the employees at Stew Hansen dodge!

Bob McKeen has sold me my last 2 vehicles from Stews. He does a fantastic job! No high pressure sales and just an extremely polite gentleman!! He'll continue to get my business.

I have just purchased my third and fourth vehicle from Stew Hansens. The process is smooth, and the management team really listens to what you want. They really do "Hear You!" The service is so great that my brother in North Carolina purchased a vehicle from here and is having me take it to him because he could not find a dealership there with as good of service! Rick was awesome! He made sure we got the exact Jeep we wanted!! He took our crappy situation with our truck and made sure we walked away happy!! We drove 3.5 back to Iowa to ensure our business was done with him!! We are so happy with our Jeep, we won t be needing another dealership for years to come, but if we do, we will be driving once more to Rick!!

They always take care of the customers. The maintenance costs can seem a little high at times.

Our sales professional was fantastic! However, her positive attitude and helpfulness was overshadowed by the sales management team. The sales manager spent more time pointing fingers and calling us liars than actually trying to keep our business. There was a miscommunication on price and he wanted to make sure everyone around him knew it was "our" error. It is a good thing we truly appreciated our salesperson or her manager would have ruined the entire deal. I will not be returning to Stew Hansens for repairs or any future purchases. I will also not be recommending them to friends and family.

Our sales person was the best and will be purchasing cars from him as long as he still works for the organization. We had an idea of two different vehicles that were in the price range of what we would want to spend, and he didn't try to pressure us into spending more. When it was time for the test drive, he had us start with one car that he didn't think we would like (he was correct), we purchased the second car we test drove (which was one of them that we were looking at). Sales, service, all top notch.

I purchased a used 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn with 27,000 miles from here, my experience with their sales and financing staff was amazing! I really mean top notch in every aspect of the whole process of getting me into the truck I liked. NOW, I am having major questions about their service department and here is why.... I have worked on my own vehicles since I was 14 years old with my dad and never went to a dealer for anything, when I notice that something is not right (in this case a pulsating vibration at highway speeds, a strange noise from the exhaust, and what seems like an exhaust valve that isn't seating properly on one side of the engine causing an RPM surge at any speed but low RPM's) Evidently this is all "in my head" and I have owned a Hemi and know what it feels like when it goes in and out of the "eco" mode. Unfortunately my poor wife has had to deal with most of this and I am not happy since she had to take it in due to my work schedule. This is far from what I expected from a professional staff of "technicians". Guess they don't take pride in the job they have, maybe they should look into hiring someone who will. I am going to update this on what the outcome of the situation is and how they deal with it from here.

We had a breakdown while traveling home from out-of-state and got towed in after hours. Stew Hansen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT called us first thing in the morning (10 minutes before the shop opening at 7am) and was able to get a look at the vehicle right away, despite having a full service load. My wife and I bought a 2012 ram 1500 truck from Stew Hansen.The finance man asked us if we would be interested in a 10 year corrosion protection for $600. Sounded like a good deal,so we bought it. Took the truck to S&C Automotive to get the corrosion protection done.When i picked up the truck,they gave me the warranty.10 year protection is for new vehicles,my used truck is for only 6 years. So i'am getting 60% of what i was lead to believe.Would never have purchased if we had known that.just a little FYI before you buy warranty's.40% less=$240

Came to have front license plate holder installed. It only took one day to get it in stock. When I drove into the warm garage ,even though everyone was busy one man stopped what he was doing and greeted me. He walked me to the parts department and told me to go back to him after I got the part. When I returned he was busy, but he saw me, again stooped what he was doing and 2 minutes later had it installed and he even screwed in the license plate. Thats fantastic service and that gentleman deserves a raise!

Being 8 months pregnant I needed to trade in my car for an SUV not only did I get a great trade in value for my car but they made the whole thing stress free! They were never pushy! I was able to make it very clear what price range I wanted to stay in in order to have a decent monthly payment. Not only did they help me stay on budget but when I told them I needed something bigger than a Jeep Patriot they took they time to search for the Dodge Journey I wanted and delivered it at the best price in town! Staff is friendly and the sales team is great. Have not had great success with the body shop. Had my cars worked on here a few times and every time I left I was not satisfied.

Brought my car in to get fixed from a collision I was in and had to bring my vehicle in on four additional occasions for them to fix the original problem. My car is still not back to where it was before the accident but at this point I have given up on it and am living with it.

Purchased a brand new Hyundai Sonata from them with what I thought was a great warranty but after only 50,000 miles the suspension in the front is shot and they refuse to fix it under that warranty. I understand that the suspension will wear out after some time but the car is strictly highway miles, to and from work, no off-roading and the suspension should not have issues yet. Now I have to pay for brand new suspension out of pocket as well as a brand new set of tires due to them cupping because of the defective suspension. Had to come back and argue with the body shop on several separate occasions and bring expert testimonials as well as independent tire reviews for my tires before they even admitted that cupping of the tires is due to worn out suspension.

Our daughter bought a pre-owned car from Stew's, sales staff seemed friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, not overly pushy.

We bought a used Honda. Love the car. The salesman was fine. It was the financial manager that rushed through the paperwork. We ended up with a $499.00 charge we were not aware of. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from them, They are notorious for adding unnecessary charges. We have purchased from other dealers with no problems. Ugh last time we buy from here!
