Very accessible ski resort, right by the highway. A good terrain but not so big. Convenient parking. Their "learn-in-3 guarantee" program is a great deal. A lot of lines to chairlift and rentals on the weekends but great on weekdays. Chairlifts are pretty old. Food on the main Lodge is pretty good.

A good ski area for mid week skiing. Weekends are crowded and parking lots get full in which case guests are being turned away. The drive back on Highway 2 is particularly bad on a weekend too.

Love this mountain, especially on snow days with fresh powder on their groomed slopes.
They ve hiked up their prices though since being bought by Vail Resorts (owner of Whistler Blackcomb).
They no longer sell discount tickets on certain websites like ticketsatwork. They also do not sell their night skiing tickets online anymore.
Parking too is a pain here. Unless you show up before 8 am or After 2 pm, there s a high chance of you having to turn back because of the lack of parking spots available.
The whole rental process here though is pretty seemless, they even put on your boots for you which is the best part! I absolutely hate wearing my ski boots.

One of best, diverse ski areas around, by far the best night skiing in Washington. Although, only 4 stars because they have refused to solve their parking crisis...arrive at or around opening on a busy weekend and you will be turned around and told to go home.

Much nicer snow than Snoqualmie but the runs are relatively short compared to other mountains. The backside is so much fun to snowboard on but only open during the day.
Weekends are packed. Get there before 9:30 to get parking.

Terrible service and draconian refund policy. I went online to buy a ticket while driving up that morning to ski - as generally they are cheaper. The app defaulted to the next day (Sunday) which I didn't realize. When I went to exchange the ticket in person for the current day (Saturday so no difference in price) they told me there were STRICTLY no refunds and I had agreed to these terms when I had bought the ticket. I called customer service and they told me I would have to buy another ticket for Saturday and the best I could do was try to sell my Sunday ticket. At this point I was told that I could call customer service to resolve which I did. Customer service told me there was no way I was getting a refund UNLESS I could drive up from Seattle on Sunday and use my lift ticket once, ski down and tell them I did not like the ski conditions and wanted my money back at which point I would get a full refund - then I could drive back to Seattle.

Amazingly beautiful place and everyone was super friendly. This was my first time snowboarding and had a blast! Afterwards we headed to the restaurant and received quick and friendly service and the order was right the first time. Can't wait to come back!

horrible experience with the employees. one of them was cursing in front of children and yelled at some of my friends for smacking their boards on the snow. they got kicked off over something dumb and they took our tickets and screwed them up. I wasn't even apart of the mess but they screwed with my ticket and I spent 2 hours figuring out why my ticket wasn't working. Some employees there are rude and some need to watch their language. Other resorts around are way better with customer service

This is my favorite mountain near Seattle. There's a wide variety of terrain. Lots of high speed lifts. Great views on clear days (though Crystal mtn does have Stevens beat in this Dept). The one drawback is that parking is limited. If you aren't here by like 9 am you may not be able to park

It was awesome! But, haven't been to happy with the new ownership, prices went up, there is a 3 drink limit at the bar, no shots, communication between staff and customers is not good but doesn't seem to be their fault, looks like they are still implementing all these new rules and it's taking them a while to get it all right. Asides from that I'm there to ride and as long as I'm having fun doing it, I'm happy! Thanks Steven's Pass.

Wow.... That was a blast! A whole new ballgame. First time for my son 14, and myself 45 on full suspension. We tried our hard tails first. We both are intermediate riders and believe long travel suspension is well worth it.

It's sometimes unbelievable that Stevens is only an hour and a half from Seattle! Great pow and runs, but parking is limited and fills up almost every weekend. Also good to know, their carpool lot costs $20 unless you have 4 or more people in your car.

Would be 5 stars if they would actually start adding new terrain. Feels like over the past 10 years I've been there, they've replaced the backside quad with a high speed quad (much needed), renamed big cheif, and raised ticket prices tremendously. Doesn't change the fact it's a great area with fairly consistent snow and worth the drive from Seattle

This is a great place to stop while going East or West over Stevens Pass.
The View of the surrounding mountains is breathtaking
The 4200 foot elevation and the huge army of tree give you a great Oxygen Boost!
Take a bit of time to sit on the static ski lift chair in front of the Ski Resort and take in Nature. Relax

Very kind staffing but my rental with bindings and board were so rough. Granted my boots suck but the bindings were not very secure to the board and I did not notice till on my first run with control. In general the board was cool but very worn and the bindings did not hold tightness in place and would frequently need tightening Durning snowboarding. Food was super amazing. BTW $105 for day pass and $55 for board and bindings, felt a little bitter but it happens I guess.

Pleasantly surprised after being on ski in every Colorado, Utah resorts. Good variety runs, and if you happened to have a good snow what else you can asked for. Need some improvement but I have no doubt the new owner (Vail) will going to do it.

Of all the options in Western WA this one ranks near the top if you're looking at purchasing a season pass. Far better terrain & snow than Snoqualmie - easier drive (from Seattle area) & more affordable than Mt Baker - and in my experience generally less crowded than Crystal Mt. If you buy passes early enough they are cheaper than Crystal options as well. Careful though, on prime days the parking lot can fill up and then they have no choice but to turn you around. Avoid this by getting there 30-60 mins before lifts open.

Get here early on days when a crowd is expected. Parking is limited, but that means there is always enough slope to go around. Be sure to check out the lifts on the back side. Foggy Goggle lounge is a greatly place to wait and watch the slopes if you burn out early

Love Stevens Pass. Front side is fun, but really prefer skiing there when the backside is open. Longer runs. More terrain. Lodges are adequate - a good place to hang and meet up. We always bring our own food rather than rely on the resort food.

Like any ski resort, there are on and off years, but Stevens Pass has always been my go to for a good time. While you might be disappointed coming from a big resort like Whistler, Stevens has every line you could ever want, packed into a neat little package. Trails for all levels of experience, and even better backcountry.

Been coming since 2006.Love it. Great ski school for kids. instructors are great. Only one beginner slope and lift resulting in veey long lines Back side and far right is best if you know how to ski/board. would be nice if they would wax the rentals. ..mine kept sticking . Need better military discounts!....they are almost useless. Military days are also during the week? We just can't take days off during the week when we want and bring our families. I was just told by Steven's pass that they are backing out of their agreement to honor lessons that were paid for already.
These crooks actually wanted me to pay again after I explicitly asked whether packages would carry over to the next year and was told by the sales person and the instructor that it would be honored. Now they say that since they are not doing that package anymore they would offer me 20% off of a new package.
We have changed our typical skin venue to white pass as they seem to be more honorable.

The rating is for their lost and found service. Last Sunday I went snowboarding and forgot my wallet in the locker. I left a voice message the same night as well as calling for it early the next morning. The guy at lost and found said he would ask for the security guy who did the daily sweep and call me back. He didn t until noon so I called again, he said he forgot about it and would do now. An hour later he called back and said he didn t find anything. I kindly asked him to search again and provided more details (the locker number, where it is in the locker etc.) This is my wallet! I m pretty sure people would get the urgency of this matter. No call back that day. On Tuesday I decided to call again, although it s a long shot. It was the same guy who answered and he sounded pretty annoyed at me like I ve done everything I can what else you want me to do . Although I can tell that he probably didn t even attempt the second search, or any at all.
On Tuesday evening, after I already called to replace all my credit cards and stuff, a guy contacted me on Facebook saying he found my wallet in his locker when skiing today. IT WAS FREAKING TUESDAY! It s been two days my wallet has been sitting there in the locker all this time. In the exact same locker I told them about! It literally would take them 1 min to go check that one locker and find it but they failed at such a simple job, a job someone s paid to do. I m so disappointed at the customer service quality and would not buy another season pass next year.

I've skied all over the North West and the Rockies in my life and none are better than Steven's Pass as far as a great place to ski close to home is concerned. After a dump (of not the driest snow, usually it must be admitted) there's plenty of room for fresh tracks for all skill levels, and no area I've ever been to can claim any better grooming for those who are beginners and cruisers
