David P. is an excellent advisor. Super nice, attentive and responsive. Mr. Joseph the shuttle driver is so kind and we have great conversations. Tim, the manager I believe, operates in excellence and this clearly trickles down to the team. I rarely give reviews but had to give props where it is due. I won t be taking my car anywhere else!

Went in on another issue last week, I thought I had to pay a good chunk of money because it was my rotors. The service manager researched the warranty I purchased with them, and everything was covered. Get the warranty.

Great selection of cars...they had the exact car I wanted and they worked with me for the sale. Everyone was friendly and professional and the gentleman I worked with really new the details of the car. It was a great experience all around.

Terrible customer service. We wanted to look into a nice sized SUV with third-row. We parked and met a sales associate who pretty much handed us off to someone else on the phone. After waiting in his office for a while, he handed us off back to the first guy because he had an appointment. The first guy was extremely new and kept showing us his computer screen while he was doing searches. We could've done that ourselves at home. Very inexperienced and it took him 3 to 4 tries to finally pull up a car for us to see. I just wanted to take my family and get out of there. I went to another dealership and eventually got a Honda Pilot instead.

Was in the market for a new 17 MDX, went to John Eagle Acura and got the worst service ever! I was about to pick up a 17 Honda pilot but at my wife's request, i decided to give Sterling Mccall Acura a try.

Darrell Babineaux (who is not your typical sales guy, that has no interest in customer and all they want to do is to make a sale) he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my purchase, gave me expert advice and the best value for my money.

I'm an Acura customer because of him.

Adam was my salesman. He was very consistent and helpful during the buying process (of course). However, as soon as the deal was sealed he became the complete opposite (not answering calls/text messages). Now, my credit union's collection department is contacting me because Sterling McCall never sent the check that was due to them (I traded in my vehicle) but he kept contacting me about the check from my credit union which they have been received and cashed. I have purchased multiple cars & never had this type of experience. I understand his line of business but you should never make a customer feel this way. I have no problem with Sterling McCall overall, but this is not right and was handled very poorly. He ensured that the check was received from my credit union, but I guess it was not important enough to ensure they received theirs. Ending result, they are holding me liable for two car loans. ONE of them with late fees for a vehicle I no longer own/that has been sold.

Sterling McCall performed the b123 service today. Provided a loaner. Was a little late in getting it ready. Waited 30 minutes at the dealer. I had incurred a 1300 brakes bill at a 3rd party site (got towed) 2 months after having my brakes flushed at your dealership. Agent was sympathetic but that was it. Will influence my next car decision. You should have known that.

Just got my car back this morning from Sterling McCall Acura. I took it in last Friday morning and was immediately offered a free loaner. Happy dance! (With EZPass) So no tolls to pay for me!

Antonio Mora was my service agent and he asked all the right questions and listened to all my concerns and took note of everything so the technician could address them all. I was contacted later that day by Antonio and he let me know the inspection had been performed and everything that passed as well as failed. I also got a hard copy of this via e-mail so we could discuss items one by one. I was never rushed through anything and feel like he really wanted to do whatever I chose.

I had a good portion of the recommended work done and it was all things I knew would need to be addressed. The tires however were an unexpected problem and I asked if he could get the brand I was wanting. He tried and made calls but was not able to get my desired brand. I will be taking it into the tire store Friday to deal with that but I have to say, the dealer price was much better then what I'm getting at the tire store and the alignment was a better price than Midas as well.

Overall I am quite surprised to find my bill in the end is actually cheaper than it would have been to have all these things addressed at the local mechanic. I am thrilled to have all the OEM fluids and parts and still get a good price.

I would highly recommend taking your Acura into Sterling McCall if it needs any attention. The complimentary testing they do will amaze you. They let you know all issues the car is having and I am even more pleased that they let me know all the things that were doing great. In the end I will absolutely go back in the future. No hard sells and they treat you right.

My Advisor was David Gilbert. He is super professional, smart, and fast. A big thank you to David.
I had an issue with our leased Acura RDX. I got an appointment for the service. When I arrived, the staff treated me very well. In 10-15min I was leaving the dealership with a decent loaner car (a 2018 MDX) . Next day, my car was ready for pickup. I dropped the loaner car and picked up my car and the whole thing took less than 5min. This happened during Thanksgiving week.
Thanks to Sterling McCall Acura, and to David Gilbert.

Service was fantastic. David was there to answer all our concerns and questions on our vehicle. We ended up fixing the front brakes based on inspection recommendations, and the car is working great now. Since we were only planning on doing an inspection and the fix took more time, David called Ubers for us to go home and come back when the car was ready. Very professional, happy I came here!

Great Service, Juan Marcias my service tech was wonderful. He made sure to go over everything with me. Was not pushy about getting additional services, gave honest feedback which you don't see often at dealerships. The location was very nice, clean and stocked up (coffee, water, snacks.) Overall Great Experience, Juan is the man!!!!

Purchased a 2020 mdx - negotiated pricing via email - pricing was based on financing with Acura so was very competitive and hard to resist.
The closing experience went well -
Although it seemed that there was a lot of paper generated that could be digital.

Worked with Muhammad the sales rep and Johnny the finance manger who were both easy and pleasant to deal with.

The car shopping and buying experience was first rate. I appreciated being able to browse their entire inventory online allowing me to know which cars I wanted to test drive before ever stepping foot on the lot. The sales associate was also vet helpful and knowledgeable about the cars and the buying process. I hope to use Sterling McCall Acura again for any future car purchase.

This is an update to my previous review.
The dealership called me back, I went up there, they took me to the paint shop, and the paint supervisor talked directly to me about how to repair the paint damage. I told them the areas needing repair and the sales person agreed and told them to do it.
I will be picking up my car tomorrow, and I have full confidence it will look great.
It is truly worth spending extra money, if you can, and buy Acura. In addition to a great driving experience, you get to deal with a dealership that will not let you leave with a heartache.
Thanks Acura, thanks Sterling McCall, and thanks Emad (the sales person).

(OLD Preview) I purchased Acura MDX 2016 on Friday, April 20th 2018. The salesman brought the car to me to test drive it, the car was a bid dirty (dirt and rain), I drove the car, it drives very well. The car had a minor bumper damage that the deal said they will repair right away. So we agree on a deal and signed all paper work. Later on i discovered small paint ships that couldnt see when the car was dirty.

I don't ever do a survey but I feel it is necessary to acknowledge professionalism and courtesy that has been missing in today's businesses. Shelby is one of the most personable and professional salesperson I have ever had, in any industry! They were prompt. I came in for my 10k service and oil change. Everything was done quickly. There was hot chocolate being served which was a nice early morning holiday perk! They were great. Kind. Professional. And also friendly. I do appreciate being remembered by earlier service agents as that is also excellent customer service. Thanks esp to Bobbi.

Brandy is in the service Dept. Between her and Juan, I know I m in good hands. She has most recently looked after me and has been so so considerate. She was flexible with my needs, helped me with a safety recall that needed to get done, and also just treated me so so well. I cannot be more thankful for the people person element that Brandy offered. She s super sweet, generous and very understanding. thank you Brandy!

Darrell Babineaux told me about the great promotions and what options would be best for me. Even though he had multiple customers and I never felt neglected or unattended. Mike Duong is very professional and courtesy, he is cater to my needed not what I wanted. We walk in and walk out with a new vehicle in less then 2 hrs, the whole team at Sterling McCall Acura was great from the start to finish. The GM (Kim ) she come out and thanks me for my business and the Finance Director (Bobby) handle the finance very smoothly and he did not try to sale me anything that I don t need. Worst place ever !!!

Worst place ever !!!
Take me months to deal with them get right regeneration for my vehicle ! Over charge me on taxes! I talk to them about that, no one wanted to admit mistakes, then stop responding or calling me back totally!

P.s now is a year pass I receive my taxes back from them .
P.s 2 years after I sold the car . Call them to cancel the extended warranty . Take me over 8 months to get money back for warranty!
