Just got my car back this morning from Sterling Mc...

Just got my car back this morning from Sterling McCall Acura. I took it in last Friday morning and was immediately offered a free loaner. Happy dance! (With EZPass) So no tolls to pay for me!

Antonio Mora was my service agent and he asked all the right questions and listened to all my concerns and took note of everything so the technician could address them all. I was contacted later that day by Antonio and he let me know the inspection had been performed and everything that passed as well as failed. I also got a hard copy of this via e-mail so we could discuss items one by one. I was never rushed through anything and feel like he really wanted to do whatever I chose.

I had a good portion of the recommended work done and it was all things I knew would need to be addressed. The tires however were an unexpected problem and I asked if he could get the brand I was wanting. He tried and made calls but was not able to get my desired brand. I will be taking it into the tire store Friday to deal with that but I have to say, the dealer price was much better then what I'm getting at the tire store and the alignment was a better price than Midas as well.

Overall I am quite surprised to find my bill in the end is actually cheaper than it would have been to have all these things addressed at the local mechanic. I am thrilled to have all the OEM fluids and parts and still get a good price.

I would highly recommend taking your Acura into Sterling McCall if it needs any attention. The complimentary testing they do will amaze you. They let you know all issues the car is having and I am even more pleased that they let me know all the things that were doing great. In the end I will absolutely go back in the future. No hard sells and they treat you right.
