I met Sunny when I needed to schedule my appointment to get my car serviced for a recall, routine tire rotation, and oil change. After some hiccups on the day and time of the schedule to get things done in the per-arranged time Sunny was understanding, courteous, and attentive to my needs in what I needed for my car to be fixed and how it was fixed. Great customer service in the service department.
