This is the first time that I ve been to the Merce...

This is the first time that I ve been to the Mercedes-Benz dealership of Tucson and I had a wonderful experience. The folks at the front desk were so courteous and professional As I arrived another gentleman that works there opened the door for me. They had fruits, goodies and all kinds of drinks available for their customers. Mr David Layton was outstanding he was so professional and so patience and explained everything for me. I was given a car while they worked on my vehicle, I received a message later that evening requesting my approval to proceed with a price breakdown of what needed to be completed, you simply approved or denied the service online Easy as pie. When I picked up my vehicle, not only did they fix my car, they washed the outside and inside of the vehicle no charge.
Overall this was a very positive experience .Last I would like to thank you Mercedes.....I appreciate the Quality Customer Service

Great used car buying experience! Saw the vehicle ...

Great used car buying experience! Saw the vehicle we d been scouring the internet for on their website, contacted sales agent Natasha, negotiated the whole deal remotely. When we drove down from Phoenix to Tucson to buy the car, they stayed open late, had all the paper work ready, with no additional needless haggling!! Even with a 15 minute test drive, we were in and out and all papers signed in 45 minutes!!! Thank you Natasha for making this the best car purchasing experience!

I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Tucson! I had a fantastic and hassle free buying experience and cannot thank Yeohoon Youn enough for his enthusiasm and expertise. I came to the dealership to test drive a new GLB since I had been eyeing one for a long time and although I didn t intend on leaving with a new car, I was given a great deal that was too good to pass up.

I have never been treated with more respect at a d...

I have never been treated with more respect at a dealership but more importantly my car received the most respect I have ever seen a car receive, now for the third time at the 30000 mark. Comparing this dealership to the local Volvo dealer is hardly possible--this MB dealership is leaps and bounds above. One aspect that distinguishes this dealership is its generosity (I found Volvo to be incredible petty to the max). And what a car my C300 is. When I bought my new Volvo, within six months I was stuck on the road from a burst water pump and the AC never worked well (bad year I was told) and the paint disappeared (my fault I was told). Not a moment stuck with my amazing MB for 31,080 miles now. Thank you

Super star treatment. We bought a car last week. Allen P. Was our car salesman! He was very personable, knowledgable, and super funny. We have been looking for a car for the past six weeks all over Tucson car dealerships. We came back here only for Allen. He left an impression on us the first time we meet and he worked within our budget. It did not feel like we were buying a car but rather just switching them. Not a lot of "pushy-ness" or pressure.
What I really liked about Allen was whenever I got excited about a car I saw (over our budget), he redirect me towards a car in our price range. I really appreciated him for giving us a good deal, staying with us until 9pm once all the paperwork was squared away. He showed us how to work the screen, basic run down of all the buttons and encouraged us to return at any time so that we felt comfortable with our car. I would definitely return to Mercedes Tucson in the future and encourage others to do so as well.

Had a very unpleasant experience with the dealersh...

Had a very unpleasant experience with the dealership general manager and the sales force last week. In trying to get an approximate idea of the value of my used ML350, purchased at that dealership in Nov. 2014. John Hornbeck, the GM, after looking up the vehicle in his computer, while we were on the phone, quoted me "approximately a low to mid 30K figure". Upon bringing the vehicle to the delership 24 hours later, I was offered 28,5K, even though the car had 3,000 miles less on the odometer than I had mentioned ! The GM whom I talked too, was condescending and acted like a typical used car salesman, no explanation and barely apologized for that significant discrepancy. They obviously did not need my business and only acted like they could not wait to get me out of their presence... (after having owned 9 various Mercedes Benz in the past).

Mercedes Benz of Tucson consistently displays a hi...

Mercedes Benz of Tucson consistently displays a high level of customer care,... in particular their Service Department, namely Mr.Jason Cowdry; - ...their Roadside Assistance Team - ....as well as Mr. Tom Chance in Sales. All are great to deal with. They consistently deliver service with a smile.

The Service Advisor - Mr.Jason Cowdry, - as well as the Roadside Assistance Team, know the vehicles from head to toe.

Even with a problem that has not yet been presented before - the Service, Sales and Roadside Assistance Team are quick to find a fix.

Also, it should be highlighted, that Mr. Adam contributes a great deal to The Team at this dealership, Mr. Adam always goes the extra mile for his customers....Each and every time.

....As does the Receptionist! She takes every phone call with a positive and helpful attitude.

Mr. Tom Chance is also to be highly commended. His communication skills and understanding of the customers' needs are unparalleled.

In summary, a Great All Star Team!

I live in Canada and while on winter vacation brou...

I live in Canada and while on winter vacation brought my ML350 in for its scheduled "A" service. We were received promptly and our vehicle was scheduled for the next morning which was great.

We indicated that we would wait since the servicing was approximately 90 minutes. The service receptionist offered to drive us to any location for breakfast as well as pick us up. This was a nice gesture and we chose to have her drive us to a local restaurant and we walked back.

When we returned we waited for a short while and our vehicle was ready. It had been washed, vacuumed and the windows were all cleaned inside.

Overall, I found the service to be very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a number of technical questions which were all dealt with very well. The job was done as scheduled and we had no difficulties. The service waiting area was well stocked with beverages and treats as well as newspapers and the general waiting area was comfortable.

Long story short, Jaime O. took wonderful care of my mother. She went in to get an oil change and was having a casual conversation with Jaime regarding possibly maybe thinking about buying another car. They talked about what she liked about her current vehicle, what she didn't like about it, what she was looking for, etc. Without any pressure, Jaime recommended a vehicle right in line with what she was looking for and SOLD! Thank you, Jaime! You took your time, didn't pressure, and spoke with her like a true human. I cannot thank you enough!

If everyone could work with Jason Gates when purchasing a vehicle at Mercedes Benz than I can guarantee there would be no complaints about buying a car - or stereotypes about pushy salesmen for that matter. I go out of my way to make sure that my friends, family, and even anyone that I overhear talking about purchasing sees him for a vehicle. He found me my Nissan Xterra 4wd in 2005 when I was PCS-ing to Minot ND and it's still going strong at 134k/mi today after enduring years of blizzards. Upon returning to Arizona, I wanted to add a sporty vehicle to go along with the Xterra so I went to him again. He found me a vehicle I never dreamed I could have - an Audi TT convertible. After about a year of bliss with my TT - I decided my fun vehicle needed 2 more seats & he did it again by finding me a Audi A4 Quattro (S-line) Cabriolet. Each time I've purchased there, Jason has taken the time to find what is going to work for me without being overwhelmed by a payment I can't afford. This is why I send everyone there...amazing service, atmosphere and inventory!!!!

So I had a 9AM appointment after waiting a week, then at around 1pm they told me they hadn't even started on my car yet! So after I finally got a loner getting ready to put my stuff in the car it was greasy, sticky and dirty is the best way that I can describe the inside of this loner vehicle! The young lady who got me the vehicle was very helpful and she helped me clean it! It was my first time at this dealership and you'd think the loaner would be clean! In the end Steve was very helpful in the service of the car and I will return as a customer

I received service Friday Feb. 9th at MB Tucson. I was greeted right away by a gentleman who opened my door for me and welcomed me in. Immediately was taken care of by Steve Shumaker and was offered a loaner car, or to enjoy refreshments in their welcoming lobby. All the staff was dressed to impress and very professional. I have purchased three vehicles from Mercedes Benz of Tucson and have always had exceptional service!!! When it was time to purchase my second vehicle I contacted Mr. Chapman because I needed extra help with my financial situation. After a divorce and weary of what they could do for me I decided to take the chance in hoping that they would get me in the vehicle of my choice. Mr. Chapman sent me directly to the best sales team in town. The head of that team is Jason Gates; he is by far the most phenomenal sales man that I have ever come in contact with. Since my second purchase he has always been there for any questions or concerns that I have. I can always count on Jason to answer the phone and deliver fantastic service. The experience has been so great that when it was time to purchase my third vehicle I trusted him enough to sell me a vehicle by looking at a picture on the website. A few hours later I picked the car up and was so impressed, it was more than I had asked for. We were in the market to purchase a car with lower mileage than our current vehicles and Mercedes was in the running but not the top of the list. After stopping by just to take a look, since the dealership is in our neighborhood, I was pleasantly surprised. I was by myself to start and as a woman my experience with car dealers has not always been enjoyable.

Lemarr Neely was professional and very knowledgeable about the Mercedes product line. We ended up buying a car and it was a nice experience. Also, we think the price for the value is higher than we would have thought. Kudos!

Outstanding dealership. We bought a used Mercedes from Jason last year, and he made us feel that we were buying their new top-of-the-line. He offered sensible advice and tremendous help without ever being pushy. Truly the best car buying experience we have had. I was also impressed when I walked in a year later and he remembered us and our names. We will be lifetime customers of Jason.
The dealership's service area is impressive and their attention to detail is over the top. Compared to another Mercedes dealership we have worked with, Mercedes Benz of Tucson is a 20 on a scale on 1 to 10.

Dealer took care of air bag recall notice I received while on an extended road trip. Treated me like a valued customer, began work soon after I arrived for my appointment, & was back on the road within 1 hour. This was the 3rd airbag recall I've had to deal with & was by far the fastest & most pleasant experience yet. My service writer David was wonderful to work with. Also spoke w/a couple salespeople & the sales manager; had nice conversations w/all, & never felt like I was getting sales pitches (I explained up front that I was there for service on my 2017 Sprinter-chassis Winnebago View motorhome). Recommend w/out reservation.

We have been in twice in the last couple of months...

We have been in twice in the last couple of months as our 2005 Mercedes with 162,000 glorious miles on it needed some TLC. Rich Van Sickle has been extremely helpful each time and really takes the time to explain any concerns and what the choices are. I really like how I never feel pressured to have a service done that I don't really feel might be necessary and yet they are completely honest about issues that might affect safety or services which are most economical when done at the same time. The "might as wells" that really do save us money in the long run. Rich is friendly and polite and always calls right back when he's not available right away. If you have a Mercedes, take it to Rich Van Sickle at Mercedes Benz of Tucson. They are first rate! Mark Stutterheim, Tubac, AZ

I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Tucson thanks in large part to Natasha Rogerson, the sales rep. who I worked with during the purchase process. She made sure to answer all of my questions and allowed me to test drive the car for almost an hour in order to make sure I had a good feel for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. She was very patient and never made me feel like she was pressuring me to hurry up and make a decision. Once I decided to buy the vehicle she was very up-front about every aspect of the purchase and answered all of my questions regarding price, options, fees, and financing. She was also very friendly and courteous to my wife which we both appreciated since we've had car purchasing experiences at other dealerships.
In addition to their great staff Mercedes-Benz of Tucson also has a really nice facility with comfortable furniture and a very cool, modern show-room. They even have a kid's room and a nice waiting area which my family appreciated during the time they had to wait for everything to be finalized!
Overall I had a great buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Tucson and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

We are first-time M-B owners and this was our second visit to M-B of Tucson. And just like our previous visit, the customer care, support, and service were nothing less than OUTSTANDING! Steve Shumaker, Service Advisor, was prompt, courteous, and professional. His down-to-earth personality is a very welcome and refreshing trait that my wife and I do not usually experience when dealing with other high-end establishments. Steve not only hears what our concerns are, but actively listens (pays attention) and as a result resolved our concerns in an expeditious manner to our utmost satisfaction. Today I concluded my second purchase of a vehicle through MB of Tucson. Each part of the process went very well. My salesperson, Yeohoon , was extremely capable and knowledgeable about the current MB lineup of cars. He kept me informed of delivery details, costs and other sales information. He understood my needs and wants and translated them into the perfect vehicle for me. Yeohoon kept me informed of cost, sales information and delivery details when we had to locate and order my car.
I had appointments with sales and business personnel , which made me feel safe and comfortable during the covid restrictions.
Another excellent experience at MB of Tucson.

Didnt fix my van. Let it sit there even though i made an appointment. Said it was fixed and ready, rushes through the job, and my van still wont start properly. As im writing this Im effing stranded. It has 9000 miles on it. Just because im under warranty doesnt mean you shouldnt do a good job.

Jason in service, took care of my concerns and service in a most professional manner.

The young lady handling my loaner car was very patient when I had her call my insurance company in Iowa for insurance forms. Since I was a new owner, I had not received my insurance documents yet.

When I returned for pickup, the service manager answered question on my navigation and bluetooth telephone with instructions on how to effectively use the system.

I can't say enough about the sales staff and service staff. They were simply excellent.

Yeohoon Youn was outstanding. More than helpful. He helps me come to an conclusion of not giving up. No matter what he kept in contact, he made sure I was good but most importantly he help me successfully get into my first car. I felt both Worried and nervous about this process but he help me keep a straight head. He described everything in detail and made sure I understood what I need to know before just letting me go. But what he did for me was more than just business he gave me advice gave me hope and gave me the route In which to take to be able to not have to look over my shoulder and with that I say you all should go to him.
