Adam was my salesman. He was very consistent and helpful during the buying process (of course). However, as soon as the deal was sealed he became the complete opposite (not answering calls/text messages). Now, my credit union's collection department is contacting me because Sterling McCall never sent the check that was due to them (I traded in my vehicle) but he kept contacting me about the check from my credit union which they have been received and cashed. I have purchased multiple cars & never had this type of experience. I understand his line of business but you should never make a customer feel this way. I have no problem with Sterling McCall overall, but this is not right and was handled very poorly. He ensured that the check was received from my credit union, but I guess it was not important enough to ensure they received theirs. Ending result, they are holding me liable for two car loans. ONE of them with late fees for a vehicle I no longer own/that has been sold.
