I have always taken my car to Sterling McCall for the last 4 years and have always recieved very good service from them . The Acura brand and the Acura experience has delivered from me from dealership to service to ride experience and ownereship. recently I had a problem with one of the car components that happened just past it
s warranty. Acura took care of it. All the service advisors at Sterlng McCall are great to work with.

The service professionals at Sterling McCall Acura...

The service professionals at Sterling McCall Acura are always professional; always courteous. And they do a GREAT job of taking sometimes unclear information to diagnose what's needed to repair your vehicle. I am always greeted warmly when I come in and always feel welcomed by the service advisors and the staff who take the vehicles to the service bay and return vehicles back to you upon completion of the service. Antonio Mora, the service advisor I ask for by name, is EXCEPTIONAL. He listens, is knowledgeable, very attentive, and keeps me apprised of what is happening with my car, which I have had for over 10 years. This, in turn, makes me confident that my car is in good hands when I leave it with him and Sterling McCall Acura.

Took my 2014 Acura MDX in for the tailgate recall....

Took my 2014 Acura MDX in for the tailgate recall. I had an appointment at 11am Saturday, and I was quoted no longer than 2.5 hours. It wasn't finished until 330pm. By then I wasn't in the area, so I asked to picked it up later in the evening. Service area closes at 4pm, so my key was left at the receptionist desk which closes at 7pm. I had a salesman help me since there was no one at the desk, but he wasn't that friendly himself.

I worked with Joshua Green on the purchase of my car. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was not pushy at all during the whole buying process. I have even been able to ask question about specific features of my car and how to locate them after driving off the lot. (I couldn't find the unlock button in the car... I know, duh!, right?!) Everyone I dealt with at Sterling McCall Acura was very friendly and understand. I am extremely picky and indecisive and not once did I feel pressured. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I arrived a few minutes before opening. The valet verified my appointment and as soon as the doors opened I was very politely invited inside and my vehicle was immediately taken back for the scheduled service. My oil change was done, my vehicle washed and vacuumed, and ready in just over an hour. My service tech reviewed everything with me, advised me to have my tires rotated as soon as I could and told me what the total amount would be. Since I purchased the tires at Discount Tires I have my tires serviced there.

I am always impressed by the courtesy and professionalism shown by all the employees at Sterling McCall Acura. I am always treated with the utmost respect by Derrick Alger and the rest of the service team. This excellent service is one reason that I plan to choose another Acura when I am ready for a newer vehicle.

The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish the entire staff especially my sales person Michael Johnson were courteous friendly and listened to my wants and my needs. When you are a woman looking for a car sometimes you get mishandled and treated unfairly so I had my guard up and was very attentive to the entire process. I can unequivocally say I will purchase all my vehicles in the future from Sterling McCall and will refer friends family and anyone listening to run don't walk to Sterling McCall Acura and ask for MJ and tell them RJ sent you!

Sterling McCall Acura is the best place to purchase a vehicle. Everybody from the salesmen to the general manager go over and beyond to make sure you are able to leave with a vehicle at a good price for you. My go to salesmen Micheal Johnson always goes out the way to make things happen. He deserves a raise on top of a raise. Everything at this dealership is outstanding. Mr. Jules and Mr. Babineuax really went out on a limb to get me into a car. I have serious credit challenges and don't deserve to even be able to have a good new car. But they got me in to a nice economy class car keeping my updated along the way. They never gave up. They went to bat for me and I am so very grateful for them. When you plan on purchasing your next vehicle, go see Mr. Jules and Mr. Babineaux. If they can't get you in a car no one can. I promise you.

I found him to very genuine and friendly.
When he called and said he has a good deal, I was skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised that he actually proved true to his word. He offered a deal I could not refuse.
He was very straight forward and never pressured me for the purchase.
I had a very pleasant experience working with him and with the dealership.

Drew the Englishman is a great person to work with! It was my first time buying a car and he made the process easy and explained everything to me so that I could understand. He was very respectful, kind, and professional. He knew everything about the car that I wanted, inside and out and was very knowledgable about every single thing I was curious about. It was a long day but he made it enjoyable and offered us snacks and refreshments. The customer service here is the best that I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend coming to Drew the Englishman if you are looking to buy/lease an Acura!

As a first time car buyer you expect the experienc...

As a first time car buyer you expect the experience to have a few hiccups, but Sterling McCall Acura made this experience 100x worse. I found the car I wanted online and made an appointment to come in and look at/purchase it. Acura had to do ZERO leg work. I drove an hour to this dealership for the car.
The financial manager wanted to move through the process at a million miles a minute. As a result, my paperwork was done incorrectly. I had to drive back AN HOUR two days after buying the vehicle to have it re-done. He did it wrong a SECOND TIME. I was called a day later and told there were papers missing which had to be signed in person. I drove back a THIRD TIME. Acura hardly offered an apology.
On the sales side- the sales guy was nice enough. However nice he was, he was not effective. The car was NOT detailed, merely run through the car wash. There were marks on the seat and the locking lug nuts they force you to pay for were not installed. Every other car my husband has purchased, the salesman made sure to throw in all-weather floor mats. The salesman did not offer and I ended up paying for them out of pocket. He was nice enough to give me his discount instead.
This process has been a nightmare. I do not trust anyone at Sterling McCall Acura and you shouldn t either.

My wife and I were waiting on a specific salesperson. Another salesperson, Shelby Eastin, informed us that the salesperson would be tied up for a bit. He assisted us professionally, promptly and very courteously. The truck we purchased was missing the floor mats and the radio antenna. Shelby tracked down both before we left the lot. This was all done after the dealership's regular hours. Very satisfied!

Always treated fairly. Great informational advice on future needs and expected maintenance time frames. One of the main reasons I come here is because other service departments try to upsell on unnecessary items just to increase profit. I get it. Gotta make a buck. I used to work for a company who designed the software that makes it easy for service writers to upsell. It s a real money maker if you use it on unsuspecting customers. What those profits don t show you is how many informed customers you upset and chase away just because you are looking for an extra $30-$50 per repair order so the dealer can buy a new boat come December. I went to several houston area Honda dealers (no need to name names) and found out the hard way that profits are king and they don t mind digging in customers pockets. At sterling McCall Acura, it was a breath of fresh air. Good honest service departments are rare and easy to spot when you find one. And the business center cubicles also helped me get my work done while I waited so that I didn t have any downtime. I actually stayed about 15 minutes after my car was done to finish up. If that doesn t tell you it was a comfortable environment, I don t know what else I can say to convince you.

I have made several attempts for assistance with my warranty from a purchased vehicle from Sterling McCall by phone calls, email, and online assistance in which Online services tell me a representative from the service department will return my call. Have received non as of today. I do not feel I have to show up at the dealer because I have several questions and an appointment needs to be made. I did have a good experience purchasing the vehicle, but the follow up is not good.

If you go there, avoid Patrick Madsen. Guy is super rude and has no manners when talking to potential customers. Super insulting behavior. If I had the time I d specially go there and talk to their general manager about his attitude and how he talks. Still have the messages as proof. As a sales expert myself, I for sure know he needs to go back and learn some basic customer service skills. I ve dealt with few other people at this dealership and they re great. Overall great place to shop, just one bad employee that needs to be cut.

I wanted to share the most amazing car buying experience that I ve ever had. I went to Sterling McCall Acura and was greeted by Mr. Darrell Babineaux. I shared that today was the day I was buying a new car. I told him what my monthly budget was and said I need to get into a car today. He was not only kind but he was patient and I knew he wasn t trying to take advantage of me. We sat for a bit and looked at cars on his lot and other lots to narrow down my choices. He allowed me to take all the time I needed as I narrowed it down to two cars. Once done, he took me out to the lot to drive one of them. I finally made my decision so we sat down to do the financing. Again, no rush at all. So happy to share that I was able to get the car that I wanted as well as keep my monthly note just where I wanted it to be. If you are even in need of a car, go see Mr. Darrell Babineaux...I know he ll take great care of you too!

I had been searching for a new car for weeks with ...

I had been searching for a new car for weeks with absolutely no luck. Last Wednesday I went on the Sterling McCall website to search their used inventory. With my budget and not so good credit score, my options were slim, or so I thought. My only requirement was that the car had a sunroof. After making my selection online I called and spoke with Darrell Babineaux. He asked me a few questions and we were able to complete a application over the phone. He was compassionate yet realistic in regards to my options. The very next morning Darrell called me with an approval! After work I went to the dealership and I saw the car I chose and gotten approved for. I was floored to say the least. MY car not only came with my sunroof but tons of amazing features I never thought of. The service was just as great! Everyone was friendly, attentive and professional. Darrell did everything to insure I got the best possible deal. After signing a few documents I was able to drive away in my new car. JUST THAT FAST!!! I'd like to recommend Sterling McCall to ANYONE looking to buy a vehicle. They are awesome!!

To say that the team at Sterling McCall Acura is amazing is an understatement. Words cannot describe how easy they made what I thought was an uneasy situation work. I recently totaled my car and was in need of a vehicle. The team at Sterling McCall Acura made it happen, especially Mr. Darrell Babineaux.

I was referred to Mr. Babineaux, and he took me under his wings as if I was one of his own kids. He really took the time to talk to me about my options, and reminded me about the characteristics of a good car. Not only that, he worked with my budget and challenges to get me into a solid vehicle at a great rate. I was honest about my situation and he still handled me as if I was VIP and encouraged me along the way. Once we chose a vehicle, the team worked to understand my needs to get me approved. It was a simple process on my end (all I had to do was sit and wait) but I know they were working hard on there end.

There are special people at Sterling McCall Acura. From the salesmen, finance team and even the detail crew, I was treated with respect and dignity. I came into the delearship thinking that not much could be done and walked out empowered knowing that there are good people who work at car delearships who want to see you thrive. I highly recommend people go to Sterling McCall Acura as they will search their citywide inventory of Acura and non-Acura cars, talk to you about what you're trying to pay monthly and work to get you a deal that meets your needs.

Sterling McCall staff, Emad, went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I have the best experience when buying a car. Emad was very genuine and showed us several options base on our list of preferences. Even though it was very busy during the time that we were there, Emad made sure that we were well accommodated the entire time. We left that day with an great price on a 2016 Acura RDX for my wife.

3 months later, I needed a new car and Emad was able to find a great deal on a 2017 Acura MDX for me. We are really thankful to Emad for our experience there.

I always feel like I am drained and exhausted when I buy cars and hate the back and forth and all the other games! None of that this time. I worked with MJ and Pierre on the sales side and Tim on the Finance side! Consummate professionals all of them and what an amazing experience! If an Acura is of interest to you, please do stop by the dealership and ask for MJ or Pierre! Fraser Ross handled the sale from my initial questions (there were more than a few) to picking me up at the airport when I flew in to inspect and purchase. Three stars because of good service during regular...

Three stars because of good service during regular vehicle check ups but terrible service when trying to get a loaner vehicle because of the airbag recalls.

The regular maintenance is great and I have no complaints there.

But, when you try to exercise your right to get a loaner vehicle because your car is getting recalled due to the potentially fatal airbag malfunctions, they make you jump through hoops. I called on Monday to try to get this rental car, but didn't hear back from the service manager. I called again on Wednesday, the front desk sent the service manager an urgent email in order to get him to call me back, but still no reply. Then I called on Friday and finally got a hold of the manager, and it turns out all he had to do was to send me two codes to use at the car rental place. It took him an entire week to do that! And there was no "thank you" or "have a good day" or even an apology for taking so long to get back to me. When the car rental asked the service manager to make a reservation for me through the "arms" database, he didn't know what that is. Since every Sterling McCall dealership in the Houston area uses that database, the manager is either incompetent or flat out lying. Terrible experience

Absolutely worst Acura deanship I ve ever been to. I made an appointment days in advance to have my vehicle serviced and reserved a service loaner. I show up only to WAIT an hour before being assisted THEN I m told there are no service loaners available. I have an extremely busy schedule and really needed to get my car serviced as my service light has been on for a while now. I don t appreciate the absolute disregard for my time and poor follow through. The service department seems to be extremely unorganized and every person I spoke to were unaware of why I was there and what my needs were when I made an appointment and set all of this up already. NEVER coming back here again. Do yourself a favor and go to John Eagle Acura where they actually know what they are doing and can deliver on their promises.

The buying experience was actually really good. What is not good is that for exactly 2 months now, I've been trying to get the Sky Link I purchased registered so I can get a break on my insurance, and protect my truck. I have called and called. I get a yes, we'll get that taken care of, and then I call Sky Link, and they say, "Nope, it's still not showing it's been sold to you". My patience has just about run out with these people. I've talked to sales managers and different people in finance. Still, nothing. It's about time to demand a refund. Even then, I can't get Sky Link somewhere else as it'll still be the same problem. Called a sales manager today, he said he'd get right on it. Called Sky Link a couple hours later. Nope, they didn't call. I might be willing to buy a vehicle from them again, but, I will purchase nothing in Finance.

We had a great experience with Sterling McCall Acura. We found our car on the online site. We live 3 hours from Houston but they made this transaction very smooth and worked with us to get our trade in appraised at a fair price and then were willing to drive towards us to make our trip shorter. Shout out to Darrell Babineaux for his hard work and diligence in making this car buying experience pleasant. He is easy to work with and has made several followup calls to make sure we were pleased with our purchase and to answer any questions.
