Bought a TSX in 2006. They got me best price in area (same car I saw elsewhere, for a lower price).
Bought a certified pre-owned 2015 RDX in 2017, but this experience has not been good. Sales guy was fine, but Fatih (pre-owned sales manager) could improve his customer focus. Our car had a cigarette smoke smell, so he had it treated. The smell was masked by cherry perfume scent, but it returned. He had it treated again for us and I asked if the cabin air filter would be replaced. He said yes, his guy would handle it all. Smell is much less, but still has returned. I called smell guy and he said he doesn't replace filter, but that is recommended. I went down to dealer to get replacement and Fatih said the service guys definitely replaced filter, but he previously said it wasn't needed. I asked him to cover the $27 part & I would replace it myself. He said no, that he made no money on the deal. So, I just replaced it and the filter is definitely not new. Luckily, the smell guy (a third-party vendor) is coming out to re-treat the car and hopefully that will resolve it. Sad that Fatih let a $27 part (much less for him) get in the way of a good customer experience.
Service department folks have been good to work with (prices can be a bit high for some things, but complimentary loaner car and customer focus are helpful).
