I have been in that place more than once. Doug salesperson and Used Car Director Mr.Fatih were very helpful. They respectfully answered all my questions. They brought the car i want from another dealership. Mr.Fatih spent great deal of time to get the car i want from their sister location. Doug was very knowledgeable about the used car i want to buy. Thank you guys.

Completely dissorganized. Unprofessional. I Turned in my lease Acura a year early. A year later I get a call from Acura asking when my car is. I told them I had turned it in a year ago but they had no record of this. Months of going back and forth they find the car and charge me almost 1k of fees. Will never buy another Acura and especially not from Sterling McCall. They should charge their name to Dull McCall because there is nothing Sterling about their service.

Update: I received phone call from them today. They explained the reason of the delay and proposed a solution. I appreciate their willingness and effort to fix the problem.

David is great! Excellent service and follow through!!! He jumped through hoops to get us a loaner car and patiently reviewed necessary work to be done. He actually returned our phone calls and kept us updated on the status of parts and repairs.

I'm an Acura fan and currently own an MDX and a TSX. Got both from sterling McCall Acura and I get all my services done here as well. Great prices and the best customer service. I've had times where I had to drop off my car for service and they would put in a loner car and called me once it was ready.

Bought a TSX in 2006. They got me best price in area (same car I saw elsewhere, for a lower price).

Bought a certified pre-owned 2015 RDX in 2017, but this experience has not been good. Sales guy was fine, but Fatih (pre-owned sales manager) could improve his customer focus. Our car had a cigarette smoke smell, so he had it treated. The smell was masked by cherry perfume scent, but it returned. He had it treated again for us and I asked if the cabin air filter would be replaced. He said yes, his guy would handle it all. Smell is much less, but still has returned. I called smell guy and he said he doesn't replace filter, but that is recommended. I went down to dealer to get replacement and Fatih said the service guys definitely replaced filter, but he previously said it wasn't needed. I asked him to cover the $27 part & I would replace it myself. He said no, that he made no money on the deal. So, I just replaced it and the filter is definitely not new. Luckily, the smell guy (a third-party vendor) is coming out to re-treat the car and hopefully that will resolve it. Sad that Fatih let a $27 part (much less for him) get in the way of a good customer experience.

Service department folks have been good to work with (prices can be a bit high for some things, but complimentary loaner car and customer focus are helpful).

I sincerely appreciate Juan for servicing my Acura...

I sincerely appreciate Juan for servicing my Acura TL. He goes over everything before we do anything, and offers his expertise on anything before work is done. One of the problems I ve always had in the past was servicemen trying to talk you into things you did not need immediately. If there would be a problem Juan comes out to tell me - and again go over servicing before work is done.. it is just easy using Juan for my contact at Sterling McCall.

Shady scam and vultures are the words I would use ...

Shady scam and vultures are the words I would use to describe this experience. About a week ago I purchased a $40,000 vehicle. In hindsight if I had it to do all over again I would have been much more careful. I purchase the vehicle used, but did purchase a extended warranty for my credit union.

1. I took the salesman's recommended route on the test drive. The salesman went with me and I unfortunately allowed him to pick the route. Had I given the vehicle a much better test I would have probably realize that there is a potential front-end issue at the very least the struts need to be replaced badly. I went to pepboys and it looks like it's going to cost me about $600 because this is not covered under warranty.

During the negotiation, purchasing process while I was attempting to negotiate the price down also noticed that they pop to add and subtract totals from ambiguous lines on the agreement statement. They attempted to charge me $1,400 for something that was labeled optional and they could not tell me what those options were. So I requested they remove it. At the last minute I looked up and instead of that $1,400 being present it was down to $900. At this point they said oh it's because we took care of you and got you the wheel lock and window tint package and it's already done for you. I would like to note that the vehicle does not and never has had wheel locks. And the vehicle was tinted before they got it I just so happen to know. They knowingly made up lies about the cost of different things.

The air condition was obviously not working and they agree to fix it before giving me the vehicle. I was disappointed that I had got there early in the day and that they were unable to fix the air condition so after agreeing to have the vehicle I went about 3 or 4 days without having the vehicle that I essentially paid for. They made it seem as if they do a wonderful job inspecting and going over the vehicles before they sell it to someone. This is not the case because within less than a week I am presented with two additional maintenance issues.

The GPS navigation antenna needs to be replaced her the pepboys automotive shop I took it too. So yeah can't use the GPS.

there's some continual flapping sound when I get on and off the gas that has been identified as a potential fuel line issue that could have also been addressed if they so call maintenance the vehicles and check them before they sold them.

there's more to this unfortunate situation that I am going to gladly update later because I'm still going through the process and highly frustrating.

But now I'm going to say that I learned that no matter how big the dealership is and supposedly reputable you have to do a very thorough job of checking things out for yourself. obviously this facility is not concerned about their customers and the product that they sale. As long as they can get their sales and turn their own profit it does not matter if the customer experiences loss or distress.

Looks like I'm going to end up spending I have the amount of money to resolve this.

Sterling McCall Acura always provides quality services. This time, a service rep whom I made an online appointment turned out to be unavailable when I brought my car for a routine service. John, another rep from over and processed my case without any delay.

In addition to the core services on the auto, I value their free car wash service as well as cozy and comfortable waiting area, equipped with free WiFi and Business desk. Enjoyed Coffees and muffins too.

4 stars because it's a dealership so they are very pricey. 5 stars for courtesy and service. My service advisor Brandon could not have been nicer. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly explained everything they did to my car. I saw Darrell who sold me my vehicle last year. He happened to come to the service area.....he remembered me and made it a point to speak with me. Darrell Babineaux if you are looking for a car. Very nice and upstanding gentleman.
Thanks Brandon for taking such good care of me today. Sterling McCall Acura for great customer service.

Overall, my experience here has been great. The salesman, Mike, was helpful, not too pushy in securing a sale and clear on the agreement. The people in the service department are routinely nice and happy to answer questions.

However, I have an ongoing problem with a rattle on the back dash that they have been unable to resolve. It started as only noticeable when certain songs were played on the stereo but has progressed over time. I know that they worked a long time to try to resolve it, which is why I am only lowering my rating from 5 to 4, but it is still an unresolved problem.

EDIT: I am changing my rating to one star. I reached out to Acura regarding the worsening rattle on my back dash (it has progressed and now rattles loudly with any bumps), and the rep stated that the service department reported that they were unable to replicate the sound. This is a lie. 3 people from the service department have separately been in the car with me and confirmed the rattle. Another stated that would annoy me. I won t let this go until it s fixed. It hasn t been fixed.

Sterling McCall is the best Acura Dealership in town. Sunmin Yi was my salesperson. She made my car buying experience a memorable one. She ensured that I spend minimum time possible at the dealership. When I reached the dealership, she already had the vehicle pulled to the front. She treated me and my wife with respect, we never felt pressured, she was patient and a nice person to do business with. I recommend her for anyone visiting the dealership. Everyone I saw at the dealership was cheerful. Made me wonder how they keep their spirits so high that late on a Friday evening. Perhaps they are enjoying their job. I would highly recommend Sterling McCall to the other two Acura dealerships in Houston.

I just bought a car from Sterling McCall and they have the same exceptional service as when I bought my last car there 10 years ago. I shopped around with all the dealerships in town and I love that Mike Chan is not pushy nor aggressive like the rest. In addition, he lets me know when things other dealerships offered are gimmicks, which I verified was true. Mike offered me the best deal that is straight-forward and was always pleasant.

Having heard horror experiences from other dealerships where deals were changed at the pick-up time, I was so relieved to come pick up my car with the deal exactly as we agreed in our emails. Mike's drive-out price was truly the drive-out price with absolutely no hidden costs. The finance person just as courteous and never try to push the insurance on me. They are a top-notch, trustworthy dealership and the only one I talked to who deliver on what they promise.

I went in to Sterling McCall Acura one Friday night to look at the new Acura TLX. I was greeted by Mr. Thuan Ken Trinh. He let me test drive the new car and explained ALL the features that the car had. Mr. Tinh was very knowledgeable when it came to the mechanical and technical aspects of the car. I told him the color I wanted and he said he can have it here first thing in the morning. He let me go home with a loaner TLX until my car came to the dealership in the morning. I was very satisfied with the overall purchase. I highly recommend shopping at this dealership before you buy a car anywhere else. These cars are great. Thank you guys! I'll be sending more people your way =)

In particular, sales manager Fatih Celepoglu, provided a high level of customer service. He was knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and answered all of our questions about this complicated process. We would definitely call Fatih again in the future! Additionally, in the finance department Ray Lee was extremely helpful in laying out all of our purchasing options and kept us laughing through the entire process. I told him what I wanted and he went to work. He sent me pictures of one vehicle. All I could say was "GREAT, that's nice." The deal was made and I am very satisfied. This was an awesome experience. Service and work performed is superb at Sterling McCall Acura in a comfortable environment with complimentary refreshments while you wait. The service is performed by experts on your vehicle make and model and no more expensive than taking to other places for service on your vehicle. In addition they hand wash and vacuum your vehicle at no extra charge.

Christian took great care of me getting my Acura serviced. I did not feel as if I was being taken advantage of or scammed for unnecessary services and the added assurance that quality products were being used. Thanks Acura and Christian.

Juan is absolutely amazing. He s my service advisor. He took after my file after overhearing my phone conversation with a different associate. The associate was new and I was hesitant with the services and prices recommended. Juan called me back immediately and explained that he would look into my file. I went in the next day and Juan cleared up EVERYTHING with much much less damage to my pockets thanks to him being so detailed and passionate about his job! He looked into my file and noticed I purchased extended care warranty and was able to approve 90% of the services. Can we say LIFE SAVER!?! Thank you JUAN! You re the real MVP!!

Service is horrible. We had a warranty issue and a part had to be ordered over a month ago and was told the part would be in in 3 days. I've called no fewer than 5 times to try to talk to someone to see if the part is in and no one calls me back. This is for my daughters car and she is leaving for school in 10 days and needs her car fixed before then. In addition, when my wife brought the car in the service person (Christian) was rude to her and to my daughter. I don't like writing bad reviews but they are not even trying.
