Underground in all categories. Very old hotel with unfriendly / unmotivated staff.
We have to stay in this hotel for another 5 days and would like to move to another hotel.
One is used to much better things from Egypt ...
Just to list a few things (since Google limits the number of characters)
Noisy rooms: loud, smells like in a sewer on the balcony, you can hear taxi drivers honking in bed.
Unfriendly / too few staff and arrogant reception
Bathroom / toilet too small, when you sit on the toilet, the washbasin glass is on the left and the knee hits the toilet paper holder on the right.
Heating does not work in the room
Food with little variety and variation. Tables wobble in restaurant - restaurant is the misnomer more like a university canteen
Silicone joints in the rooms are more than dirty and filthy
At night laundry is done in the next room
14 places offer for a trip to Hurghada in a hotel with over 2,000 guests
Acquisitions at the pool / in front of the restaurant by subcontractors, no rest, very annoying
It is advertised with high-speed WiFi: Truth: no active connection, voice call via WhatsApp not possible, only send pictures individually with a lot of waiting time
Nobody shows you the room on arrival - service desert
Conclusion: not recommendable vacation in a bad, run down hotel with overwhelmed, arrogant staff. Possibly. look at other hotels in Makadi e.g. the JAZ Hotel Group was very good or the Dana Beach ...
I'm already looking forward to the standardized "Translate Copy & Paste" response from the hotel management and the "General Manager" that he couldn't read that and turned a blind eye or shut his eyes to say that something is going well here.

We got three out of nine days in a better room on this recession, nonetheless this standard of room (room number 5409) is normal in other hotels.
We can recommend the a la carte restaurants, the Palapa and the Sky.
Summary: If you are allowed to eat in the al la carte restaurants every lunchtime and in the evening and get one of the better rooms, you have reached the normal standard in many other hotels in Hurghada. When we left we were asked if we would come again and I would not like to.
