Very good stay for whom like aqua, but crowded and food quality is not fantastic as used to

Great place for family vacations. Very friendly staff. Excellent food with good variety. Water park is very nice. They have a pool for younger kids with parents ship and smaller slides. My only problem was beach access since you need a golf cart to get to the beach. Beach is beautiful though once you get there.

No heated pool available except one for children although they very wide space to build one. No acqua park for kids. This time is worse than many years ago ..

everything it's ok except cleaning. rooms, especially bathrooms are so filthy. food is good, pools and beach the same, nothing to complain. would get 4.5 stars is the rooms where clean.

After 5 past vacations in Hurgada this was the best. The hotel is marvelous, food is tasty, the Aqua park is fun, the night shows are amazing and the stuff are so hospitable

Steigenberger Aqua Magic Hotel is one of the best hotels in Hurgada. Very stylish, very comfy, very good value for money. Especial thanks to Mr/ Ramez Geges .Mr Gerges is a true gentleman who made our stay as one of the best travel experience. Mr Gerges , I can not thank you enough for what you did for my family to please us and make us very happy to stay in the hotel. I have to say that the choice of Mr Ramez Gerges as a manager add a value to the hotel.

Great 5 (Egyptian) star hotel in the second row of the beach.
The room was very large, modern and clean.
Voltage but not 100% suitable for newer, electronic devices, I shot 2 batteries of my e-cigarette in 14 days. :-(
Beautiful private beach in a well-tended park landscape, reachable from the hotel in less than 5 minutes.
Huge, well-kept pool area, good all inclusive offer.
Service very attentive and friendly, even if, as is typical for the country, of course not everything always works immediately.
Food from the buffet okay, the A la Card Restaurant Magic Sky can also compete with upscale restaurants in Germany, but so do the prices for international wines.
Hotels and shops in the immediate vicinity are partly dilapidated or very shabby, but the hotel offers a free shuttle to Hurghada (old) city.
Wifi from the Suite category included, fast and reliable, works throughout the hotel, by the pool and even on the beach
All in all, highly recommended, unbeatable price / performance ratio.

Very child-friendly hotel, but also a hotel for older people. There are all very nice and helpful and the rooms are always clean and tidy

This place is not that magic. Food is limited. Chicken galore and very little other meat. Your word is always in doubt due to staff constantly in fear. Egypt requires. Dilapidated room but not everywhere. Be careful when booking restaurants when you go in Bermuda shorts, you are turned away when your booking is authorized.

Nice modern hotel good for families. Very nice helpful staff from room service to reception, with bissle tip 5 -10 for her the best :-) prices are very overpriced (shops, massages, tours, hotel taxi, etc ..... tours on the internet beforehand not book hotel in or in the city ... Some shortcomings are eg the crowded buffet, not enough tables., and the pushy sales (in hotel tour provider, massuer photographer, and our various sener of birds balcony :-) the Starnd pathetic well Bissell, and outside the Hotels are the offers (attractions, etc.) very limited .... And the seller extremely rude intrusive .... All in itself, it makes fun with the family many pools and slip well to relax .... But outside the hotel, well :-) disaster sums it up best ...... only experience in the city of Hurghada, the Aquarium ... and on request to the local where you can eat well is the Antowrt 95% McDonalds / KFC: -) Do you have to no ch write more :-) rather go to Turkey or Greece because you get much more for the money offered habt and have more of the holiday ....

Nice place for you and your family to spend at least 3 days.
Water sports, aqua and animation team are average. Family rooms avilable.
Average staff. Some of the staff and animation team are not that friendly or experienced. Poor check-in service

We stayed at Aqua Magic with our 10 year old daughter during the autumn break. We had a very nice vacation and my daughter had a lot of fun on the slides or on the giant pirate ship to play with. The little one never got bored, even in the evening.

The facility is not directly on the beach, but you can walk there in a short time or a golf cart takes you there and back. Shuttle drives back and forth all day.

The food was very good! Many options! And we didn't have any stomach problems or anything. Definitely try the a la carte restaurants. We enjoyed the Sky Restaurant very much and it tasted excellent! Big compliments to the head chef who came to our table and introduced himself (he is German).

The facility is very clean! I didn't notice anything negative about the point. Rooms were always nicely prepared and were always clean.

The service is great whether on the beach, at the pool, or in the restaurants. We were served friendly everywhere.

And it went wonderfully and we felt safe at all times. If Egypt then only Steigenberger Aqua Magic !!!

Easily the nicest Hotel we have stayed at in the Hurghada . The pools were amazing, food was great more variety than anywhere else I have stayed and the staff are easily the kindest, nicest well mannered staff I have met in all my travels. Their customer service training is second to none. Ahmed the waiter in restaurant had our drinks on table for us before we even arrived, Astma on pancake counter, Wafaa and Gelela front of house in restaurant were just such lovely people. The bar men were so polite. So hard to complain at all. Didn't encounter a problem whole holiday and will definitely be back. Would highly recommend the steigenburger resort!

The hotel is just perfect for families! There is everything offered what you can imagine.

The rooms were fine and the mini bar was filled up every day (except for beer and Red Bull) everything was included.

The staff were partly very bad mood.

Not so good. Better in the winter but in summer the service much worse and hotel was overcrowded and the food is bad.I willnot visit in the summer again

The hotel is great in terms of cleanliness, the rooms are large in size, the swimming pools are wonderful, the staff is the highest in taste and respect in the reception, and also those responsible for the cleanliness.

The thing that I did not like is the staff responsible for re-filling the mini bar. I have to call more than once to get someone to attend.
Also the food is varied, but its quality is low, especially the lunch meal is poor
The accommodation was completely similar, but when ordering fresh juice it was at a different price, and this I had not seen in any hotel before.

We're on an all inclusive. The whole hotel complex is great. All hotel blocks look onto various pools and squares. There's a giant pirate ship water play feature in one pool and 5 super well maintained water slides in another. A "lazy river" weaves its way through the whole complex and you can float along it on giant rubber-rings. The pools are open from 8-17:00 in the winter, but the water features only from 10-17:00 with a break for lunch. They also have a private beach 10 mins walk away.
There are about 5 restaurants in the complex. Most have buffet style food and are all inclusive for breakfast and lunch. Four are all la carte for dinner and you need a reservation. Three of them allow you one free visit and after that you just get a 25% discount.
Food is generally very good and varied. One large one off the hotel lobby and two at the pool side.... haven't figured out where the other two are. Food and drink in some form is available 24/7 in the hotel and 10-17 at the beach.
They have a kids club and animation Inthe evening....beware if your room over looks the Elements Square as they have entertainment from 9-10:00...bit noisy.
Staff are generally very friendly. Have really enjoyed it so far.

We stayed at this resort for ten days - it is very family friendly and always clean - we first had a room near the evening program, but with a small child it is almost impossible to fall asleep! It was not a problem for the hotel us thankfully to another room which was very good!

The food varies from day to day in the main restaurant - in the side restaurants we rarely went out to eat - on the beach there is also something to eat!

Along the hotel road leads like a bazaar - the Hard Rock Cafe with child ten minutes and so you get out of the area!

It was a great, fun time - we will repeat if the prices are right!

We stayed here in February this year & Absolutely loved our time in this hotel, plenty to do & the staff were amazing. Can't wait to go back in October

A good hotel clean for Egyptian standards and comfy rooms. The food was okay and water park was too. The lazy river was good when kids were not running up and down it. I stayed in tia heights year before and paid more for this hotel but apart from the Italian restaurant food was poor and I preferred hotel last year. Had beef ragu 4 times in 10 days. Staff were great very friendly but the pests selling stuff were a real pain. You cldnt lie down for more than 10 minutes before someone was selling something.

Great hotel, the staff is attentive, the conditions are super. Many Europeans are resting here.

This is the worst 5 star hotel I have stayed in. Servis is on 2 star maximum. We were in the room for 4 days despite my patience when I found dirty towels that were just packed, even though I was looking for a replacement myself. If you are looking for good service, especially in these difficult times due to pandemic, avoid this hotel and look for something worth your money.
In the first three days of my stay, no one ever approached me to offer a drink, unlike the family nearby.
The same rules obviously do not apply to everyone in the restaurant, while we adhere to the prescribed measures and we wait our turn to be served, the locals casually take their food by their self without anyone warning them.
There is a few bright things in this hotel. Executive chef is the most pleasant person I have met here, the staff at the front desk deserve praise as well.
The hygiene of the pool is satisfactory. Sky restaurant deserves 5 * and that's where the list ends.
A lot of effort has to be put in to recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

No comparison with German Steigenberger. Big facility, very clean. Security is capitalized, but annoying sometimes (pool). Food ok, waiters mostly inattentive (cutlery and drinks are only on request, also in the reservable restaurants). Had to change the room cards 10 times in 6 days, because they did not work again and again. That was really annoying (especially, if you are with children in front of the door and again with all beach stuff to the front desk must) and despite complaint with the management no improvement. In the end, we were blamed because we allegedly kept the cards near our smartphones ... nonsense.
So, except waiter and key cards, no complaints, but 5 stars almost too high (in the summer in Safaga in a 3 star resort, that was not much worse only smaller, but more personal.) Oh well, great dive center with funny and very competent dive masters ,

A place to come back to, again and again, feels like home <3

Hotel more than amazing just misses the warmth of the staff and a little out of the way

You have a so-called lazy river, where you drive on it with swimming tires. He's really fun, you can totally decelerate. The ala-carte restaurants were delicious and worthwhile. The rooms are a bit dated and relatively small in comparison to others in this price range. The food was good overall and the service was also very good. No intrusive salesmen! Pedalo and canoeing on the beach for free.

Nice big hotel with very friendly staff. Lovely swimming pools and super fun slide park. Cared for and tasty food in both the buffet and the a la carte restaurants. We had a wonderful week there!

Average hotel. Rooms absolutely not 5 star worthy. Food is very good.

i want to share my experience.. it was my first time to stay there and i hope it won't be the last
first thing the lobby was good and the Receptionists was very friendly * mr fady or rimon i can't remember * the room was comfy maybe the problem was that the bathroom door is glass without lock
second the restaurant was very good maybe there wasn't a good variety due to the corona thing but totally it was better than other hotel and the food was tasty
of course pools was very clean
the whole staff of this place are friendly and respectful
the arab restaurant was pretty good so the international

I pull my hat. Since I'm a restaurateur myself and have already looked at many a hotel in Hurghada, this was the Oberhammer.
Of course you can complain about trifles always but this on a high level. 2 weeks dreamlike relaxation.

A nightmare. During the day you are exposed to up to 90 dBA at the pool bar, at night there is a noise of 70-80 dBA in the rooms above the discotheque until 3 a.m. with the balcony door closed, from 6 a.m. there is street noise. Even though we have explicitly booked a quiet suite. Under the bed there were clothes of the predecessors, towels were only available for 1 person on arrival, as was water. 5 stars is different!

We were with 2 children at the age of 1.5 and 3 years in the period before the Christmas holidays there. It was a great time. The hotel offers enough space for families as well as for couples without kids. The service was great, the staff very friendly. There is a doctor and a pharmacy right in the hotel. The food offers variety and healthy / vegan diet is possible. We will come back.

A dream really very good clean hotel with really friendly staff. Here you can go on vacation! Very, very child friendly !!
