A very nice hotel great people it is clean whether room or wc the area is nice and big I am true from 16.7 to 30.7 2019 there with my wife I can only recommend it Thanks for the nice time

Our 1st holiday in Egypt. Hotel and grounds very nice. Unfortunately, beach is the reason why there are no 5 stars. We would like to especially thank youssef zenhom for the splashpoolbar and el said el sameaa. The without tipping very warm and accommodating. Many thanks for the Service. Thank you Youssef for the honest kindness and service man feels welcome. <br/>

Nice hotel especially good for families beach nearby there are very good and large selection rooms could be a little cleaner

The pool area is awesome and the lazy river invites you to relax.

The rooms in our building were really good and in good condition.

The animation team offers something for everyone and is interested in spreading holiday mood.

The bartenders and waitresses are super friendly and fulfill almost every wish.

Only the choice of food at dinner was almost always the same but something for everyone and very tasty.

At this point also best wishes to Valeria and Karim from the animation team and to Ahmed Mahmoud from the lobby bar. We had a lot of fun with you :)

One star is still too many. Overcrowded hotel, hardly any free loungers by the pool. The hotel beach is a joke.
The food is more like in a 2-3 hotel.
We expected more from the Steigenberger.

Superb place but it lacks for some training to the staff on the pools and the umbrellas number are not enough for the guests

One of the best hotels in Egypt I've been to Egypt twice and this was by far one of the best I have ever stayed in. All staff are lovely got on really well with them and they make your stay extra special and try so hard!

Great location ... food is also every night a different theme ... Staff are friendly .... unfortunately had a room at the kids pool ... that was not bad ... it sounded only at night a terrible quit in the pool area, which we could not stand at night with the balcony door open. (We figured it out, it's the flag at the top of the waterboat that squeaks when it turns off the wind, please lubricate once, was already nice). We come to relax again ... you just have to remember that there was nothing great outside the hotel.

A wonderful hotel. The different swimming pools are special. No matter if young or old there is something for everyone.
Different places to stop for food or drink are also available.
The waiters do everything they can to make your vacation a pleasant one.
Otherwise the hotel is quite centrally located in Hurghada. It is a 7-minute drive from or to the airport. The marina (port) is a 10-minute taxi ride.
We particularly liked the rooftop restaurant "Sky".

Nice place, the rooms are nice and clean, the beach is sandy and clean, and the service is excellent. I would like to thank Chef Shaima, the Italian Restaurant, for her taste and love, and Peter is the top for taste and respect.
Frankly, all those in the place are polite and respectful and top in taste .. A beautiful experience and will be repeated, God willing.

The kidnappers treat foreigners better than Egyptians

Was there in 2014. Underground. Kot in the pool, Russian children "taste the food directly and put it back", fuse box started to burn at night, etc. These were our honeymoon. I even went to court against TUI Germany and got 25% reimbursed. > Not recommended !!!!

We were there just before the big Christmas rush so few children. Nice and quiet. Good buffets. At the pool is constantly asked if you want something to drink. Had a nice week.

Amazing quality (service, facilities and food) at incredible price

5 star pools, -4 star rooms, barely 3 star food!
Straff is very stressed and everything feels old and tired. Restaurants are VERY basic and extremely loud and crowded. Beach is also crowded nd not very nice.

A beautiful, quiet and comfortable place for the nerves

Great hotel. Good buffet. No pork can only be found with food. Heated swimming pools are a must and fortunately present. Animation for adults is disappointing. Enough fun for the kids

Family vacation 08.2018 lived .... were more often in Egypt but such a nice, especially for families, we had not experienced .... super nice staff ... nice clean rooms ... nice pools ... nice beach. .. simply perfect vacation! We will be back!

We (a Stammtisch group consisting of 8 men) were on vacation last April for a week in the Steigenberger Aqua Magic. The rooms are very clean and the pool area also. The staff is extremely courteous and unobtrusive throughout. There are every day on the premises sellers of various offers on the way, but they are never indignant if you refuse. The fitness center was ok and loud the fellow travelers were also the face massages, the pedicure, the hairdresser (yes we tried everything ;-)) and much more. always worth the money we paid. The service at the pool is very attentive and you can always at the pool or on the beach change the towel. The beach in the nearby sister hotel Al Dau was very nice. As well as the local bar with the staff. Also the food was very good and varied. The food in the hotel was very good and buffet style, where every hunger was satisfied by us. We always found something we liked. Thanks again to the chef, who always asked us personally for the location. We also tried the Japanese restaurant for an extra charge and were rewarded with a wonderful evening. All in all, it was a wonderful stay at the Steigenberger Aqua Magic. If we travel again to Egypt, we will return here.

Really a fantastic hotel nice for kids really recommended

We can only give great marks for almost everything. The food is really great. There really is something for everyone. If you can't find anything here, it's really your own fault! I can really understand the other critics of the food to 0%.

We can only make a deduction for our room and, more precisely, the bathroom. Unfortunately, a new, modern bathroom is advertised in the pictures, which is why we have chosen the largest possible room category through our travel agency. Unfortunately, we have a bathroom that is old in relation to the hotel's age and I would not like to go into two or three details here ... (mold, shower curtain unwashed with stains from previous guests or even older ...)
The TV has also been removed from the large bedroom and we can then sit separately on the single beds or watch individually. It's not that important to us as we didn't get to watch TV, but it would be a point for stubborn critics.
To be honest, we are a little disappointed about the room, but some things are even better than expected: Lazy river and the slides for young and old.
The staff is really super nice and I don't have the feeling that they have to turn something on and push it through with force.

Unfortunately the beach is really not that great. But the pools are all the more awesome.
Praise here too for the rooftop pool for adults! Great idea!!!

Since I come from a gastronomy family myself, I don't want to be too negative either, because, as so often in life, the negative is always addressed straight away, but the positive is taken for granted.

We can recommend the hotel and wish you continued success.

Lively hotel complex without major weaknesses with beautiful beach area. You get a decent performance for your money, nothing more, nothing less. The staff is always very friendly, but the food at the peak times sometimes overwhelmed.
For my taste, the fitness room is much too small, because more than 10 people do not fit into it comfortably.

A great vacation spot, good quality of building fabric such as walls doors floor bath ..., great for kids !! Great game ship and great slides, relax for adults ,. Beautiful beach only 5 minutes walk, perfect service

Very good hotel The room is clean and very comfortable The Aqua is fantastic, the swimming pools are excellent and the swimming pool has a good dining area that is not special, but good and with lots of fruit and vegetables.

Perfect stay for the 2nd time in September and now attentive and smiling staff thank you to omar bekhet for his kindness in the restaurant as well as to ahmed mahmoud at the reception bar as well as the picine staff all were clean perfect let's come back at the end of august

Nice hotel but food was disgusting and the lady who managed the kids club only catered for German and Russian kids and I found her to be very unwelcoming and rude in her mannerisms. There is a nice beach nearby and the hotel front desk workers were very nice and accommodating.

Great animation team, good food, beautiful architecture

We booked superior room. The room is large but with a door to the next room, you can hear everything. Switching to de luxe was not a problem, we even got a discount on a surcharge. From the description of the rooms you couldn't really tell which room was better. That would be the only drawback. The service is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the food is good too. It is definitely recommended.
