Not being able to collect my medication up to 2 times due to communication error and therefore driving and freeing up time for nothing. Assistant shows little to no understanding, unacceptable.
no regular doctor. cannot make an appointment. nothing works on the site cannot make an appointment cannot ask a question via chat.
Everything is rushed and in an unfriendly tone on the phone.
Already so many different GPs and then you are completely without. You fall under the whole North practice. In the new year quickly looking for another practice.
Even been appearing times at the pharmacy stood for nothing because the recipe did not come through.
Today again not helped to satisfaction.
Saturday the GP called and was told to wait until Monday. And then you can not even come to an appointment with your own doctor.

The patient does not come first, everything is too much.
My doctor is often ill, has a holiday or course and is closed every Friday anyway :(
Time to look for another doctor / practice.
Very bad practice! I have been a patient here since childhood, and now I have a family of my own. I see a different doctor every time, I actually have no idea who my own doctor is. Waiting times are long. And now with a new system where you can only make an appointment for today! This means being on hold every morning for an appointment! It is almost impossible to be more customer-friendly!
I have been registered with this family doctor all my life. The assistants on the telephone are always patient and competent, but the quality of care has deteriorated sharply in recent years. GPs who come and go. Never a stuck face again. Never receive a message about this with changes. We were always a patient of Dr. Birgham-Eskers and always full of praise for her expertise, unfortunately we were later assigned to another general practitioner without consultation. Now it appears that there is no possibility, even though we do not even know who our current doctor is, to register with her again. Unfortunately there is a patient stop in the whole of Enschede, we will unsubscribe from the next option.
Is treated very badly there. A new doctor comes in every six months and you have to keep repeating your problem. I once experienced that GP started googling to see how she could help us further. No control, no experience ... We'd better pay our health insurance to Google. Worthless. Could be better close this property.
Since my birth 1990 at this care center Inc my family. The last half year a big mess so unfortunate all the doctors are gone and there are others instead of my father has serious health problems that are not taken seriously I am in a process where blood has to be taken every few months but this appears to be sun difficult task for the doctor! I get a blunt and arrogant answer on the phone back from Mrs. the so-called doctor Zohra moallemzadeh who doesn't even know me and doesn't even know or know my severe and sad situation. Fortunately we have found another practice and are out of here!
Hard working doctors and assistants.
Never any problems with them.
My doctor left me and now I have a different one every time but they are all expert.

Doctors and Assitants are very kind and nice people, but this will not help you if you need health treatmment. Organization is poor. Video confernce fails 2/3 times already becuse doctors unable to log in... I mean what kind service is that?! Waiting for 1 hour and calling 3 times just to get redirected to another doctor or make another appointment. Besides that diagnosing is poor as well. Never got a proper diagnose when seriosly sick. First time i had kidney infection and doctors refused to give antibiotics, resulting in critical condition and i was forsed to fly home to be treated there properly. Second time I was given antibiotics without even a good reason, just to eliminate possible deseases... Now resulting in worse condition than before start of the treatment... If i could i would switch this organization but now its impossible because of corona.
Well I come there on the advice of the hospital to do further research. I come there only my blood pressure is measured and what standard answers with a grumpy head and that's it.
If you ask for something that you really need, she will determine how and what.

Update: my GP has now left, like most GPs in recent years, the practice has become more chaotic with the change of GPs. It is difficult to schedule an appointment, sometimes it really seems as if the practice is unreachable. I feel that every time I see a new doctor, I cannot be helped properly for my problems. Hopefully some new GPs will be hired there soon. The only doctor who currently works there is really very nice, nothing negative to say about it. Only usually I get someone else I don't know, which is a shame.
Worthless bunch of prutsers. Failure to comply with appointments, ridiculously long waiting times when you call, making an appointment via site is impossible.
I also have a different doctor every time for years.
Would you rather go to a vet than go here again?
Here you will not get a regular doctor, always a different doctor with every appointment, staff unfriendly and little understanding for your complaints, here you are only a very small number and not a client / patient.

Nothing is too much to ask.
The assistant will help you very badly or not from dr eskes no matter how bad your pain complaints are, you will not get an appointment. Had to wait until I had the course so that I could get the right medication through the day care assistant via another doctor after explaining my symptoms.

Poor communication and poorly informed i.v.m. acting doctor, as a result of which medicines were not ready as agreed, this up to 2 times. Not this neat.
