Beautiful spot for a wedding, and the staff were super kind, courteous, and helpful. They always had a smile on their face and made our night pleasant and awesome.

Great place but had problem with their key systems. For some reason their key are delay and will not open doors. Otherwise it s a wonderful place to stay.

By far the nicest hotel in Cape Coral. 4 restaurants, all with river views.

Be careful when paying cash ,my husband was there paid resort fee in cash and they charge the credit card too somebody packed the money .

Great resort! The amenities are great, bicycle, Cornhole, heated pool, ect. Food and beverages are priced decent for being a resort,food quality is above average wait staff was very good. Rooms could have been cleaner on a one week stay not once was the ceramic flooring cleaned the same crumbs that were there when we checked were there when we left. A little dusting would have been nice too.

WOW! I don't think there is anything else to say about this place tjat could sum it up any better! Staff was superb making it a great place for interaction..... the rooms were beautiful, very roomy, and very comfortable making it a great place to sleep..... The beauty all around you both inside and out was breathtaking and really made it a great place for relaxation...... and the topper was not just being pet friendly but they were truly friendly to pets and not just "tolerant" of them. This is not just a nice place to visit but it is rather an experience of tranquility causing your BP, heart rate, and tension to drop drastically........ it's a place where the more time you spend here.... the more time you want to spend here!

Place is great, food amenities etc but the drinking water and showering water is NASTY.

my only complaint would be no microwave in room. I understand the restaurant and all but I never eat all my food and had no where to heat it. other than that excellent food, staff and very clean. loved the pillows even wrote down the brand to find them. Comfy beds.

The hotel exterior is beautiful.
It's situated right on the water and pinchers restaurant is conveniently located at the hotel. Definitely a great spot. They hosted the wheel of fortune interviews today which was exciting. I was very comfortable in the room the hotel provided. Thank you Westin Hotel.

Took the bike and visited the pub. Nice view and cold beer . Easy access on a bike

Went for a business meeting. View was beautiful. Staff assisted us before we even asked for help.

We were upgraded to a gorgeous and large suite when we go here because of room availability; and while the downside was twin beds, the upside was a well appointed kitchen that made a trip to Publix well worth it. The pools were well maintained and very nice, at a busier time they might have been on the small side though. The restaurants in the building were excellent, a little pricey as is expected with a setup like they have. The views of the marina were fantastic and the small boardwalks were a welcome retreat for some quiet walks as the sun set. A collection of small shops made this feel like a little village and definitely added to the experience. We will try to come back again, even though there are so many places to see in Florida, we think this is someplace special.

Currently staying on the 14th floor & the view is beautiful especially in the morning. These "suites" were supposed to be condos so they're big & laid out very well. Everything is very clean & the hotel is maintained well. The bar by the marina is great & our bartender was friendly, even let me use her cell when mine died. They provide bikes which is awesome & there's a row of nice shops by the marina. Negatives: Food directly from the hotel was seriously awful. We got filet & salmon Sat night. Sent the steak back & another came that was just as over cooked. Salmon had zero flavor & the potatoes it came with were under cooked. Didn't eat 3 of the 4 meals. Had breakfast by the pool Sunday. The eggs benedict lacked flavor, they got an order wrong, & one meal was completely off how it should be prepared. Go eat at Pinchers down the way a little!!! On arrival our bellboy was rude & kind of a jerk. He clearly had no patience because of a busy day, maybe remind the guys to try to keep composure & a smile even on a rough day?

A resort indeed. There are multiple amenities included with the resort fee, perhaps best of all is the shuttle to Fort Myers beach. The staff are all professional and attentive. The area is beautiful as are the views of the harbor or the city. They have decorated with Christmas lights.

Okay place. The sports logos everywhere ruin the atmosphere of the place. Pet friendly so expect to hear dogs. SMALL BEDS ! Awful, uncomfortable, tiny beds. Normally two beds in one room can hold 4 people but we could barely sleep two in one bed. I would not come here again just for pure comfort reasons. The bar, service, and pool are great but if I can t sleep right and have back pain for the rest of my trip- what s the point?

Room: 18th floor, 2 double room with balcony overlooking preserve Pros: door to close off bedroom from dry bar and bathroom Ceiling fan in bedroom Fridge Coffee maker Comfortable beds Valet parking (valet opens at 7:00am, you can still get your vehicle, but you need to ask the front desk) Cons: Uncomfortable desk chair No room service menu No idea where the ice machine is Overall good and clean. Friendly staff. Decent restaurants on site. Would stay again.

Stayed in 1 bdrm condo overlooking an aquatic reserve. Large and spacious. Beautiful kitchen and living room, with privacy for bedroom and bathroom area. Our every need was considered by the staff. Three amazing pools and activities, which included complementary water taxi to Fort Meyers Beach!

The first room that I was in wasn t to shabby but the hotel did accommodate me the next day by giving me the same room but more comfortable and clean. I m always happy to stay at the Westin my home away from home and will be back soon. If anyone is wondering if it is safe to stay here through a pandemic. ITS SAFE, the only thing is that pinchers was PACKED EVERY SEAT FILLED. I took my food to gooooooooo.

The hotel itself is pretty nice, but our 2 bedroom suite was outdated and dirty. The carpet in the master was very dirty. The glass table, dishwasher, fridge, stove top were all smeared. The couch was old and dirty, and the leather chair was peeling. The fitted sheet in the master did not fit the bed. The washer did not drain, and the shower filled up with water, all though maintenance did come up and take care of those two things.
The main pool has a lot of shade! They have two other pools which were better.

The rooms were great, comfortable and clean. The view was amazing! The 3 pools were great and warm. The location is great with restaurants all around. Lastly, I took my pet and it was a very great pet - friendly hotel.

The rooms were clean and the view was Beautiful. Everyone that worked there was so nice and helpful. Loved the 16th floor overlooking the water. The balconies were very nice to lounge on with ceiling fan for more ventilation if needed. The beds were very comfortable with nice crisp sheets and pillows. The mini bar was big enough to enjoy a long stay. All and all I would stay there again in a second . Loved it that much.

We really liked this hotel. A few key points to watch for: There's no boat ramp. Also, the rate is actually more than stated (about $30 per night). There's a $15 dollar per day "resort fee" as well as two other taxes of some sort on the bill. I think it should be stated more clearly when you check in and it should certainly be labeled better than "tax 1" and "tax 2". Other than the unexpected charges on our bill, we had a great time.

When you are greeted with what are you doing here, not such a great start. Followed up by, there is free parking the garage. If your a valet, isn't this what you want? I am just checking in.
Aside from this, possibly if boating is your thing you might want to stay here. Stayed at much better places with better service.

Great hotel, middle of no where ( in terms of beach, fun or any sporting activities). Rooms are big, it's a big hotel, +220 rooms. Bikes are available , but the bikes paths are limited.
Overall, great stay, though not cheap!

Love the resort and all the amenities, such as get ferry to fort Myer Beach, and use of bicycles. Was there during Christmas and there were activities for the kids too. Staff is very friendly too

Beautiful resort in a quiet little town. Everyone was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much.

I struggle a bit here. Atmosphere was lovely. The restaurant was mostly empty but we were being sat closely with other tables. Bit we took care of that. The dinner was really subpar. The best part was the appetizer of Blackened Shrimp with Cheese Grits. Entree grouper special was dry and the scallops surprisingly not tender but chewy. I would still go back, presentation is still there.

Beautiful Westin property I took my parents here while in the area. The room was spacious with a beautiful balcony that was screened in so the bugs were minimal. We were able to bring their two small dogs and the hotel even provided us with bowls and a Westin pet bed which was so cute and my mother's dog LOVED. I wish we had a longer stay so we could take advantage of the amenities including their boat ride to ft Meyers beach. We were hoping to take it but It only leaves once a day in the morning and comes back once in the afternoon. It would be nice if it came back at least once in between for those who don't want to stay at the beach for 6 hrs. The pool was overlooking the marina and the gym was as well. We used the gym and had everything we needed. Great property, set back from the main road and had great views of the water. I hope to visit again sometime soon.

The views at this resort are amazing. The mangrove park is a must see and the place is definitely a great place to bw

The resort is beautiful! But we were there for a wedding this past Friday and the ceremony was interrupted by guest staying at the resort all you could hear the whole time was them shouting from the balcony. The staff did little to stop it. I felt mortified for the bride and groom.
