This hotel is very nice. The balconies are wonderful and screened in... But if you are by the pool you definitely need bug spray. The pool is really small for the amount of rooms they have, but nice atmosphere. The only complaint I had was our cleaning lady did no cleaning. My kid left poo stains in the toilet and it was there for 3 days. There was nothing there for me to clean it with. Also a dirty sock was under the bed which is gross because maybe no one vacuumed? And why not use fitted sheets? The sheets were everywhere when we slept. Oh. And the air conditioner needs to be on about 65 so you don't sweat at night.
The shops in the village are excellent. And so is the ice cream at the gulf coast fudge place. And cheap. We loved that.

We stayed there for a week and it was a wonderful place. Great food in doors and out at the pavillion. Pools were very clean and big. Tiki bars at both pools. You can get a boat trip to other places and also a manatee site. Staff was very friendly and heplful. Go there and have a wonderful time. Shopping close by.

Stayed one night while on our way to celebrate my birthday weekend. The staff was amazing. The room had an amazing view especially for sunrise. We arrived late but with enough time to order food before the kitchen at the restaurant closed. The food looked amazing but it lacked flavor on all levels. Our bartender Alannah was great and very attentive to us. We would definitely stay again but not eat at their restaurant.

My stay was good! Great costumer service BUT they SHOULD check in the room with the guest going in. They charged me with a broken screen in the balcony wich was already there when i walked in. that's all i got to say.

Great hotel with extremely comfortable, well-equipped rooms. Food was unique, but great. Loved the promenade shops. Only downside is no airport shuttle. Getting to and from the hotel should not be that expensive.

Pretty let down on my birthday to return to my room and find my key is deactivated. I then wait 20 minutes to get a door key from the front door.... Then I go in and find my room is not cleaned.... Pretty let down and checking out ASAP

Ok the resort is nice yes but not a 4 star hotel. There is nothing to do in area and you will 25 a night resort fees which includes bikes and water taxi to fort Myers beach which is not impressive at all. The resort only has a pool which is nothing to brag about. The standard rooms are just regular rooms not worth the price at all. They have shower tub which sucks. There isn t one picture in room very plain room especially for a 4 star resort. I never write reviews but had to.. if you want to visit Florida stay on the beach somewhere. You will be bored and not much near by. For the pricing they shouldn t charge resort fees..it really is a rip off. I just wanted a getaway weekend and was disappointed. I am from Florida and would recommend Naples on the beach or Fort Lauderdale Hollywood beach. Also, housekeeping sucks they tried to come to clean room at 530 pm and just came in as I was dressing. I didn t feel I was in a 4 star resort. It looks nice on outside so don t let it food you. Don t stay here. You will thank me. Very boring and you can t just stay at hote unless you just want to go to the pool.

A little intimidating in size and accessibility, but a beautiful facility.
Wonderful staff from the security gate to the front desk, concierge and bellhop. Plentiful parking. Full disability access everywhere I went. Waterviews are amazing.
Good food in both the restaurants and room service... imaginative, nutritious, pairings of food.
The rooms are very big (I had a double queen) with very comfortable beds and linens, a screened balcony overlooking the waterways, nice bathroom is big with a veritable stack of pristine towels and lovely soaps and shampoos. I found the decor in the rooms a bit unimaginative, but perhaps because I live in Key West surrounded by tropical colors all the time.
I only stayed two days but will definitely consider staying longer next time.

I stayed at a one bedroom suite with a beautiful view. The suite was huge, clean and well maintained. Because I was at the hotel for work, I did not explore the resort. However, I was very pleased with the friendly staff and the restaurant.

The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the sunrise on the screened-in porch (great for keeping those Florida bugs out). Check-in was a breeze and the staff was attentive. The dining options onsite were good and did have at least a few vegetarian options. The Nauti Mermaid was also good for happy hour and watching the sunset. The pool was great and you could get cabana/bar service there and the gym was modern, clean, and spacious with solid equipment for a hotel gym. Overall it was great for the conference I was attending in the area. I don't know if I would vacation here because of lack of things to do in the immediate area (though a water taxi will take you to the beach daily from the dock right out back). I did take a dolphin tour that meets up right by the Nauti Mermaid and that was nice.

I ll say right away I didn t stay at the hotel, simply walked around for an hour seeing the property. I had expected more though, small area of shops - maybe 5-6, along with 2 restaurants. Hotel is odd with a tiny lobby and open air hallways with old linoleum looking flooring. It is a nice little property, but don t expect 5 stars. Nothing within walking distance, so also make sure you have a car.

Beautiful resort. I went with my family for a walk. Don't know the price to stay but it will worth to spend at least one night there to enjoy the hotel and the beautiful view of Cape Coral and the sea.

This resort was fantastic. A decently fair price of $350 per night for a very large suite, with a master bedroom and bath, living room, and second bedroom with two double beds. Beds were comfy, room service was good and the balcony view overlooking the marina was a nice perk. Only complaint is that it was in a less-than-optimal location, with the beach (either Ft. Myers or Sanibel Island) being at least a 45 minute drive or a hop on a water taxi. Overall, however, the resort was very nice and well worth the money. Highly recommend!

Nice luxury resort in a great area of Cape Coral. Rates were reasonable for my stay of 3 nights. I was in a River view King suite. Covid induced closure of the hotel restaurant did put a damper on the stay, but the outdoor bar with a limited menu was acceptable. Only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Clearly not a focus on room cleaning, which was very odd in times of Covid 19....

Very beautiful place to stay at! We went there for our aniversary and everything was just amazing!! The suite room is great and has everything you might need. The recepcionist was very nice and gave us all the information and orientations we needed. They have great restaurants and the marina is just stunning!

I paid $55.00 a piece for 4 people for a crappy Mothers day Buffet. Seriously nothing was great. For 55 bucks we didn't even get a mimosa. We would have ordered from the menu for less. But usually buffets are pretty good.

This is a beautiful facility. The menu at the restaurant was excellent. We were very pleased with our dinner. However we did witness the manager, Chris, handling a situation extremely unprofessionally and that experience left the evening on an extremely sour note.

Staff friendly and very helpful! We were disappointed with the food. Next time we'll experience Slates and a couple other local restaurants. When Starwood owned the Westin the food was exceptional!!

It's a very beautiful resort!!

The lady working the bar at The Nauti Mermaid was very unfriendly towards me, but was very friendly with the visitors that she knew. She advised me that it was 8p and wouldn't be serving any more drinks even though I told her that I had just checked in (advice from the front desk). Others that arrived after 8:30p were served drinks and allowed to sit at the bar to receive more drinks. I was not given this option. That's not good business manors.

The room was beautiful with an amazing view. The room could have been a little cleaner as I found long strands of hair in the tub and sink.

Other than that, it was pleasant and quiet.

If I can score them 0 stars I would!!! The amount you pay for rooms you should be able to not feel dirt on all the surfaces, left over trash in the rooms, no towels and always a billing issue! Stay here twice in two years for a work event. Both times they have billed in duplicate after paying the bill at check out. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!

The dog-friendly outside bar was very nice. Most areas were well shaded from the hot sun and our server quickly brought water for our dogs. The food was better than expected and the one drink ordered was delicious. The service wasn't slow, but wasn't fast. Would definitely go back again, maybe when it's a little cooler outside.

Whilst on housekeeping side a bit lacking ,the front desk and bell hops are on the ball , extra service means getting a umbrella and walking a family to there car , saw that within that team

Good times ,thanks westin
