I was so very disappointed in the housekeeping end of this facility. Room was very very dirty and complained every day during my stay. Chuck from front desk was very very helpful and Lorraine at the pool was outstanding

My visit was a site overview for a conference next year. All the staff members we were in contact with were courteous and helpful. We had lunch on the property and the food was very good.

First steps into this hotel we were greeted by everyone and met by Madi at the front desk. She was extremely informative, very friendly and even spoke to my kids! She found out a little about our stay so she could make recommendations.
Our 2 bd 3 bath suite was immaculately cleaned by Dora and that is no easy feat with how big their suites are! Every single dish in the cabinet was perfectly polished, the room smelled fresh and everything in its place!
We usually go to a different hotel every time we visit the area but the Westin will be the one that gets us back next time!
Side note: the kids club was closed for the season which was disappointing (but understandable) but Kyle at the front desk was happy to let us choose from a huge stack of games and even offered to go open the kids club area to find us some if they didn t have what we wanted!

Cleaning and maintenance not up to Westin standards; staff failed to take ownership of issues and simply passed the buck to others.

Very aesthetically pleasing. Was looking for a venue to take wedding pictures.

Do NOT book with this hotel s marina. My 7 year old and 4 year old daughters and I booked a dolphin excursion for today Sunday the 2nd. We were never told that they would cancel 10 minutes before we were supposed to leave because they were TOO lazy to take only us out even though I begged them to because the girls were so excited and we were leaving for home the next morning. Do not ever book with them if you have children because they WILL disappoint them.

Beautiful place to spend your vacation. Tiki bar has a great atmosphere and live music on the weekends. The restaurants serve delicious meals. You can order food and drinks at the poolside. You really don't need to leave this secluded resort. But, you are close enough to everything if you need to add a few destinations to your trip. A great place to spend some downtime with the family in the available 2 bedroom condo suites. Also a great spot for a rendezvous with your significant other. You won't soon forget your visit here. It is worth the visit.

It's a beautiful resort with extremely friendly and helpful staff, definitely would recommend to everyone.

All the employees were helpful and kind and assisted me and my friends with suggestions on what we should try and eat

Dirty room with dog hair, and room smelled bad. Also rental boat supervisor was EXTREMELY rude.

This is the nicest place I have ever stayed. Staff are super and extremely helpful. Nothing at all went wrong. Will stay here again.

They gave me a condo. They have ADA parking only in their garage. Yet they do have parking outside and moved their ADA parking outside

My husband & I stayed here for our 19yr Anniversary & it was absolutely one of the most beautiful resort Ive been to!! The suites are Gorgeous with Amazing views & they have some of the most delicious restraunts & unique shops around the resort.

The staff is professional and friendly.
The food was excellent and tasty
The room was cozy, clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful 2bd/2ba Penthouse Suite w/full kitchen, dining area, living room, nice furnishings, big screen TV's, all rooms lead to Private Indoor/outdoor patio & rooftop deck. Ceiling fans in all areas, washer & dryer in room, Spacious rooms, friendly staff, great room service food.

Very unpleasant and not expected from a Westin hotel!

We arrived late night and found The toilet seat in the room was dirty and carpet in the room is also not clean. There was nobody available for a proper toilet cleaning so we had to wait till morning to get it done.

We had to order floor towels as well as they have forgotten to leave them.

Great views, very clean, modern and great customer service.

We were AMAZED at our 2bdr condo.....The restaurants and the Naughty Mermaid.....were fantastic.....The view from our veranda was Awesome....We will be back....

Fantastic days enjoying the beautiful view of the Bay, the perfect weather to enjoy the pool, very friendly workers especially the one who received us and helped with the bags; Educated young man from Ecuador, he gave us important information for our stay, Very good Restaurants and the Bar closes late .

Excellent service! The staff is amazing! The property has more then you can imagine. A true jewel. The new ball room is amazing. You won't go wrong booking you next event at the westin cape coral.

Everything was great however they need to work on their menu. Fabiana was super nice at the time of check in, and Guest Service when I did called them..

This is a great place and looks very up-to-date and modern, good breakfast, very friendly and efficient staff. Sometimes a bit pricey in season

Amazing just doesn't quiet do this place justice by saying that...

We spent 6 nights at the Westin Cape Coral, the place was awesome, the food and accomodations were great, the views and the Marina were also very good, the staff was very accommodating especially Michael & David (the outside staff). We got back to the Hotel one night around 10pm, as we were walking by the front desk, we informed them that we had a problem with the air conditioning, they said they will send someone right away, as soon as we got to the room there was a knock on the door, and within 15 minutes the air conditioning was working, next time we are looking to stay in Cape Coral it will be at the Westin.

Great location with nice sized clean rooms and great dining options within walking distance. The property is right on the water with some great views!

This hotel has the best smell in the air of any hotel I've ever been in. . .it wasn't fake flowery, nor a fake spicy. It had an ethereal distinct odor I've never smelled before! It was a relaxing smell, it made you feel serene and happy. You must go and just walk through the their lobby! Wow! It was a great experience!
Was I as guest? No, I'm a motel 6 kinda gal, I was just waiting for a friend.

This westin actually shocked me! We were in cape coral, which is an older, sleepy, beach town. I didn't expect the hotel to be as nice as it was. Our room was awesome, clean, and had a screened in lanai which overlooked the canal. The sunrise/sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. Anytime I am in Cape Coral they have my business. Everyone here was very friendly and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable... the only reason this didn't get 5 star is because the room service menu is very limited but I think we were there off season and ordering food very late in the evening, other than that I loved my stay and all the amenities :)

Such a beautiful hotel, I've stayed here a few times and every time is just perfect!

The standard room only comes with 2 double beds, King or Queen bed is not an option. We are not used to this and find it a real negative. There were lots of pillows and the beds were comfortable. We liked the balcony. It was screened in, had a nice view and was clean with 2 chairs & a table. The room was modern, with a very nice large bathroom & rain showerhead. My rating was affected by the state of the room at check in. The side table between the beds had visibly not been cleaned. The ice bucket had liquid in it from the previous people with no plastic bag. There was a moldy food item in the fridge. No wine glasses in the room. When staff were notified, they quickly looked after what they could but the dirty room waited until the next day to be cleaned. It is hard to get over a room that looks like the last people were not cleaned up after. The recreation centre was great. The 2 pools and hot tub were quiet with tons of chairs. Towels are not provided on site, so you bring them from the hotel with you. Nice washroom. No change rooms, but plenty of room. The hotel is tricky to find unless you take the right road. Many streets dead end at canals.

Went to a presentation. The conference room was clean. Same as the bathrooms.

I love the place and now I'll be be a hostess there at their restaurant. So make sure you come visit me please

Had a wonderful stay at the Westin Cape Coral! The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were extremely helpful to all our needs and the restaurant had consistently good breakfast every morning.

Even if you don t have a room here it s a great place to come and explore. If you have a bike its easier to see the whole place. If you follow one of the roads all the way around, you can get to where the boats are and on the dock you can walk right past them. It was really cool to see some of them going out into the water rather than just in there slip. I did like that we were able to see them up-close too.

Great looking house clean rooms good atmosphere was the restaurant get better service. Otherwise, Very happy.

This is our second time here. We love it here because the staff are so helpful and accommodating. This year we came from an early morning flight and didn't expect to get checked in early and we did. I was so happy that they were able to do that. Most hotels let you wait until check in time and that's usually 3 pm. The rooms are nice and clean. There is a lot to do, pool, marina, you can fish off the marina pier, kayak and more. If you want to get out of the crowds and have a nice peaceful stay then Cape Coral is the place. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again soon! Thanks Westin for your hospitality!

Amazing views from the restaurants. Breakfast was overpriced and food just ok. If you are staying at the hotel is very convenient.

A must stay if visiting Cape Coral. The place is absolutely clean and the staff very friendly. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was enjoyable and accommodating for our family of 5

Our room was not clean upon arrival, we had to continually ask for service, our freezer was froze up and we had to defrost it ourselves. The downstairs hotel restaurant had terrible food and service. Very expensive area. But the pool area was great, nearby attractions, dolphin cruise, hotel staff, view, shops, and spa were awesome!

Marker 92 or the Naughty Mermaid offer a great waterside selection of good food and great drinks. You can relax by Million dollar yachts and enjoy your repast.

i love to go to marina village. we,been members for over 30 years. bot now when i call, nobody answers the phone. why?

Rooms were nice, good view, but lobby service desk workers were a little out of it and messed some stuff up..

Pretty nice spot. Food is decent. Fish tacos were tasty, but they are a little light on the actual fish. All of the tacos had a small 2 inch sliver of fish.. covered in a 1/4 pound of coleslaw. One other point, unless you like to hear your neighbors fighting over inane subject matter, don't get an adjoining room :). Good thing that was a one and done affair. Later y'all. KT

This is a fantastic Hotel. I truly have zero complaints. We were there for a wedding and stayed overnight for just one night. I wish we had stayed longer, because I really would have liked to have used more of the amenities. Most workout rooms and hotels are seriously below-average, but this one was great. Everything you really truly need when you're trying to work out with your normal routine is there. Machines, free weights, all the bells and whistles. The pool was also really good. You're not going to be able to swim laps or dive in, but it's perfect for families and just big enough to keep an eye on your kids while also having your own space from other people. Very comfortable lounge chairs as well. The rooms were fantastic. We had a one bedroom suite, and the place was seriously huge. My understanding is that this property was meant to be part Hotel part condo timeshares. That is very clear from the layout. Full kitchen, living room, dining table, and a very large bedroom and very large bathroom. Easily livable for days. Great Terrace. And the people working there were truly lovely. If we're ever in Cape Coral again, we will absolutely stay here. Extremely reasonable rates for such an amazing Hotel.
