Hotel furniture unsafe! Both myself and spouse Subbed our toes on the base of the bed as it protrudes 8 to 12 inches from the end of the mattress. Be aware if you are old and need to get up in the middle of the night you may want to reconsider staying at this resort.
Great property right on the water. Try renting out the BBQ donut boat!
I was just there to deliver groceries to a guest.. but it is one of the loveliest Resorts I've ever been to! All of the staff there are very friendly and they were helpful in getting me to my customer! :)
Nice suite, but the floors were a bit dirty and the couch had some stains. The view from our balcony is beautiful. Lots to do nearby.
It's a decent place. Clean and attentive to customers. Off the beat and only 2 restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the stay. Recreational area's are very nice, equipment isn't abused. Steam room is very nice, it has new look as it doesn't get a lot of usage. Bikes are in great condition, rental gym outfit's for $5.00" includes shoes New balance, shorts and shirt.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen and washer & dryer. The place was beautiful, clean, nicely furnished and decorated. There's an outdoor bar and restaurant as well as an indoor one. There are several nice pools with hot tubs as well. We were very impressed with the Westin Cape Coral and will definitely return. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
I didn't stay at the hotel but the restaurant was amazing. Our waitress was Linda. 'Awesome Linda' to be exact! Her spunk really made the whole place feel really friendly:) we will definitely be back for awesome Linda!!
Great value, suites are awesome and worth every penny. HK service a little spotty and not detailed but pool and restaurant good. Bar is great. New front desk are not well designed and look cluttered and crappy with big screens in your face and no counter. Staff all friendly. There is a cheap perfume smell they pump into the lobby, dont quite understand why. Best place in cape coral and I will continue to return, hope they build the proposed amphitheatre!
This high end resort comes up short when the attention for details is explored, examples,
1. No water in room upon arrival.
2. Failed to keep beverage cooler in lobby store filled.
3. Strategic water dispensers in lobby frequently were empty, only crushed ice and lemons should you wish to quench your thirst.
4. Service staff extremely friendly however failed to keep utensils, napkins and settings readily available.
5. Door locks in this room did not align, could not utilize security feature.
6. Front desk personnel would not recognize purchases from lobby necessity stores. They need to be more observant to that area of the lobby.
7. Get the suites if your in town beyond a day or two. Desk area, physical space and incubator balconies can become suffocating.
Overall, the hotel in this reviewer's opinion us short on oversight.
We went for a girls weekend it was perfect, we were away from everything, 3 bars/restaurant on property so we didn't have to drive or Uber anywhere. The rooms were also fantastic.

It has been a great stay, we initially booked a suite for 5 adults and 2 kids but it was only two beds and no living room like we'd assumed so we opted to pay the $125/night to upgrade to the 2 bedroom suite. The staff has been really nice and the boat ride to the beach yesterday with Harvey and his wife was amazing. My mother wanted to take the kids on a sight seeing boat ride so taking the boat to the beach instead of a car was an excellent way to kill two birds with one inexpensive stone. The pier 52 restaurant on the resort had very mediocre and not great food especially considering how expensive it was and the convenience of the location it was a shame no one really liked their food. Overall a great, albeit random, family vacation spot with an amazing view and I would come again.

Great location. Enjoyed the peacefulness of the water views from the room. The water taxi was great to Ft. Myers beach. The sunset cruise was well worth it. The crew boat crew was fantastic.

I stayed at the Westin for a wedding. It was a beautiful venue and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful!
We couldn't check in to our room at 3 because there were no rooms available. We upgraded to a suite for the last night of our stay because regular room wasn't available. We received a call from front desk informing us that our room was ready and the bellhop would be up to get our luggage. We checked out of our previous room and waited an hour in the lobby for them to get our room ready. Manager was a front desk the whole time and never offered an apology. There was bags of garbage and dirty towels left in breezeway on several occasions during our stay. Main pool and hot tub were closed during our stay. We do not recommend this hotel.
I booked a suite in July for my wedding weekend that wasn t cheap at all, we order room service during the day on Saturday a couple of times and It took for ever. They didn t bring what we ask for and some of the things we order never came. Tried calling room service couple of times and sometimes they didn t even answer. The hotel is beautiful and the room view even more but sad to say my suite was full of dust in the tables and tv area so this is the reason I give 2 star other than that, was a nice stay.

Had an amazing 4 night stay at the Westin Cape Coral! My husband and I visited for a little getaway. We absolutely loved our stay! Had an amazing view of the marina on the 16th floor. Room was clean, and updated, and quiet! We slept like a baby. The grounds are very well taken care of. Loved the 3 pool areas to choose from, and plenty of chairs, etc. Pools are heated which is great for the cool days! Also used the hot tubs and sauna. They have several restaurants on property which is great for meals/drinks with out needing to leave property. Would definitely recommend this property if you want a peaceful getaway!

What a lovely, clean resort. We stayed in a two bedroom suite on the 18th floor that was comfortable and had the most amazing view. Fitness center was very nice. The food was okay. We will definitely be back.
The hotel is very nice and classy. The restaurants have great food. I recommend the conch chowder. The only pitfall I really see is that it is rather secluded, if you want to do anything outside of the grounds it is either an Uber or rental car. They do have bicycles to use which is a huge plus. The limited access to activities is the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

I am a Formal hotel staff here at the Westin Cape Coral Resort I left because I was treated like I was Nothing my boss Mickey he is the housekeeping manager and he has no idea what he is doing so I Recommend you don t stay at this hotel because your room will not be clean the right way because Mickey sit in his office all day and does not look at the rooms when the are done being clean thank you and don t stay at this place

Not the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. I asked for some things to be cleaned but the clean up was substandard. The glass top stove was filthy and needed to be cleaned with an abrasive cleaner but was just wiped down with a wet rag. Our king size bed topper was completely unzipped and on side ways like the person that made the bed didn't notice it. The air conditioning filter was very dirty so had to have it replaced. I only noticed that because the grate on the outside was very very dirty.
Great hotel and friendly staff. Safe distancing and sanitizers all over the hotel. Close to fort Myers sanibel and capitva beaches. Also great dining within the marina area. Kids eats free at the pinchers restaurant next door.

We had a great dinner at Marker 92. The food was delicious. The service was pretty good. I felt it could have been a bit better, considering it was not busy. Still, we enjoyed ourselves and will be back in the future.
Went to Naughty Mermaid for drinks. It's a really nice atmosphere for socializing.
There was not enough beverage service. Specifically, coffee throughout the day.
The Weston Cape Coral is a magnificent dog friendly hotel.The hotel and the entire grounds are breathtaking! We stayed for a month and our suite was very clean and extremely comfortable. The heavenly bed was wonderful, I woke up refreshed every morning. The entire staff was great, they not only treated me and my husband like royalty, they treated my fur baby like he was a king!! They were so good to him and treated the 3 of us like we were family. I highly recommend the Weston Cape Coral, you will not be disappointed!!

This place is one of the nicest Westin s I ve been to. The front desk staff (Anna Marie) specifically makes you feel like an executive.
Came here for a few days of meetings and had my wife tag along. They treated both of us like royalty. They really go out of their way to make your experience memorable. This place is literally a fresh breath of air. The views are picture perfect. They also have great restaurants and some complimentary activities for you as well. 5 stars, highly recommend!
What a great place to have a family vacation. If we asked the front desk for it we got it. Boardwalk shops nearby were a nice touch. Really enjoyed being there for a week.
