Service is very good, staff is attentive and area around hotel is clean. Near the river so it's easy to find if you go exploring. Ac wasn't working correctly when we arrive, but was fixed the next morning. Overall would recommend.

Structure of the 70s, warm welcome. There is no room for the restaurant, but a few tables near the bar. Too bad we eat well

Pretty standard, clean upscale hotel. It's a bit out of the way from the center of the action. Not quite as nice as the one we stayed in Venice of the same chain.

Excellent hotel in. FLORENCE where I always found myself as clean rooms and nice staff

Room was spacious. Bar downstairs was well stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful. Location is a bit far from the main attractions of Firenze but the hotel itself is nice.

They messed up the reservations, but gave us better rooms. The garage is a bit tight!

I went back there because they told me the barman made a crazy sour macaroon

Not much charm but more of the modern Italian style. Nice breakfast buffet.

Helpful service. There was a problem with something on our floor and the staff moved us to a new (larger) room for free.

Very welcoming hotel, very kind staff, fairly rich and international breakfast, good location from the center and possibility to park the car in the underground garage. The only flaw is the rooms a little too small.

The hotel is ok acording to the price. The only wrong thing is the stairs at the entrance. Not good for handicapted or old people , that have to carry its own bags

Good location, close to the train and bus, away from the city center but it is nice to walk along the river and get away from the hustle and bustle.
The rooms are beautiful, everything new and in perfect condition.
Breakfast is good and varied.

The location is a but inconvenient by foot to the main city center, but there is a small bus nearby that takes you right there (and the hotel sells bus tickets). The rooms are well appointed. There was a plumbing problem in one section of the hotel, so we were upgraded from Deluxe to a Junior Suite, which was done with ease. The service is good and the breakfast buffet is par for the course. I would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. Particular atmosphere recalling oriental atmospheres. Excellent and abundant breakfast buffet with a wide choice of classic Italian menus and typical continental savory breakfast

I was present for the Fabi provincial board meeting. The room was large, welcoming and the staff very helpful.

A place of warm attention. Near the historic center of Florence. Impeccable in the cleanliness and comfort of their beds. Good place to rest after a long day touring the city

Good reception; as well as cleaning and care of the details. However, the visit to the structure was limited: a morning for a professional course.

The hotel allowed me to check in 3 hours early without even mentioning it. I had some documents that I needed scanned and printed and, again, they accommodated me without complaint. The staff were professional and friendly. I would definitely stay there again my next time in Florence.

Says right on this page and everywhere else free WiFi. I just checked in, and despite having paid hundreds of dollars on a room, they want 8 for basic internet uses. The free internet service they have is 1 megabit per second, allegedly. I m currently trying to download an image on google, and 5 minutes, still not loading. It s up to 1 Mb/s. This is WORSE than a McDonalds or Starbucks, back in 2005. If they re that stingy on INTERNET just imagine how stingy they are on everything else. Do not go here.

Here the courtesy and kindness are at the top, the hotel is very clean, quiet rooms, rich breakfast and with very fresh food, the same thing for the aperitif where many delicacies are offered for free. The location is very convenient, with two tram stops you are immediately in the center

Very nice room. Lucky to get a free upgrade to a Suite. Wireless was slow and free for 24 hours for one device.

Clean hotel and staff is friendly. The bar seems fairly priced for the area the only issue is that it is a bit far away from the main drag at Florence. Takes about 22 minutes to walk to the Duomo.

Great amenities. The one downside was the lack of hot water in the shower. Second day the front desk said it was fixed but when water was hot the pressure was very low.

Elegant and welcoming hotel at the same time. Very high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The location was nice but the attitude of employee was terrible. I found many small pieces of glass in the bed and on th floor when I was back to the hotel in the evening, so I went to the reception to ask to clean the room showing the pictures since it was so dangerous for my children. But reception guy didn't even check my pictures and said that he was quite sure nothing happened during cleaning the room and never said sorry. Although an employee cleaned the room again but the guy's attitude already ruined my family's valuable trip and good memory of Firenze. If I come to Firenze again I will never never stay at this hotel!!

Overall comfort and practical access and mobility, inside and outside the hotel are good, as well as the privacy of my stay. Also, the service of storage my luggage after check-out is highly valuable. Thanks!
The only minor point of disturbance was a noise I noticed, on the last night of the stay... I was on the 7th floor ad it seemed to be a machine working, until late... I went sleep by mid night and the noise was still there.

Nothing special to report but I didn't like it very much.

Mediocre hotel
Our priority search criteria was basically the parking lot that is mentioned on their site. ... so I chose this hotel and when we arrived there was no parking possible since they only have 14 spaces for the whole hotel, so we had to go to a mechanic who charged us more and return on foot without commercial gesture on the part of the hotel. ..
Regarding the really tasteless fruit breakfast offered is canned fruit. .... stale panetone. ... overcooked and cold scrambled eggs .... water-cut fruit juice. ...
This is the first time in my life that I post a negative comment but this place is definitely worth mentioning

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast buffet and friendly staff. I ve stayed at the one in Florence and Naples, both were great and have a fitness center on site and are conveniently located near city center and train stations.

Hello, I have to say that I have been staying in this hotel for years when I am in Florence and because I found myself very well, I decided to choose it again this time. Well ... I got a Deluxe room (I wanted to give my husband a gift, so I chose a better room than the standard .... at least theoretically) .. well in my opinion the room they gave us was not up to par of the term Deluxe (in previous stays the rooms have always been large and spacious ..). So at my request they change our room. Initially it seemed larger, but instead it was the same except that there was no closet, and above all it was communicating with another room. Well we didn't sleep at night because unfortunately il.signore nella.camera next door was bad.tutto night and therefore being communicating you could hear everything !! Nightmare!! So although I always had a great time ... this time I'm sorry but nn I was satisfied staying .... unfortunately ....

"Historic" hotel in Florence a few steps from the center. Nice and clean rooms. Really friendly and helpful staff. Convention center not so big but usable.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. A course I was enrolled in took place in the hotel. Staff very polite, kind, available to requests. The room clean and tidy, the breakfast proposed a good choice between salty and sweet.

Modern facilities, modern and clean without the traditional classic vintage feel of Italy 10 minutes walk to Florence station, 18-22 minute walk to sightseeing places such as Vecchio Bridge Uffizi Gallery

Hotel outside the center but very close to the center.

Easy to find and right along the Arno. Nice selection of food for breakfast and drinks. Room was nice and modern.

Pretty good hotel, there is a 25 min walk to the center, but as the river is next to it, you can see how the city grows with each step you take.
The rooms are large and very clean.

Hotel close enough to the center, with the tram stop a few steps away, we stayed in a beautiful and impeccable suite, all positive including international breakfast. The staff proved to be kind and helpful, although we arrived before noon they still gave us room availability even though check in was from 2.00pm. We recommend it.

I like this hotel and every time I2m in Italy I always stay at STAR HOTELS.

Very nice, shame about the inattentive and not very delicate reception staff. On a group of 4 families for an expense exceeding 1000
Euros have repeatedly questioned the deposit (50 euros) paid for the booking. Despite having been sent by e-mail receipt of the transfer
They complained that they still didn't see it credited to their account. They demanded immediate payment from friends (not from the person concerned) who were traveling at the time (well 1000 km traveled with the risk that the booking would be canceled without notice).
To tell them the receipt was not a guarantee.The transfer could be recalled and to think that they asked for the transfer even though they knew
that with the holidays the second working day would arrive.
In my opinion they should be ashamed of x 50 euros on an expense of 1300.

Location is good, you have access to downtown. Room are clean, but breakfast is terrible. Totally expensive.

This is a great, modern, and clean hotel.
Our room was excellent, with clean fresh sheets fitted daily. The bathroom was spacious. The food and overall service and friendliness of all staff was good. There were two bad sides for me. One: the WIFI was slow and poor quality. You could "buy" better WIFI for 8/day which is crazy in todays world. The Second: no "Smart TV" available and limited English TV channels offered.
