Very nice, shame about the inattentive and not very delicate reception staff. On a group of 4 families for an expense exceeding 1000
Euros have repeatedly questioned the deposit (50 euros) paid for the booking. Despite having been sent by e-mail receipt of the transfer
They complained that they still didn't see it credited to their account. They demanded immediate payment from friends (not from the person concerned) who were traveling at the time (well 1000 km traveled with the risk that the booking would be canceled without notice).
To tell them the receipt was not a guarantee.The transfer could be recalled and to think that they asked for the transfer even though they knew
that with the holidays the second working day would arrive.
In my opinion they should be ashamed of x 50 euros on an expense of 1300.
