Hello, I have to say that I have been staying in this hotel for years when I am in Florence and because I found myself very well, I decided to choose it again this time. Well ... I got a Deluxe room (I wanted to give my husband a gift, so I chose a better room than the standard .... at least theoretically) .. well in my opinion the room they gave us was not up to par of the term Deluxe (in previous stays the rooms have always been large and spacious ..). So at my request they change our room. Initially it seemed larger, but instead it was the same except that there was no closet, and above all it was communicating with another room. Well we didn't sleep at night because unfortunately il.signore nella.camera next door was bad.tutto night and therefore being communicating you could hear everything !! Nightmare!! So although I always had a great time ... this time I'm sorry but nn I was satisfied staying .... unfortunately ....
