I was there to attend a course .... it seemed like a good hotel .... clean toilets and great hall

Conforms to the Starhotels chain but in a frame oldest, a few steps from the center of the historic town Fiorentina. Perfect for a professional stay or a vacation.

The geographical position is a bit far from the center but there is a lot of calm during the evening.

This was a beautiful hotel, however in today s day and age I would expect USB ports to be available in the room, especially as the Hotel was very modern

Good hotel in a decent location, 15 min walk from many tourist attractions. No need to pay for parking as long as you only need to park during the night.

My travel agent made a mistake and reserved two separate deluxe rooms and what i needed was a family room. As i was with two kids it was not a great news to have on check in. But the hotel staff figured out a way to get me two connected rooms. Big thank you to the hotel for that. One of the days i accidentally left about 100 euros in the room with some change and was pleased to see the entire amount in the room when i returned in the evening. I am deeply impressed with the honesty and with the professional staff.

I was moved to this hotel because the other one in the chain had been closed due to the cancellation of the virus. Too bad the other hotel had free parking. I would have expected free parking here too, and instead we had to pay, and not a little.

I had booked 10 days before and advised that there was a 5-month-old baby for the night. They tell me that there are no problems, an arrogant man with no hair put on the reception desk in an uneducated way, asking me for the documents of the child I did not have, in addition to the tax code. I had to show my baby's birth certificate but it didn't help anyway, under the global flood we had to leave because they insisted on the baby's documents for check-in. After a while we move to another hotel and they tell me that there has been no law since the 70s, as I was told, that obliges me to carry the child's ID together

Nice hotel. The room is smaller but ok. The beds are double beds pushed together. Breakfast is ok

Excellent location (close to the tram and the bus) good breakfast and decent wifi connection although if you want better speed you must pay more.

There are some people at the reception who are very nice as there are others who are too rude ... anyway ... I really liked this hotel

We really love this hotel. Fabulous rooms and very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and nice public areas. Just 5 minutes walk to The Arno, 2 minutes to the tram stop ( 1.50 to go anywhere). An ideal base in a quiet area. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel accessible from the Porta al Prato / Leopolda tram stop, however close to the central station. The conference rooms are spacious, well-organized and air-conditioned, readily available IT assistance, professional service. The bar also has excellent service and excellent coffee. I have no experience regarding the rooms.

It's a nice hotel, 10 minutes walk from the Fortezza da Basso.

It was nice. They brought us an iron when asked, were accomodating to my friend with dasabilities, and the massage chair they keep in the main lobby is amazing! All in all, wonderful service.

Nice place, the rooms are nice, the breakfast ok. The wifi connection is rather slow.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and relaxing facility. Clean room and comfortable bed. Good breakfast, very well stocked. The only flaw, the bedroom is not perfectly soundproof, you can hear a lot from one floor to another.
