I only used conference rooms and toilets. Cozy and contemporary decor in the lobby and very comfortable seating in the halls, also suitable for full-day events. Excellent cleaning of the hall, rooms and toilets. Friendly staff. Well attended hotel. Definitely recommended.

we stayed two nights at the Michelangelo and it was a fantastic stay, at the reception they immediately gave us some very nice gadgets for my two children (hat, colors, balloons) the perfect room for a family with one or two children like mine. ..... we didn't have to fight over the TV because we had two in the Family room. On the day of check out they allowed us to keep the room at no extra cost until 4 pm: very comfortable to finish the holiday well.

The impact with the hotel was not so great that I reviewed it with negative appreciation. Yesterday I canceled my opinion because I have to admit that the location put at my disposal was very nice (I thank the gentleman in the direction he chose) and very very kind the lady, always from the reception, with whom I talked before leaving the 'hotel. Moral: "before making judgments, reflect" thanks
We stayed for Epiphany 2018, clean, spacious rooms, ok bathroom. Unique with kettle in the room. Buffet breakfast cost 10 euros, eat as much as you want. Nice, friendly and helpful staff, good.

Very good hotel on the edge of the old town. For Italian standards good breakfast. Everything was very clean. Only various water spots disturb something. Nice rooms with relatv modern large bathrooms. The mattresses were perfect for me. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
The best sights of Florence are a 10-minute walk away. A half star less for a cramped parking lot.

We spent two nights here, facility is very new, friendly staff with okay English, 15 mins walk to the dome. Big rooms, good enough for a family of four. Recommended.
Convenient location to the station, walk 3 hours or 15 minutes on foot, large and very clean room, TV with Sky channels and you can also see Dazn games, bathroom with large bathtub and shower with crystal protection, safe and large wardrobe trigobar and desk, for reading also an excellent armchair.

A very elegant 4-star hotel that did not completely meet our expectations, in particular, upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted very coldly and hastily without any explanation about the services offered at our disposal, even the tourist information on the city of Florence. During the stay we found some more friendly operators available with us. We did not find in the room the small gadgets for children promised at the time of booking.

This hotel is fantastic and close to many places to shop and great if you want to visit various tourist sites. Most are with in walking distance.
Hotel away from the old town, clean rooms good, unfriendly reception two days commenting not to see Spanish channel and they did not fix it I do not think I'll return
Our stay was very comfortable, and the hotel seemed modern and clean. The hotel is outside the city center, but if you are comfortable with walking, it's very possible to walk to the main sights like the Duomo or the Uffizi in about 20 minutes. If not there is a bus nearby as well, and a small train. I never used them but the proximity seemed convenient for anyone who might need to.

I stayed 15 days for work, so noisy all the damn time, even late in evening and early in the morning.
Breakfast is not fantastic. Basic.
Fitness gym is ridiculous and you better have to go to the parc to do your workout.
Clean mates move your stuff everyday.
They give a call to your room at 10pm to say you have a package at the reception.
Too expensive for what it is.

Pleasant hotel in the wider area of Florence, with a pleasant interior, excellent continental breakfast, close to the main railway station, public transport station (tram, bus). The hotel has easy access to the historic city center, and is also easily accessible by car with parking near the hotel. Rooms are nicely furnished, bathrooms are large enough, regularly maintained by room service with free WiFi. The hotel is a good alternative for a business trip in Florence.
Actually, the most important point for hotels and restaurants is the quality of welcoming the clients. In this respect, it was close to perfection in Firenze.

Modern hotel close to the city centre but yet away from the tourist crowds. Large rooms and good bathroom.
Accommodations and cleanliness were very good. Location wise, it is a 25 min walk to downtown Florence, a little out of the way of the main attractions. Utilizing the bus service in town helps a lot. It's a shame that it's actually a nice hotel but it doesn't do anything to compensate for its inaccessibility.
